"Overall it's pretty good, clean. The hotel is quite big, the decoration style is also good, I like it. Clean and refreshing.
Some points that I'm not very satisfied with:
1. We booked a family room, and there were 4 people staying, but they didn't take the initiative to replenish our disposable items such as slippers.
2. The takeaway we ordered was not delivered, so we had to go down and get it ourselves.
3. The toilet door was broken and couldn't be closed. For a family, forget it.

Anonymous UserThe room was alright. I liked the small sofa design, but there was only one power outlet next to the desk, which was a bit inconvenient. It was quite comfortable to sleep in, though. I'm a bit of a clean freak, so I brought disposable bedding. I completely forgot about the late-night comfort food, but I already had breakfast. The selection wasn't huge, but it was pretty complete, and there was even a toaster, haha!

The room was spacious, right by the lake, and the terrace was also large enough for my husband to fish. I came to Hangzhou Bay with my family and chose Hanting, which adheres to the ”cleanliness” principle. The cleanliness did not disappoint. In addition, the biggest highlight of the hotel is the scenery from high floors, which is like ”seeing all the mountains at a glance”. During the day, you can overlook the majestic Hangzhou Bay Cross-sea Bridge, and at night, you can have a bird's-eye view of the lights of Century City in the new district. The service of the hotel is remarkable. They gave us fruits when we checked in and patiently introduced us to parking and breakfast matters. The standardization of Hanting is trustworthy.
