"The room was okay. We stayed for five days in total. The cleaning lady wasn't very good. I don't know if it was a communication breakdown with the front desk or what, but one day when we extended our stay, she swiped her card to open our room door while we were sleeping. Putting that aside, it was alright. But today we discovered our ID cards were missing. It's possible the cleaning lady took them with her. The first receptionist said that's unlikely, as the cleaning ladies always check carefully. The second receptionist said they asked the cleaning lady, and she said she hadn't seen them. Even if she did take them, we are responsible for not keeping them safe."

I said that my sleep quality was not good, so they arranged a quiet room for me. The room was equipped with smart Xiaodu, which was good. I booked an afternoon tea set, and the waiter arranged for me to drink tea in the lobby on the first floor. The lobby was also quiet and not noisy. The breakfast was a buffet with various dishes. "Checked in on the fifth day of the ***** New Year. For just over 500 RMB, it was great value for money. The hotel is very close to Hangzhou Bay National Wetland Park. The rooms are quite standard. All the staff were very polite. The breakfast selection was also quite rich. Things to improve: We arrived at 7:40 PM and paid an extra 88 RMB per person for the happy hour; children were not charged. We were told that if the food ran out, they could replenish it. At 7:50 PM, I asked if there was any more salami, and they said happy hour was almost over and there wasn't any left. If it couldn't be replenished, they shouldn't have said it could be in the first place. On the positive side, the auntie at the lounge who makes noodles kindly made an extra bowl for us even after closing time. Thumbs up for her. Another thing to improve: The toilet in the bathroom made noise and woke me up in the middle of the night. Also, whenever water was used in the bathroom sink, the shower water would suddenly turn cold."

"This hotel is a real gem! The price is great, and both the service and room quality are excellent. It has a minimalist style, a bit like a Fairfield by Marriott. The rooms are very spacious, and with the large, high-floor windows, you get a fantastic panoramic view of Cixi's financial district. This is a huge improvement over the Atour across the street, which has lower floors and smaller windows. The hotel is right next to Aegean Shopping Park, Cixi's busiest mall, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient. After a meal, you can also take a pleasant stroll around Mingyue Lake Park. When we checked in, we even saw the national football team staying there – a whole group of tall, foreign players, very eye-catching!"
