Hotel location...at a crossroad...easy to find
There is a large parking lot downstairs... plenty of parking spaces...
The room is clean and tidy...the room is spacious...well-equipped...humidifier...air conditioner...refrigerator, etc...It smells like furniture because it just opened...
The hotel is equipped with a laundry room and a gym... Focus on the laundry room... I have been driving myself for three months... It is rare for a hotel to be equipped with three washing machines and three dryers... and they are high-power and large-capacity... It is super convenient to wash and dry...
The breakfast in the hotel is excellent...the food is rich...the taste is good...
The service is warm, thoughtful and professional…
I will stay there again if I have the chance to come back in the future...The key point is that the price is not expensive...It should be the most cost-effective Hilton store in the country...It's awesome...

BBaijumufuguoxiThe hotel is located in the city center, with convenient dining options nearby and close to Hotan Museum and Tuancheng.
The room facilities are complete, the bedding is dry and the amenities are of good quality, but there is a lack of hand cream or body lotion. I don't know if this is the case for all Atour hotels. It should be prepared in a dry place like southern Xinjiang.
The breakfast is in line with the positioning, the soy milk and spicy chicken are good.
The pick up point was convenient.
The front desk service was good.

GGuest UserThis stay was great! The hotel's environment is elegant, giving people a warm and comfortable feeling. The room is spacious and bright, with complete facilities. The bedding is soft and comfortable, and I slept soundly. The sanitation is also very good. The whole room is spotless, the bathroom is clean and tidy, the details are handled very well, and the exit is 10 steps away from the famous Hotan Old Night Market, which is very convenient. I will come again next time. Not bad 👍

GGuest User酒店位置很贊，去和田夜市步行來回即可。樓下各種小吃店飲料店，還有萬家樂超市，特別推薦。打車到團城、博物館也就2km左右8元。房間很大，住的心情也比較闊朗。早餐品種不多，但品質尚可夠吃。以上是優點，值得推薦（樓下超市給酒店加分很多）
房間內部略顯老舊，比如：地毯比較臟，床下縫隙藏煙頭之類垃圾，牆面破損、牆插很舊，淋浴室沒有衣掛，空調出風噪音極大，衞浴反味到刺鼻的臭氣（也可能反味這點不是普遍現象，同時租了三間房，感覺有一間比較嚴重）。wifi信號比較差，斷斷續續。
服務與環境、設施相比應該是最堪憂的，比如廁所紙一卷很少勉強夠一天用，連住三天是不要不給，要了響應不很及時。
還有訂房套餐中的伴手禮和圖片不符，不是杯墊，是帶酒店logo的鼠標墊和紙板掛牌，這點體驗感不好，還是要真實守信。
從價格比從位置從環境從空間上還是推薦此酒店。畢竟咱住店也不是為了和人打交道。安靜還算乾淨就行。

TTuscany RoseI would definitely recommend you to stay at this hotel. The location is in the old town so it's easy to explore the shops and restaurants nearby. There's also a convenience store on the ground floor which I thought was a nice touch.
The room is very spacious (even the bathroom), with lots of storage space. I like the modern decor and the shower is very good quality. My room had a nice view of the city and even included a balcony! But there wasn't a door so I couldn't access it 😞 I was a little disappointed about that.
The staff at reception were extremely helpful and friendly. There was a language barrier but that didn't stop them from helping me with my needs in a polite and professional way.

MMansonYThe reception was very warm and the room was cleaned. The smell of smoke left by the guests the night before was very heavy and not handled well! There is still a lot of room for improvement for breakfast! Parking is very convenient, there is free parking on the ground and underground, suitable for self-driving. Hotel location is very close to Hotan Night Market!

GGuest UserFree private car pick-up and drop-off service: Balangzi's service is very good. I couldn't find a parking space and took me there personally. I made an appointment for the airport drop-off service in advance and waited for us downstairs. Perfect.
Except for the fact that there are no windows (probably due to the weather, it is easy for sand to enter), the other supporting facilities are very good, and my picky wife is very satisfied!

EemdethuongThe hotel accepts foreigners. Free pickup, dropoff (airport/train station…). Reception does not speak english so translation app will help. They are very helpful, even helped me with sending a parcel. Room is old but clean and spacious. There is even a working desk with a computer. Typical business hotel for the Chinese I guess. Walking distance to Hotan Night Market (out of the hotel just turn right to Renmin road and straight to the crossroad, crossing the road then it is a tunnel-shaped building which is the night market). No hair dryer though and I could not find wifi of my room so I had to use that of the other room. In the hotel room there is a guidebook to Hotan and you can use it to ask the reception to help you catch a taxi to the destination you want. Jade market is the most famous spot here and many Han Chinese come to Hotan for that. Everything in Hotan must be taxed heavily or so (for the massive construction that is going on?!), everything is more expensive than Kashgar and other cities in Xinjiang. So at least this hotel price is quite ok for this range in Hotan.
