Excellent option in the main square in Hotan. Clean spacious rooms, with a very modern look. The only thing that I didn't like in the room is that the lavatory sink is not separate from the room, which leaves little margin for one person in a couple to do the teeth brushing in the morning without waking up the other... a bit too modern for me but that's me.
Service was good and attentious in spite of the communication difficulties. I didn't like the fact that the laundry service was self-service. We lost a lot of time doing our laundry and there were other guests waiting on the line. Apart from that a really good hotel.

I am especially grateful for a good stay experience. The service and quality are truly worthy of the hotel specifications. It is very warm, including double breakfast, and the facilities and services are very thoughtful. The wardrobe has thick disposable slippers, a hair dryer, two hangers and nightgowns. The bed is about 1.8 meters long and very soft. There is central air conditioning and it is very antique. The bathroom is very large, the toilet has a disposable toilet mat, a razor, and the bathroom is very spacious. The washbasin is very easy to use and the TV is also very large. It is very comfortable to live in. Especially recommended to friends who are visiting Hotan for the first time!

Hotel location is very good, located on the street of Hotan Noodles, there are many breakfast shops and restaurants around, and not far from Tuancheng and Hotan Night Market, and its own free parking. I would definitely recommend you to stay at this hotel. The location is in the old town so it's easy to explore the shops and restaurants nearby. There's also a convenience store on the ground floor which I thought was a nice touch.
The room is very spacious (even the bathroom), with lots of storage space. I like the modern decor and the shower is very good quality. My room had a nice view of the city and even included a balcony! But there wasn't a door so I couldn't access it 😞 I was a little disappointed about that.
The staff at reception were extremely helpful and friendly. There was a language barrier but that didn't stop them from helping me with my needs in a polite and professional way.

The room is quite spacious and clean. There is a lake opposite the hotel with a nice view. The waiter sent us a fruit plate in the afternoon! The staff at the door took the initiative to pull the boxes for us, and their attitude was very good! The light in the elevator is not very bright, and the sensor light reacts too slowly, so it is a bit dark when it comes out. I hope it will be corrected soon! There are many varieties of breakfast. I ordered a bowl of ramen in the morning, but it was a big bowl!

Service attitude is very good, there are laundry rooms, gyms, restaurants, many types of meals, coffee soy milk, tea, porridge, all, cost-effective. I don't know much about other hotels in Hotan. When I went to Kashgar, the hotel did not have a humidifier. Hotan had a humidifier. It would be much more comfortable to live in. The details were great. Moreover, they want to live here, check out also has a pick-up service, the drop-off brother is very polite, driving is very stable, the service is very good. Very satisfied with an experience.

YYamu0323The hotel is in a very good location, very close to Hotan Airport, museums, and night markets. Opposite the hotel is the Hotan District Public Security Bureau (which is convenient for communicating with local taxi drivers, otherwise it will be troublesome to communicate and navigate with local taxi drivers)
Atour is as comfortable as ever, especially the free airport/station pick-up service. Although taking a taxi from Hotan is very cheap, when you first come to the unfamiliar southern Xinjiang, this service is very worry-free and effortless. My brother Du Jiajia is very nice, give it a thumbs up (you need to contact the front desk at least one hour in advance to make a reservation for pick-up service)
There is a dining area, gym, laundry room, and study bar on the second floor of the hotel. The room is equipped with a Xiaomi humidifier (very important in southern Xinjiang). Because it is a new store, it is clean and smell-free, which is rare (everyone knows it)
In short, Atour at this price is unbeatable. If I come to Hotan next time, I will choose Atour again.

EemdethuongThe hotel accepts foreigners. Free pickup, dropoff (airport/train station…). Reception does not speak english so translation app will help. They are very helpful, even helped me with sending a parcel. Room is old but clean and spacious. There is even a working desk with a computer. Typical business hotel for the Chinese I guess. Walking distance to Hotan Night Market (out of the hotel just turn right to Renmin road and straight to the crossroad, crossing the road then it is a tunnel-shaped building which is the night market). No hair dryer though and I could not find wifi of my room so I had to use that of the other room. In the hotel room there is a guidebook to Hotan and you can use it to ask the reception to help you catch a taxi to the destination you want. Jade market is the most famous spot here and many Han Chinese come to Hotan for that. Everything in Hotan must be taxed heavily or so (for the massive construction that is going on?!), everything is more expensive than Kashgar and other cities in Xinjiang. So at least this hotel price is quite ok for this range in Hotan.
