GGuest UserIt was my first time staying at Atour Hotel. It was very cold and late. When Jiang Yu from the front desk helped me check in, he brought me a cup of tea to warm my hands. I felt that it not only warmed my hands but also my heart. I was drunk at the time and my mind was confused. I couldn't hear the words from the front desk clearly. I was in a bad mood and a little irritable. The front desk manager Ran Ning calmed me down immediately, checked me in and sent me to the room. He told me that I could call the front desk if I felt uncomfortable. I said yes. After entering the room, I felt that the room facilities and equipment were very new and comprehensive. The room was also very large. A few minutes later, someone knocked on the door. It was the front desk manager Ran Ning who brought me a bowl of millet porridge, sobering tea and two bottles of warm water. Seeing that I was very uncomfortable, he quickly let me drink two sips of sobering tea and gave me two hot towels to wipe my face. Atour's service is really great. , Ran Ning came in to help me turn on the air conditioner and took off my slippers and put them next to the bed. She also brought an air purifier and put it next to my bed and turned it on for me. The service was very thoughtful and I had no complaints. I woke up in the middle of the night with a sore throat and was very thirsty, but I didn’t want to drink ice water, so I called the front desk to ask for two bottles of warm water. The phone didn’t ring for a few times before Jiang Yu at the front desk answered the phone. After learning about my request, he immediately told me that it was okay and the front desk buddy would go up and send it to me immediately. I was very worried at first that I would trouble them, but the front desk acted quickly. Not long after, Jiang Yu at the front desk knocked on the door and brought me a large cup of hot water and honey lemon water from the front desk, which made me really feel the high-quality service of Atour. This was also my first time staying in Atour, and I felt the caring service that was different from other hotels. I will definitely stay in Atour often in the future

The room seemed well soundproofed; I don't know if it was because the neighbors were also quiet, but I didn't hear anything, and I slept well both nights. GGuest UserThe newly opened hotel in Hangzhou Bay has an excellent location, very close to Century Golden Resources, quiet in the bustling city, and there are large supermarkets and many newly opened restaurants around the hotel, which is extremely convenient for eating, drinking and having fun. The hotel's front desk customer service was patient and meticulous, and took the initiative to help me when I saw that I was carrying an elderly person with difficulty walking. The room had no odor, the bedding was comfortable, the view was wide, the facilities were clean and hygienic, and the room service was also very thoughtful and enthusiastic. GGuest UserThis time I came to Cixi for a business trip and chose this Atour. It was really beyond expectations in all aspects! The location is excellent, next to Yintai Department Store, whether it is eating or business entertainment, it is particularly convenient. The room is impeccable, the facilities are very new, and the bedding is super comfortable to sleep. The younger brother and sister at the front desk are particularly warm and thoughtful, and the work efficiency is extremely high. The overall environment is quiet, and the smell of a day's work is gone! It is definitely the gospel of the party on a business trip. I will choose this one next time I come to Cixi!

Service: I felt the hospitality as soon as I arrived at the hotel. A large plate of fruit was sent. The electric car was available on call. The two drivers I met were a tall young man and a middle-aged master. They were very thoughtful. 👍The sister who manages the hot springs cleaned the pool carefully. The hot spring water is level one, but I was told that the water temperature can only be maintained for 2 hours. In fact, the water temperature is a bit high and the children can't stand it

Yyan6483The room was ok. We arrived late and arranged two rooms at the entrance. We added a breakfast the next day. It was hard to describe. There was not a piece of meat. The breakfast ended at 9:30, and there was nothing left at 8:30. We asked for a yogurt, but it was not brought out for half an hour. I don't know if the yogurt also needs to be made on the spot. There was not a sausage or a piece of bacon. The breakfast brought down the hotel's service.
