Guest UserThis hotel was incredibly strange. While the interior itself was generally fine, the location was extremely remote, and our window overlooked an abandoned building. We felt okay after checking in, but by nightfall, my entire family felt uneasy. Was it something supernatural? Was it because there were so few guests? It's hard to say. My child kept crying and screaming, as if startled. We hadn't done anything unusual during the day, and we've never experienced anything like this on previous trips. We ended up checking out and leaving around 11 PM. It wasn't until the car drove far away that my child calmed down, and only after we moved to a different place did they finally sleep peacefully.

Overall it's pretty good, clean. The hotel is quite big, the decoration style is also good, I like it. Clean and refreshing.
Some points that I'm not very satisfied with:
1. We booked a family room, and there were 4 people staying, but they didn't take the initiative to replenish our disposable items such as slippers.
2. The takeaway we ordered was not delivered, so we had to go down and get it ourselves.
3. The toilet door was broken and couldn't be closed. For a family, forget it.
Other things are pretty satisfactory.

The two drivers I met were a tall young man and a middle-aged master. They were very thoughtful. 👍The sister who manages the hot springs cleaned the pool carefully. The hot spring water is level one, but I was told that the water temperature can only be maintained for 2 hours. In fact, the water temperature is a bit high and the children can't stand it

mickey-liuWe chose the Manxin Bay Hotel for our trip with our dog. It's pet-friendly, with a large lawn where our dog could run around happily. The room was spacious, right by the lake, and the terrace was also large enough for my husband to fish. He thoroughly enjoyed himself! 😂 The hotel has a restaurant where you can eat if you don't want to go out; the prices are reasonable and the food is quite good. 👍

I came to Hangzhou Bay with my family and chose Hanting, which adheres to the ”cleanliness” principle. The cleanliness did not disappoint. In addition, the biggest highlight of the hotel is the scenery from high floors, which is like ”seeing all the mountains at a glance”. During the day, you can overlook the majestic Hangzhou Bay Cross-sea Bridge, and at night, you can have a bird's-eye view of the lights of Century City in the new district. The service of the hotel is remarkable. They gave us fruits when we checked in and patiently introduced us to parking and breakfast matters. The standardization of Hanting is trustworthy. I give this store a thumbs up 👍🏻.

It is the best homestay I have ever stayed in! The rooms are clean and tidy, well equipped, and the surrounding environment is very beautiful.
