The hotel quality exceeded expectations, the room facilities were clean, and the details were in place. The most important thing was that the toilet auntie disinfected each guest one by one. The service staff was very enthusiastic. The hotel provides free laundry service, which is very considerate for travelers. There is a No. 4 bus at the door of the hotel, and it is only a 10-minute taxi ride to Tuancheng. Special thanks to the hotel's manager Zhao for personally sending us to the station on the day of check-out, helping us with our luggage, and even sending us to the ticket hall. The hotel service is worthy of praise. This is a very loving hotel that deserves every guest to stay.

We booked a loft room, which I saw online as accommodating five people, but it actually only sleeps four and is far too small. We arrived at the hotel around 5:30 PM, and the room wasn't ready yet. The reason was because there were a lot of guests the day before. I understand, but it's unacceptable. It has nothing to do with us. If they couldn't accommodate the guests, they could have chosen not to have so many rooms. The staff's attitude the day before was acceptable, but their handling of the situation was average. When I got to the room, the cleaner was still mopping the floor, which was still wet. The duvet cover hadn't been changed, and they told me they were on their way back from cleaning. As compensation, they sent us a piece of fruit. Sadly, it was from yesterday and had gone stale. Even after contacting the front desk, they took a long time to address it. They later sent us a fresh piece of fruit that day, but it was still quite poor. I can't comment on the other facilities without experiencing them.

Ms. Saramati and Ms. Xiaoyue at the front desk provided fantastic service! They offered a complimentary late check-out and were incredibly patient. Their Mandarin was very standard. The room was spacious and air-conditioned, and they promptly resolved any issues. We even received welcome fruits. We slept wonderfully. It was an exceptionally satisfying stay, and I genuinely recommend this hotel. Cleanliness: The hygiene was excellent, truly impressive.

This hotel is definitely the best in Hotan. It is an oasis in the desert. The rooms are large and the environment is like a park. The facilities are complete. We booked a room in Building 6 without an elevator. Miss Gulistan at the front desk upgraded us to Building 2, which was very nice. Recommended. By the way, the breakfast is also great and parking is convenient

I stayed at the Orange Hotel in Yarkand, and also chose the Orange Hotel when I arrived in Hotan. The business twin room was larger and more comfortable. We thought our stay was quite good, so we decided to stay another night, but the same room type was no longer available, so we booked a double bed room. The front desk service was warm and attentive. After we walked around and returned to the hotel, our luggage was already delivered to our extended room. Parking is convenient and entry and exit are free. recommend!

It feels like it's a bit hidden from the road but it's entrance is actually in very good location. The night market is very close and other restaurants and stores are near. The sound from the elementary school next to it was also a plus point for me. It becomes quiet in the evening. The hotel's name means ”of jade” and the whole city is quite serious about jade. You can actually find one at the river!

The front desk service is great. The hotel is very clean. The front desk is very warm. There is a banquet hall on the second floor of the hotel. I checked in and encountered a local wedding. The service was superb. I also took us to experience the local wedding. I was very satisfied. I must give praise.

Parking is convenient, check-in is fast, the room is relatively comfortable, the price is not expensive, the environment is good, the room is clean, very enthusiastic, the service attitude is particularly good, the sanitation is very clean, close to the scenic area, easy to get in and out, and overall very comfortable. The room is clean, spacious and bright, with convenient facilities. The service is impeccable, enthusiastic, efficient and basically responsive to all requests. Most importantly, the room rate is affordable, parking is free, and it is very close to the Hotan Museum, within walking distance. It is also very close to the Hotan Old Night Market, and the airport can be reached in less than 15 minutes from the hotel (if there is no traffic jam). Overall, I am very satisfied and you can rest assured to place an order and check in!

The staff at the front desk were very kind. The hotel is located close to many attractions, and it’s in walking distance of the museum and night market. The manager 张健 is very kind, and even showed me where to get some good food. 热孜亚 at the front desk worked hard to provide assistance. Overall, the hotel is good value for money and I would reccomen it to any foreign traveler.

The hotel has a strong New Year atmosphere and is very grand, giving people a very warm feeling, almost like going home. The hotel environment is also very good, and the hygiene is also in place. It is a hotel with a great staying experience. Whether it is the concierge, front desk or room service staff, they are all very enthusiastic.
