XXimenningyanThe room is on the fourth floor, clean and sanitary. The four-piece suit and bath towels are very comfortable. There are two kinds of pillows with moderate hardness and softness. The toiletries are very useful. The room is not big but it has everything it should have. The kettle is clean and easy to use. The disposable slippers are of good quality. There is also a laundry room on the roof for drying. The water flow of the shower is not too strong and I hope it can be improved. I don't like the smart toilet flushing when I sit down. Breakfast is clean and sanitary rice noodles, corn and eggs. There is also a bar downstairs where you can drink coffee and wine. Outside the door is a beautiful lotus pond. The village is very clean and there are many beautiful plants and flowers. It is only a few minutes' walk from the lake. The boss is very nice and enthusiastic. He provides a lot of help. The recommended restaurants and morning markets are very good. It is convenient to take a taxi, and there are also shared electric motorcycles for rent in the surrounding area. In short, it is a homestay worth coming again.

MMountain/\AshThe entry is so calming. A nice open space with plants all around. The Chinese couple owning the Hotel were very sweet even though we couldn’t converse with them (they didn’t speak English and we can’t speak Chinese). They let us store our two bicycles in the house. The room is large and the bathroom is massive. There’s a bit of road noise with the windows open (on the second level). There’s no lift. They owner walked us to a neighbouring restaurant which was very nice. In the morning they both saw us off on our ride.

GGuest UserMy husband's birthday, I contacted the staff in the store in advance to make a birthday surprise layout. The staff was very patient throughout, and the two little brothers ～ The room was very warm and romantic. Because of my birthday, the hotel upgraded the room type for free. I bought the balloon arranged online. SF Express had no way to deliver it. They also deliberately helped me pick up the courier and arrange it. We have been in touch during the period. We are very patient in communication throughout the whole process. The layout is really attentive. The hotel environment is very filmed, very beautiful, once the curtains are opened, the lake view is introduced, breakfast/afternoon tea/nightingale is very nice~, ask the little brother to have two red wine glasses, return to the room and surprise to see a bottle of red wine ～ The location of their home is the best on the mountain, and the distance is very moderate. Very comfortable and comfortable homestay, my husband and I like it very much, looking forward to the next trip ❤️ Thank you.

JJinglingshuiDuring the Spring Festival, all hotels were full, and I searched this homestay by fate, which exceeded expectations! In the overcrowded tourist destination, it is like a quiet harbor, especially everyone's staff here. The little brother at the front desk is very attentive and gentle, and responds to every request you have, just like family. There is also the sister who prepared breakfast. I ate Yuanbao on the first day and specially prepared millet porridge for us... Many details are very warm, so I don’t lift one by one. The staff here is not completing the work, but like family members. The Spring Festival is here for the New Year. Feeling at home.
Let's talk about the hardware facilities. The room not only has a sense of design, but also has a good sense of use. The details are in place. The designer must have been attentive and must have a life.
We can walk 5 minutes to the lake, we fed the seagulls at 8 am (the seagull dam did not feed too many people, no one is rushing to feed you). Don't go in the afternoon, it's best to go early in the morning, remember to bring bread.
We also saw the dragon dance team at the moment we opened the window, and it was really a surprise everywhere.
In short, it is very recommended, like the little brother at the front desk who received us 👍👍

YYunzhongluBringing the family out to play, there was no special note when booking, and after arriving at the store, I found that the third floor was arranged. The boss took the initiative to say that the high-rise scenery is better, there is a vacancy, and directly helped us upgrade to the fifteenth floor. I was very happy to open the window and see the river view. It was very comfortable to sit by the window and drink tea.
Two rooms and two bathrooms, the room is very comfortable, three people live very spacious, the mattress is moderately hard and soft, and the bathroom is also well separated from wet and dry. The boss took the initiative to recommend the nearby routes and restaurants, where to take pictures, where to enjoy the sunset, which taste, what time to go without queuing, and write clearly. Later, I went to an old store as he said, which was really good.
There is nothing to be picky about the overall stay, and I will consider this next time I come here.

GGuest UserWe are American expats living in Hong Kong and came to Kunming area for our school’s Easter holiday. We cannot say enough about this beautiful hotel, located in a picturesque village along the northeastern coast of Fuxian Lake. Positives: 1. the location is AMAZING. The village itself feels very Mediterranean and houses over 30 boutique-style hotels. 2. This specific hotel has the most beautiful Chinese garden. My husband and I spent ample time just sitting in the garden chatting and looking at the beautiful flowers. They also have a basket swing our kids played on. 3. The design of the hotel is beautiful…..thatched roofing and wooden doors on the outside, reeded ceilings with wooden beams on the inside…..it all looked so warm and lovely. 4. Our specific room was a 2-level lake view family suite that had a terrace outside the upper level bedroom (which was the “master”). The view from this upper bedroom was so gorgeous….prime view of the lake. 5. The bathroom in our suite was modern and seemed to have some kind of heating fan over the shower area which was an added bonus. 6. The breakfast was traditional Chinese style. By this time, we were at the end of our trip and were a bit tired of rice noodles for breakfast (we are used to western-style breakfasts), but as soon as we tasted this hotel’s rice noodles, it was easy to forget we were tired of them. They were delicious! The owner also served us steamed milk and some kind of sweet steamed bread. It was all very tasty!
Negatives: I truly do not have any. And I usually always have something I critique about hotels. But this place was truly a 5-star stay for us. It was gorgeous and the owner was so sweet.

EEva13I had a very comfortable stay in this small hotel. The room was big enough and everything was very clean, the bed smelled nice and the owner is very kind and ready to help. The location is nice too, a bit away from the main street, so it is very peaceful at night, but still close to all the places in the city. If you prefer to stay in a smaller more private place than a big hotel, then this is a good place for you! Highly recommend it!

GGuest UserVery suitable hotel for leisure vacation, the front desk lady has a good service attitude, I can't find the parking lot, she patiently guided me to park, the lake view of the room is simply amazing, the floor-to-ceiling windows are very beautiful and you can see the whole Fuxian Lake (recommend the 180-degree full lake view room), there are many restaurants downstairs, it is very convenient to eat, the Moon Bay scenic area opposite has a Sanya feel, after checking in, ask the hotel for a park card and you can enter the park for free, there is a white sand beach in the park where you can take your children to play in the sand, and take pictures. It is recommended to travel off-peak, the cost performance is really high, this time I stayed in the most cost-effective hotel in Fuxian Lake.
