I entered the pool and soaked for a while before I found that the inner wall of the pool was all gray, and there were very dirty corners... It's hard to comment. The lounge chairs on the terrace were also gray 3. The breakfast was not worth it. It was not delicious and there were few varieties. It was not as good as the mid-range level of Huazhu Club 4. The lighting in the room was very dim. It was impossible to put on makeup in front of the bathroom mirror. The shower room looked dirty and old. The water pressure in the washbasin was ridiculously high and splashed all over Fortunately, I only booked one night. Complimentary fruit, tea, Americano coffee: Since we arrived late, I didn't have coffee at night and asked the hotel if I could have it the next morning. They agreed, stating coffee was available from 8 AM to 11 PM. However, when I messaged them at 8:30 AM the next day asking for two coffees, they said they would deliver them at 10 AM. They were never delivered, even by 10:30 AM check-out. The other fruits and tea were also not provided. Overall, the hotel's environment, cleanliness, and breakfast were good, but the service attitude was quite casual. They failed to deliver on their promise to cover the parking fee (20 RMB) and provide the complimentary coffee.
