LLaoxin、Staying with my kids at the Longjing Puyuan Hidden Villa Hotel in Hengdian World Studios was a fantastic experience! We were lucky enough to get a complimentary upgrade to a 90sqm duplex suite with two large beds. The space was incredibly generous, and the facilities were top-notch, allowing my child to run around and play happily upstairs and downstairs. The hotel's location is perfect, very close to the scenic spots, making getting around super convenient. The service was incredibly thoughtful; the staff were warm and professional, even helping us prepare children's amenities. Although breakfast was a set meal, it was nutritious and satisfying for the whole family! My child absolutely loved the outdoor playground in the courtyard and didn't want to leave. This family trip was made so much easier and more enjoyable thanks to this hotel. Highly recommend!

XXiaomaoyuI rarely stayed in a homestay when I went out to play before. I accidentally brushed this one. It was very close to the attractions and the room type was very suitable. I hesitated to book one night. I didn't expect to be too satisfied! The long-haired lady with glasses at the front desk is very nice, warm and gentle! The room is suitable for a family of three, and adult children are also suitable! The child likes the small room behind the curtain, independent space, and the bed is still big! The floor heating is very sufficient, and it is very warm when entering the room. The facilities are complete and the location is reasonable. Speaking of the bed, I felt that the bed in the hotel was very soft before. Compared with this homestay, the bed was tight and flexible, especially in line with my requirements! I slept very soundly all night and really felt like sleeping at home. I should try the homestay in the future, very good! There were too few photos in the room. I felt very satisfied as soon as I entered. I was a little excited. I forgot to take it. Haha 😄 This homestay is only a few minutes away from Dream Valley and Qin Palace. The location is not bad.

Room was clean, service was average as we had to carry the luggages up the stairs on our own and lobby lights were off at night. The staff are generally friendly.
Breakfast is a typical local meal of noodles and buns, taste was ok.
Facilities such as the pool were closed, even though we visited during the peak season in October.

The service was attentive and thoughtful, providing us with a lot of assistance. The entire hotel environment is elegant, with design and high quality evident everywhere.
Room Experience: The room was spacious and bright, offering expansive views. The bedding was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a high-quality night's sleep. The cleanliness was impeccable. The in-room facilities were modern and comprehensive, meeting all our needs.
Dining and Other Amenities: The breakfast offered a rich variety, with diverse Chinese and Western options that tasted great. The fish tank in the hotel lobby was also a unique feature; I've never seen a fish tank in a hotel lobby before.

Cleanliness: Clean, hygienic, neat, and comfortable.
Environment: This is probably one of the best-environment hotels in Hengdian. The decor is modern and minimalist, and it's quite suitable for taking photos. I even took a celebrity-style photo in the elevator.
Service: Whether it's the front desk on the first floor or the hotel front desk on the third floor, the service is excellent. They even upgraded my room type and gave me some snacks. Every time I left, there was a young man at the main entrance who would open the door for me.

MMeiyayyyThis is a beautiful hotel with a real sense of old Shanghai. Shanghainese residents like us experienced the old Shanghai style in Hengdian. The hotel is also a great place to take photos. The morning lobby performance was fantastic, creating an immersive experience of old Shanghai. There were also free gifts. In the evening, Red Wolf visited us and gave gifts to the children, much to their delight. The view from the room window overlooked the Dream Bund scenic area, which was stunning. The breakfast was also very generous, with a wide variety of options, even more generous than the breakfasts at other five-star hotels I've stayed in. The hotel staff were very welcoming, always waving and greeting us. The lobby guy was helpful in introducing the various scenic spots. I hadn't done any prior travel planning, but it was clear to me now. The beautiful receptionist was also very kind and provided breakfast for the children. It was a perfect trip, and I would recommend it to everyone!

Service: When I checked in, I met a young lady with a special service attitude and service quality called Chen Jing, who was kind and kind. Then the shuttle bus driver was also very talkative and humorous. The breakfast waiter has an aunt who is also very good, the service attitude is very good, and it is also very talkative. I hope that there can be rewards. It was when I checked out on the last day, I had a check-out right at 14:00, but the front desk called me at 12 o'clock to urge me to check out, saying that there were still people queuing behind, which was the only uncomfortable point.

UUlviyya78We stayed there for a day with 4 people. Our rooms were separate (2/2). The front desk staff were helpful, but they don't know English, so be sure you have a translator.
We had a little problem with the air conditioner, but they helped us and solved the problem immediately.
The location is also very convenient. We went to the night market. There are many shops and restaurants near here.
Overall, it was a good experience.
