"The advantage of Four Seasons Ivy is that the decoration is new, so everything looks clean. But there are definitely deficiencies in staff training and facility maintenance.
When the laundry detergent was empty, the staff should have taken the initiative to replenish it. However, after the guest called the front desk, a big man came with a disposable cup filled with laundry detergent and said why the guest didn't go and get it himself. The service awareness really needs to be improved.
The shower door in the room was poorly sealed, and a large pool of water would splash out after a shower. It was especially easy for the slippers to get wet and fall."

"The room was ok. We arrived late and arranged two rooms at the entrance. We added a breakfast the next day. It was hard to describe. There was not a piece of meat. The breakfast ended at 9:30, and there was nothing left at 8:30. We asked for a yogurt, but it was not brought out for half an hour. I don't know if the yogurt also needs to be made on the spot. There was not a sausage or a piece of bacon. The breakfast brought down the hotel's service."

"This hotel is very close to Fantawild, making it our top choice when visiting the park. The breakfast spread is incredibly rich, with options like oatmeal and rice cake soup, and it all tastes great! The lobby is spacious and offers a delicious afternoon tea. Our room was quite clean, and this time we were on the 20th floor, providing a panoramic view of the surroundings. There's a wide variety of takeout available, with all sorts of cuisines, including tangyuan (glutinous rice balls) and small seafood dishes. 'Yan' from room service was very enthusiastic; when we called to ask for children's slippers and toiletries, they were delivered incredibly fast. They even proactively called us when we left something behind in the room, which was super reliable! We'll definitely stay here again next time."

This is a huge improvement over the Atour across the street, which has lower floors and smaller windows. The hotel is right next to Aegean Shopping Park, Cixi's busiest mall, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient. After a meal, you can also take a pleasant stroll around Mingyue Lake Park. When we checked in, we even saw the national football team staying there – a whole group of tall, foreign players, very eye-catching!"

"The hotel address is good, parking is convenient, and the park is next to it. I went to the May Day holiday and spent a long time in the park on the last day, which was very good. The hotel breakfast is also very good, more abundant than Hangzhou Bay International Hotel, and the service is more thoughtful. GGuest UserIt was my first time staying at Atour Hotel. It was very cold and late. When Jiang Yu from the front desk helped me check in, he brought me a cup of tea to warm my hands. I felt that it not only warmed my hands but also my heart. I was drunk at the time and my mind was confused. I couldn't hear the words from the front desk clearly. I was in a bad mood and a little irritable. The front desk manager Ran Ning calmed me down immediately, checked me in and sent me to the room. He told me that I could call the front desk if I felt uncomfortable. I said yes. After entering the room, I felt that the room facilities and equipment were very new and comprehensive. The room was also very large. A few minutes later, someone knocked on the door. It was the front desk manager Ran Ning who brought me a bowl of millet porridge, sobering tea and two bottles of warm water. Seeing that I was very uncomfortable, he quickly let me drink two sips of sobering tea and gave me two hot towels to wipe my face. Atour's service is really great. , Ran Ning came in to help me turn on the air conditioner and took off my slippers and put them next to the bed. She also brought an air purifier and put it next to my bed and turned it on for me. The service was very thoughtful and I had no complaints. I woke up in the middle of the night with a sore throat and was very thirsty, but I didn’t want to drink ice water, so I called the front desk to ask for two bottles of warm water. The phone didn’t ring for a few times before Jiang Yu at the front desk answered the phone. After learning about my request, he immediately told me that it was okay and the front desk buddy would go up and send it to me immediately. I was very worried at first that I would trouble them, but the front desk acted quickly. Not long after, Jiang Yu at the front desk knocked on the door and brought me a large cup of hot water and honey lemon water from the front desk, which made me really feel the high-quality service of Atour. This was also my first time staying in Atour, and I felt the caring service that was different from other hotels. I will definitely stay in Atour often in the future

MM.O.T.A.S around the worldThis hotel is what you would expect for the price. beds were very comfortable, airconditioning clean bathroom. Do try to ask for a room on the forth floor as these rooms have just been refurbished (the photos) they are clean and well equiped. The hotel has private parking inside. Customer service is very good. down side was the smoking smell which is in some of the older rooms.

GGuest UserI booked this hotel on Ctrip in advance for my May Day holiday trip to Hangzhou Bay, and it turned out to be excellent value for money. We checked in that afternoon. A month prior, I had arranged with the hotel to have all our rooms on the same floor, but upon check-in, some family members still ended up on a different floor than us. This might have been due to the high occupancy during the May Day holiday. The rooms aren't large, but they have everything you need. The only minor drawback was that some facilities were a bit broken, possibly because of the sudden high occupancy, but the hotel's engineering team promptly came to inspect and repair them. Overall, I'd still recommend this hotel. The breakfast was decent, and I commend the hotel for implementing staggered entry for the large crowds. All in all, I recommend staying here! It's very close to all the major attractions, and the staff's service attitude was absolutely fantastic – kudos to them!

KKarla de MagalhãesThe hotel has a very strong smell of cigar smoke. It is annoying. The staff does not speak English but they try to help a lot. The girls from the reception are very nice, specially the ones that stay at night . The cleaning cheat is also very sweet.
The hotel does not seem to be very new, but with some renovated parts. It is ok. The room is large, very comfy beds, bathroom is ok (despite old). Breakfast is Chinese. They only have iogurt, bread and eggs. That was difficult to me. The location is ok in Cixi, but not much to do around, just very local Baja and general shops.

KKongkongru-??Giving it a five-star rating out of habit, but I do have a few complaints: The shower only has shampoo and body wash, no conditioner. They only provide two bottles of cheap Ice Dew mineral water, and you have to call room service for more, whereas before they used to provide four or six. The outlets are definitely old; charging plugs easily fall out. If you don't specifically ask the front desk, they only give you one key card and don't proactively offer an extra for charging. The price of Tower A remains stubbornly high, and the occupancy rate isn't what it used to be, judging by the emptier parking lot. With more and more new hotels popping up nearby, there are now more choices. If they don't make some changes, it's going to be tough for them. Also, the toilet flush is weak, and there's no place to put your phone.

The two drivers I met were a tall young man and a middle-aged master. They were very thoughtful. 👍The sister who manages the hot springs cleaned the pool carefully. The hot spring water is level one, but I was told that the water temperature can only be maintained for 2 hours. In fact, the water temperature is a bit high and the children can't stand it
