GGuest UserIt was a wise decision to choose this B&B for this trip! The decoration style of the homestay is unique, integrating local cultural characteristics, making people feel as if they are in another world. The room is spacious, well-lit, and the scenery outside the window is breathtaking. The homestay also has a viewing terrace where you can enjoy the starry sky at night, which is so romantic. The owner is a very interesting person. He shared with us a lot of stories about the B&B and the local customs and practices, which gave us a deeper understanding of this place. Staying here for a few days, I felt as comfortable as at home. It was truly an unforgettable accommodation experience. The room was tastefully decorated and every item was placed just right. The food at the B&B is also very good, with fresh ingredients and authentic Cantonese and Japanese food. The service attitude of the staff is very good, enthusiastic and considerate, making people feel very comfortable. I have stayed here twice in a row. The experience is great.

XXimenningyanThe room is on the fourth floor, clean and sanitary. The four-piece suit and bath towels are very comfortable. There are two kinds of pillows with moderate hardness and softness. The toiletries are very useful. The room is not big but it has everything it should have. The kettle is clean and easy to use. The disposable slippers are of good quality. There is also a laundry room on the roof for drying. The water flow of the shower is not too strong and I hope it can be improved. I don't like the smart toilet flushing when I sit down. Breakfast is clean and sanitary rice noodles, corn and eggs. There is also a bar downstairs where you can drink coffee and wine. Outside the door is a beautiful lotus pond. The village is very clean and there are many beautiful plants and flowers. It is only a few minutes' walk from the lake. The boss is very nice and enthusiastic. He provides a lot of help. The recommended restaurants and morning markets are very good. It is convenient to take a taxi, and there are also shared electric motorcycles for rent in the surrounding area. In short, it is a homestay worth coming again.

GGuest UserMy friend selected the hotel based on the reviews. The quality is really extraordinary. I like the decoration style of their bathroom very much. The tiles are also marble blue, which I like. The housekeeper introduced that the style of the hotel bathroom is different in each room. He specially asked the lady to take us to see the other two room types. They are really different. They are very special and really attentive. I forgot to take pictures of the breakfast. It is quite unique: semi-self-service mixed order. In addition to the food on the buffet table, the waiter will also take the breakfast list to order dishes for the guests separately, and then the chef will cook on the spot. It is the first time to experience this kind of service. It is great! Another point worth mentioning is that because we came by taxi and were afraid that it would be inconvenient to travel, who knew that the hotel is equipped with a business car for free lakeside pick-up and drop-off. You only need to make an appoin**ent with the housekeeper in advance. Whether it is to go to the foot of the mountain to eat fish or to the lakeside beach and plank road, it is very convenient. The guesthouse is tastefully decorated in a traditional Chinese style. However, the hot water was broken when I checked in, and there was no hot water from the evening until the next day. The Wi-Fi suddenly stopped working the next morning. Breakfast was rather simple.

GGuest UserFacilities: The homestay is small and exquisite, not too big. The facilities in the room made me feel that the boss was an environmentally friendly person, for example, the clothes hangers and trash cans were all made of wood. The homestay is clean, simple and tidy.
Attitude: They communicated with us in advance and understood our needs. They helped us change to a better room and carried a heavy crib to the third floor for us because of some of our needs. I was very touched by this.
Breakfast: except for the staple food, everything else is prepared for everyone, which is pretty good.

The neighbors are all B&Bs and cafes. This one is at the top, with convenient parking and Tesla charging piles. I went there before the Chinese New Year. The boss was responsible for the reception. The coffee and freshly baked rose cakes were very good. He also gave a lot of good suggestions for travel itineraries. The breakfast was also delicious. I was given rose tea, which was still very fragrant after being brewed in five or six thermos cups for a day. In-room facilities: What you see in the pictures is what you get. The room terrace and the rooftop terrace are both outstanding, and they are great for watching the sunset and taking photos. The only thing about the bedding is that it's not my cup of tea, and I can't say it's bad, but it's not the soft type that I like, but the sofa is very comfortable.

GGuest UserThe homestay is located on the top of the mountain in Xiaowan Village. During the Spring Festival, there is no car. It is not easy to call a car to pick up and drop off. The room type is a tatami room with horse private soup. The room space is relatively small. The private soup room is more spacious. It is very relieved to play back. It is not convenient for older adults to go up and down the bed and Tangchi. The terrace of the hotel can see the sunset of Fuxian Lake. The proprietress helped us go up and down the stairs to get our luggage, and the breakfast was not bad.

Cleanliness: The hygiene was quite good.
Environment: The hotel is located in Xiaowan Village, offering beautiful scenery and a quiet location. You can enjoy views of Fuxian Lake from the room.
Service: We arrived by car around 9:30 PM. Unable to find parking, we contacted the hotel, and a staff member warmly greeted us at the entrance. However, due to the New Year's Eve crowds, there wasn't enough parking, so we had to park elsewhere. The hotel promised to cover the parking fee. After checking out, I showed them the parking payment screenshot, and they asked for my QR code for payment. However, from check-out at 10:30 AM until I got home at 9:00 PM, I still hadn't received the reimbursed parking fee.
Complimentary fruit, tea, Americano coffee: Since we arrived late, I didn't have coffee at night and asked the hotel if I could have it the next morning. They agreed, stating coffee was available from 8 AM to 11 PM. However, when I messaged them at 8:30 AM the next day asking for two coffees, they said they would deliver them at 10 AM. They were never delivered, even by 10:30 AM check-out. The other fruits and tea were also not provided.
Overall, the hotel's environment, cleanliness, and breakfast were good, but the service attitude was quite casual. They failed to deliver on their promise to cover the parking fee (20 RMB) and provide the complimentary coffee.
