GGuest UserAt the end of the summer vacation, I took my children to Fantawild and decided to stay because they liked the relatively new hotel. The overall environment and hygiene are very satisfactory. Before check-in, the housekeeper added WeChat to inquire about the check-in time and requirements in advance, which was very good.
But I must point out the shortcomings. After checking in, I went to the restaurant on the first floor to eat at around 12:30. I asked the butler to reserve a seat in advance, but when I arrived at the restaurant, I was told that there was no reservation. I don't know how the hotel works.
The food was not served until 50 minutes after ordering. Two families who were seated at the same time couldn't wait and left early, expressing their dissatisfaction. This aspect needs to be improved in the future.
The hotel is more business-like, with only a swimming pool and gym, and few facilities for children.

GGuest UserThe service at this hotel was exceptional, with incredibly friendly staff. The front desk receptionists were warm and attentive, making the check-in process swift. Our room was spacious and bright, featuring a smart voice assistant (XiaoDu XiaoDu) which was very intelligent. The comfortable bed ensured an excellent night's sleep. I would definitely choose this hotel again for my next stay!

MM223746****We originally booked a double bed room, but our friend's elderly couple had poor sleep and preferred to sleep in separate beds. The front desk promptly helped to change the twin beds. There was a small incident during this stay. I woke up in the middle of the night and was thirsty and wanted to drink some hot water, but I didn't expect that there was a sudden power failure in the hotel. The girl at the front desk learned of our needs, immediately turned on the light, and hurriedly brought two cups of hot water, asking the waiter to give a thumbs up👍

__WeChat238732****I chose this hotel because I needed to charge my car. The hotel is very large, with plenty of parking spaces, and there are restaurants and fruit shops nearby. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and even gave me some thoughtful small gifts! Breakfast was also excellent. I needed a late checkout, and the hotel front desk readily agreed, which was really great. Even the food deliveries were brought up by a robot. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Ningbo!

GGuest UserI was already very tired, but I didn’t feel itchy in my chest after taking a shower. A beetle the size of a small thumbnail cover was on my body. It scared me to fly. After the cockroach flew, the bug could not be found. It was even more scary. I told the front desk that this thing changed my room. As a result, there was dirt on the mouth of the wash cup in another room, and the kind that can be scratched off with a nail scratch... It really broke the defense.

Rrongcao1989A huge thank you to Jett from Guest Services for their incredibly thoughtful arrangements. They proactively reached out a day before our stay to understand our needs. Upon learning we were traveling with a baby, they not only pre-booked the kids' club for us but also upgraded us to a suite. The room was even prepared with welcome fruits and a welcome toy, which were such considerate touches. Any feedback or issues we had were also addressed very promptly.
The dinner service provided was excellent, featuring six dishes and a soup. Additionally, for an extra 68 RMB per person, we had the option to upgrade to the buffet dinner at the downstairs cafe, which was fantastic value!

MM321152****It's my first date with my girlfriend. I read this online review is very good. I like the style. I came here. It's a surprise. I feel that it has more features and charm than a star hotel. The room is very clean, the quilt is very comfortable, and the bathroom is three-stage Separation, full smart toilet, thumbs up; drive over, the parking lot is huge, there are charging piles in the basement, and the supporting facilities are complete. My girlfriend said that she will stay here next time, she is satisfied and satisfied!

Facilities: The villa is fully equipped, including hot springs, mahjong TV, etc.
Sanitation: Each room has its own sanitary facilities, clean and tidy
Service: I felt the hospitality as soon as I arrived at the hotel. A large plate of fruit was sent. The electric car was available on call. The two drivers I met were a tall young man and a middle-aged master. They were very thoughtful. 👍The sister who manages the hot springs cleaned the pool carefully. The hot spring water is level one, but I was told that the water temperature can only be maintained for 2 hours. In fact, the water temperature is a bit high and the children can't stand it
