The single room was very large, and it was stress-free for a family of three to stay in. It was very clean. The surrounding food street is very good, shopping malls and supermarkets are very convenient, the service from the front desk lady is very friendly, and the room layout is spacious. The environment is not good either. The breakfast is very good, and there are pastries that children like to eat. I highly recommend this hotel! Totally good.

Very good, stayed many times, the bath water is very large, the room is very spacious, and the bath is directly surprised by the oversized water flow. The hotel also did a great job in the details, from the layout of the room to the equipment, you can feel the full intention. MMichael V.We were surprised to find such a great hotel (seemingly just opened up for travellers on foreign passports) in such a remote city at the edge of the Taklamakan desert. Very friendly and extremely helpful staff at the front desk and a perfectly clean and well designed room with no fault at all. Comfortable bed, large modern shower, fast wifi and a good choice of tasty foods at the breakfast buffet make this hotel the place to stay in Hetian which we can strongly recommend.

YYexiaoxiCheck-in was very convenient... We originally booked Building 6. Since there was no elevator and we had a big suitcase, the front desk directly upgraded us to Building 2. It was very considerate. The breakfast was also very rich. The yogurt was especially delicious.
I wanted to go out for lunch after 11 o'clock, but found that Didi couldn't call a taxi, and the front desk helped me call a taxi...
Special praise for Wu Maier. He helped us with our luggage when we checked in. He also paid special attention to us when we were waiting for the bus. He called us as soon as the bus arrived and helped us confirm our destination with the taxi driver. He is a warm and handsome person. Where’s the young man~

GGuest UserI would definitely recommend you to stay at this hotel. The location is in the old town so it's easy to explore the shops and restaurants nearby. There's also a convenience store on the ground floor which I thought was a nice touch.
The room is very spacious (even the bathroom), with lots of storage space. I like the modern decor and the shower is very good quality. My room had a nice view of the city and even included a balcony! But there wasn't a door so I couldn't access it 😞 I was a little disappointed about that.
The staff at reception were extremely helpful and friendly. There was a language barrier but that didn't stop them from helping me with my needs in a polite and professional way.

GGuest UserThis is the second time I have stayed here. I choose this hotel every time I go on a business trip to Hotan. Although it is relatively old, it is very quiet and clean. There are good places to eat and shop around. It is close to the Hotan Night Market. The girl Lina at the front desk has a very good service attitude. You can hear a warm greeting when you enter the door. The security aunt opens the door actively. I can recommend it.

Because my flight was late, she even helped me postpone my check-out for an hour. It was my first time visiting Xinjiang, and I will come back again in the future.

GGuest UserThe room is quite spacious and clean. There is a lake opposite the hotel with a nice view. The waiter sent us a fruit plate in the afternoon! The staff at the door took the initiative to pull the boxes for us, and their attitude was very good! The light in the elevator is not very bright, and the sensor light reacts too slowly, so it is a bit dark when it comes out. I hope it will be corrected soon! There are many varieties of breakfast. I ordered a bowl of ramen in the morning, but it was a big bowl!

EemdethuongThe hotel accepts foreigners. Free pickup, dropoff (airport/train station…). Reception does not speak english so translation app will help. They are very helpful, even helped me with sending a parcel. Room is old but clean and spacious. There is even a working desk with a computer. Typical business hotel for the Chinese I guess. Walking distance to Hotan Night Market (out of the hotel just turn right to Renmin road and straight to the crossroad, crossing the road then it is a tunnel-shaped building which is the night market). No hair dryer though and I could not find wifi of my room so I had to use that of the other room. In the hotel room there is a guidebook to Hotan and you can use it to ask the reception to help you catch a taxi to the destination you want. Jade market is the most famous spot here and many Han Chinese come to Hotan for that. Everything in Hotan must be taxed heavily or so (for the massive construction that is going on?!), everything is more expensive than Kashgar and other cities in Xinjiang. So at least this hotel price is quite ok for this range in Hotan.

It is easy to touch your feet when you go in and out of the bath barefoot. This can be changed or posted prompt signs to inform the guests to pay attention. Overall, the hotel is still very good, the price is very affordable, and the front desk service attitude is also very warm. Personal recommendation preferred stay, trustworthy
