"Facilities: The hotel is very new, the room is quite large, with smart curtains, music for bathing, and smart lighting adjustment. It would be better if the bathroom had an additional night mode. The bed is very comfortable and the plastic pillow is great. There are rich varieties of breakfast, including milk, soy milk, porridge, coffee, steamed buns, purple sweet potato buns, quick-cooked buns, side dishes, and freshly cooked rice noodles, etc., which can satisfy all tastes.
Hygiene: Clean and tidy, very safe to use. There are also disposable toilet pads, which are very considerate.
Environment: The hotel is in a good location. Not far in front is the place where the red beach is walking down, and behind is the Starlight Night Market. There are many fishing villages for eating downstairs.
Service: The front desk service is very good, the room has been upgraded, and when I left, I asked for mineral water on the way, and I agreed very readily."

"The room was booked for 302 yuan per night. I've never given a bad review before, this is the first time!
1. First of all, the staff's attitude and service awareness were very good, no problems, and they were very enthusiastic.
2. Reasons for the bad review:
(1) The room had an odor, which I suspect was musty. See the pictures for details; you can see that the walls were damp and moldy everywhere.
(2) Around 10:30 pm, a very muffled sound started to make, especially noticeable when the wardrobe was opened.
(3) The room was poorly clean. The area around the bathtub and the sink in the bathroom was covered in white dust when touched.
(4) In the room we stayed in, there were two beds. The outer bed had stains on the blanket, and the inner bed had stains on the sheet. See the pictures for details.
Especially when I discovered the stains on the sheets and blankets at night, I was about to contact customer service, but my husband said, ”Let's just stay one night and leave tomorrow morning. It's too late to argue.” The room price wasn't expensive, but it wasn't exactly cheap either. It really didn't match the price! Dissatisfied!!"

XXimenningyanThe room is on the fourth floor, clean and sanitary. The four-piece suit and bath towels are very comfortable. There are two kinds of pillows with moderate hardness and softness. The toiletries are very useful. The room is not big but it has everything it should have. The kettle is clean and easy to use. The disposable slippers are of good quality. There is also a laundry room on the roof for drying. The water flow of the shower is not too strong and I hope it can be improved. I don't like the smart toilet flushing when I sit down. Breakfast is clean and sanitary rice noodles, corn and eggs. There is also a bar downstairs where you can drink coffee and wine. Outside the door is a beautiful lotus pond. The village is very clean and there are many beautiful plants and flowers. It is only a few minutes' walk from the lake. The boss is very nice and enthusiastic. He provides a lot of help. The recommended restaurants and morning markets are very good. It is convenient to take a taxi, and there are also shared electric motorcycles for rent in the surrounding area. In short, it is a homestay worth coming again.

The service was super intimate, and the little girl took the initiative to help us carry the box. Breakfast is awesome! The rice noodles are delicious 😋, and the homemade snacks are really fragrant. The location is in the middle, in Guanglong Town, it is convenient to go to Ruichong Park, Star Fish Cave, Fossil Museum, Sun Bay, and Sakura Valley. I guess the boss is doing art. On May 16, there is Guiyi music playing 🎶 Unfortunately, we are going back to Kunming. Have the opportunity to come to Fuxian Lake and live in his house!

There weren't too many varieties, but the boss was really enthusiastic and reminded us at any time that there were fruits prepared. What I want to say most is that the boss was very attentive and considerate. When we left, we forgot to bring something, and he notified us immediately and sent it to us silently. A truly wonderful hotel, impeccably curated down to every detail, from the color palette to the lighting, everything feels thoughtfully designed. The manager was incredibly kind and welcoming from the start, offering us local teas and explaining their origins with genuine passion, which we really appreciated.
Breakfast is simple yet very good, with fresh, well-chosen products.

GGuest UserWe are American expats living in Hong Kong and came to Kunming area for our school’s Easter holiday. We cannot say enough about this beautiful hotel, located in a picturesque village along the northeastern coast of Fuxian Lake. Positives: 1. the location is AMAZING. The village itself feels very Mediterranean and houses over 30 boutique-style hotels. 2. This specific hotel has the most beautiful Chinese garden. My husband and I spent ample time just sitting in the garden chatting and looking at the beautiful flowers. They also have a basket swing our kids played on. 3. The design of the hotel is beautiful…..thatched roofing and wooden doors on the outside, reeded ceilings with wooden beams on the inside…..it all looked so warm and lovely. 4. Our specific room was a 2-level lake view family suite that had a terrace outside the upper level bedroom (which was the “master”). The view from this upper bedroom was so gorgeous….prime view of the lake. 5. The bathroom in our suite was modern and seemed to have some kind of heating fan over the shower area which was an added bonus. 6. The breakfast was traditional Chinese style. By this time, we were at the end of our trip and were a bit tired of rice noodles for breakfast (we are used to western-style breakfasts), but as soon as we tasted this hotel’s rice noodles, it was easy to forget we were tired of them. They were delicious! The owner also served us steamed milk and some kind of sweet steamed bread. It was all very tasty!
Negatives: I truly do not have any. And I usually always have something I critique about hotels. But this place was truly a 5-star stay for us. It was gorgeous and the owner was so sweet.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located halfway up the mountain in Sun Mountain Town. The scenery is simply amazing. It is recommended to come to this place! Personally feel that it is the best environment on the east side of the lake.
The hotel room facilities are relatively simple but relatively complete, and the sanitation is not bad. After all, the homestay, this sanitation is OK. There is also a balcony facing Fuxian Lake. The coolest thing to wake up every day is to open the curtains to see the lake view! !

There are two bathrooms, and there is warm air in the shower. You can park on the roadside or in an underground garage. There is a supermarket and KFC one kilometer away. You can see the Fossil Museum from the living room window. It is much more cost-effective than staying in an ordinary hotel.
There are also books related to Fuxian Lake in the room, which is really good.

The observation deck has a great view of the lake. The lobby is also a cafe and restaurant. It is fully open. You can sit on the grass outside the lobby to drink coffee, sunbathe, and be in a daze. You can stay for a whole afternoon.
Service: The whole service is very considerate and thoughtful, very humane. Breakfast is specially prepared for children. Small portions are enthusiastically helped to carry luggage during check-in and check-out. It is a particularly satisfactory stay experience. I have recommended it to my friends. I will choose to stay next time I come to Fuxian Lake!

EEva13Nice local hotel close to the lake. Spacious and comfortable room, but could be cleaner. However, the sheets and towels were fresh and smelled nice, which is the most important. Also, there was no strong cigarette smoke smell in the room, which is always great. The food at the hotel's restaurant was really tasty, recommended! The family running the hotel is very nice too.
