GGuest UserOverall it's pretty good, clean. The hotel is quite big, the decoration style is also good, I like it. Clean and refreshing.
Some points that I'm not very satisfied with:
1. We booked a family room, and there were 4 people staying, but they didn't take the initiative to replenish our disposable items such as slippers.
2. The takeaway we ordered was not delivered, so we had to go down and get it ourselves.
3. The toilet door was broken and couldn't be closed. For a family, forget it.
Other things are pretty satisfactory.

The hotel's breakfast is also quite rich in variety. The steamed buns are delicious. The aunt at the window said that she made them herself. She recommends eating more of them every time you come! ! Next to Fantawild, I was attracted by the scenery outside the window when I moved in. You can also go for a walk in the sports park at night, which is very comfortable~

This time I stayed at Cixi Atour, the whole experience was directly full. From entering the door to leaving the store, every detail was high-end and attentive. It was definitely one of the most comfortable Atours I have ever lived in!
I want to focus on the fish egg lady at the front desk! Her service is simply the enthusiasm and professionalism of the ”textbook level”! As soon as I entered the door, I smiled and greeted me, handed over warm tea, and instantly dispelled the fatigue of the journey. Check-in is efficient and smooth, actively and meticulously introduce hotel facilities, breakfast time, and also intimately recommend the surrounding food and travel routes. The whole process is patient and gentle, making people feel kind.
If you have any needs, you will always respond promptly, have a sincere attitude, deal with problems professionally and efficiently, and always have a warm smile on your face, which makes people feel like spring breeze. She interprets Atour's concept of ”human warmth” with the ultimate service. She is gentle and powerful. It is the most eye-catching business card of this hotel!
Hotel hardware is also impeccable! The environment is elegant and quiet, the lobby is full of book fragrance, and the design is simple and advanced. The room was clean and tidy to spotless, the layout was reasonable, the bedding was soft and skin-friendly, lying down for a second to sleep, the sound insulation effect was superb, and it was completely away from the hustle and bustle. The facilities are intelligent and complete, the hot water is sufficient, the quality of toiletries is online, and the details are full of care.
The breakfast is rich and delicious, the categories are varied, the stalls are superb and the taste is authentic. The location is excellent, the travel is convenient, the surrounding facilities are complete, and the business trip or travel are super suitable.

The layout was warm, the bathroom was super large, and there was a cloakroom. The family room was very friendly for parent-child travel. The children's slippers, toiletries, small stools, toilet seats, and small gifts, dolls, small toys, and small tents were all available. They even prepared disposable bathtub bags. This time I stayed at Cixi Huixu International Hotel, the overall experience was very good, and the overall price was very high.
Advantages:
