Very friendly and extremely helpful staff at the front desk and a perfectly clean and well designed room with no fault at all. Comfortable bed, large modern shower, fast wifi and a good choice of tasty foods at the breakfast buffet make this hotel the place to stay in Hetian which we can strongly recommend."

I saw the Mercure Hotel on Ctrip and booked 2 of them. The front desk lady was dignified, enthusiastic and thoughtful. The hotel room was large, with good texture and complete functions. The mattress was of moderate hardness. After check-in, the room attendant We were given an exquisite fruit plate and mineral water. The next day we called 6 friends who were staying in other hotels to stay in this hotel. Next time I come to Hotan, I will still choose Mercure[strong][strong][strong]

The hotel we stayed in this time was really great! The hotel provides car pick-up service, which is very considerate. As soon as you enter the hotel, the elegant environment makes you relax instantly. The lobby is spacious, bright and beautifully decorated. The enthusiastic waitress Guli helped me upgrade my room to a suite, which was fully equipped, clean and comfortable.
The hotel's dining options are also amazing. The restaurant has an elegant environment and a rich and varied menu. Whether it is local specialties or various exquisite Western and Chinese dishes, they all taste delicious. The ingredients are fresh and the cooking is exquisite, and every dish is like a work of art. Dining here is not only a taste enjoyment, but also a visual feast.

The service staff was very enthusiastic. The hotel provides free laundry service, which is very considerate for travelers. There is a No. 4 bus at the door of the hotel, and it is only a 10-minute taxi ride to Tuancheng. Special thanks to the hotel's manager Zhao for personally sending us to the station on the day of check-out, helping us with our luggage, and even sending us to the ticket hall. The hotel service is worthy of praise. This is a very loving hotel that deserves every guest to stay.

GGuest UserThe environment and sanitation are qualified, the facilities are a bit old but usable. I stayed for two nights and changed the room on the second day. The water was not hot. The inspector said it was hot after running the water for a while, but it was still warm. Advantages: It is opposite the museum and not far from the night market. It is cost-effective, the lobby is beautiful, and the front desk lady is pretty. The breakfast buffet was mainly Chinese food, and I didn’t go to the gym.

GGuest UserThe room is quite spacious and clean. There is a lake opposite the hotel with a nice view. The waiter sent us a fruit plate in the afternoon! The staff at the door took the initiative to pull the boxes for us, and their attitude was very good! The light in the elevator is not very bright, and the sensor light reacts too slowly, so it is a bit dark when it comes out. I hope it will be corrected soon! There are many varieties of breakfast. I ordered a bowl of ramen in the morning, but it was a big bowl!

Is definitely a solid 3 star hotel standard, perhaps 4 Has some gym equipment. Treadmill works ok but weights machine was defective. Tariff includes breakfast which is much appreciated. Rooms are well furnished with some nice touches. Comfortable king sized bed, plenty of bedside light controls and powerpoints. Lots of space, quality bathroom. A lot to like and excellent value considering the low price

EemdethuongThe hotel accepts foreigners. Free pickup, dropoff (airport/train station…). Reception does not speak english so translation app will help. They are very helpful, even helped me with sending a parcel. Room is old but clean and spacious. There is even a working desk with a computer. Typical business hotel for the Chinese I guess. Walking distance to Hotan Night Market (out of the hotel just turn right to Renmin road and straight to the crossroad, crossing the road then it is a tunnel-shaped building which is the night market). No hair dryer though and I could not find wifi of my room so I had to use that of the other room. In the hotel room there is a guidebook to Hotan and you can use it to ask the reception to help you catch a taxi to the destination you want. Jade market is the most famous spot here and many Han Chinese come to Hotan for that. Everything in Hotan must be taxed heavily or so (for the massive construction that is going on?!), everything is more expensive than Kashgar and other cities in Xinjiang. So at least this hotel price is quite ok for this range in Hotan.

GGuest UserThe hotel is not far from Hotan Night Market. It takes only a few minutes to walk to the night market and the park next to it. The hotel has been renovated for quite some time, in an old-fashioned style, but everything is very useful. The shower head is new, with plenty of pressure, and it's very comfortable to take a shower. The room is large and has good air circulation. It's been very hot in Hotan recently, but there's no need to turn on the air conditioner at night.
There is a supermarket and Xinjiang Restaurant downstairs, and the parking lot at the door is also very large, very convenient!

Receptionist who checked me in on Oct 4 evening and Oct 7 noon was pleasant and competent. The other staff I encountered were sullen and unhelpful.
