TTianxiameiyouyuanfang renjiandoushiguxiangThe check-in experience exceeded expectations, the front desk staff was warm and polite, and the check-in was efficient and fast. The rooms are clean and tidy, the bedding is soft and comfortable, the bathroom is separated from wet and dry, and the hot water is sufficient. The room is well lit and ventilated, the sound insulation effect is good, and the rest is stable at night. Convenient location, travel and foraging are very convenient. Cleaning cleans on time every day, and the service is intimate and meticulous. The price is online, the facilities are complete and intact, and the overall environment is quiet and elegant. Whether it is a short trip or a temporary stay, it is very suitable. The next trip will give priority to this one. It is recommended to stay.

MM22015****We booked a loft room, which I saw online as accommodating five people, but it actually only sleeps four and is far too small.
We arrived at the hotel around 5:30 PM, and the room wasn't ready yet. The reason was because there were a lot of guests the day before. I understand, but it's unacceptable. It has nothing to do with us. If they couldn't accommodate the guests, they could have chosen not to have so many rooms. The staff's attitude the day before was acceptable, but their handling of the situation was average. When I got to the room, the cleaner was still mopping the floor, which was still wet. The duvet cover hadn't been changed, and they told me they were on their way back from cleaning. As compensation, they sent us a piece of fruit. Sadly, it was from yesterday and had gone stale. Even after contacting the front desk, they took a long time to address it. They later sent us a fresh piece of fruit that day, but it was still quite poor.
I can't comment on the other facilities without experiencing them.

GGuest UserThis was the best value hotel I stayed at during my trip to southern Xinjiang. I accidentally booked a single-bed room through Ctrip, and the upgrade to a twin room cost an extra 30 yuan, which was cheaper than Ctrip. The lobby was quite ordinary, but the room was well-equipped, with a unique and harmonious color scheme that contrasted sharply with the endless yellow sand outside the window. Bathrobes, alcohol wipes, and disposable toilet seats were provided, perfectly catering to guests' needs. The breakfast was also good. A minor drawback was that two of the washing machines in the laundry room had broken dryers, and they weren't repaired promptly. Airport shuttle service requires booking one day in advance, while many hotels only require two hours' advance booking; I hope this can be improved.

Iicecream555I went to the ancient city of Yotgan that evening and found this hotel to be the closest. Upon arrival, it was surprisingly good, with a dedicated parking area, which was very convenient. While we were still parking, the security guard came to help with our luggage. The room was large, spacious, comfortable, and the facilities were very new. The design was simple and fresh. I loved the small table next to the sink, which provided ample space for women to store toiletries and cosmetics. The light in the bathroom automatically turns on and off after a few seconds when I go to the bathroom at night. The sleep was very quiet, and the pillows were comfortable. The 1.35 meter bed was a good width. The drinking water and fresh air system were great. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety and delicious food. The value for money was fantastic.

GGuest UserThe room is relatively large and we were upgraded for free. The room is apartment-style and has its own washing machine. Overall clean, tidy and comfortable. The breakfast is rich and varied and tastes good. The waiters were enthusiastic. You can park at the door. The hotel is in a good location and is close to the night market. If you don't have parking, it's ok.

Cleanliness was acceptable. Breakfast options were limited, and seating was mostly at large tables. When tour groups were present, food supply often ran low, and it was difficult to find an empty table.

I checked in and encountered a local wedding. The service was superb. I also took us to experience the local wedding. I was very satisfied. I must give praise.

GGuest UserIt was my first time to visit Hotan and I stayed at the Qianyuan International Hotel on the recommendation of a friend. The hotel is very cost-effective. The front desk staff are very serious and responsible. They helped us recommend local food and travel routes. They are very patient. The room environment is also very good and decorated. The combination and colors are very fashionable, the elevator room and the corridor are very spacious, and the floor height is not low. It is very comfortable and satisfactory to live in. I will stay here next time and recommend it to my friends!
