Environment: Definitely the ceiling, the hotel lobby, the Moon Shadow Bar, and the lakeside plank road are all good places to shoot Facilities: Although it is an old hotel, the facilities are still well maintained. The breakfast variety is quite rich and the experience is very good. I also chose the Chinese restaurant for dinner. The set meal is very cost-effective and the food tastes very good. Service: The air conditioning in the room was not good, and I took the initiative to change the room after the feedback.

The hotel is huge with a big aquirium in the lobby, there is also a giant fantastic outdoor playground (need to add on but price is reasonable) and a free indoor playground. We stayed during weekday and got Free Upgrade to better room with lake view. Buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of food, taste wise is Ok. Services generally good and they let us extend checkout time to 2pm. Kids love it and had a great time staying there!

It was a pleasant stay for us here as we were welcome with tea and Fruits platter once we checked in. The room was clean, with great entertainment system (projector which allows us to stream movie). The sound system was great and we really enjoyed the our time inside the room sipping tea while watching a movie. The hotel is also near a food street nearby (attached pic). Overall, would recommend!

Staying at Fuxian Lake Hotel feels very cost-effective. I enjoyed the hotel's high-quality service from the moment I arrived. The doorman helped to transport the luggage to the room. The room was clean and tidy. There were welcome fruits and afternoon tea. The front desk lady was very enthusiastic and asked many times if there was any help. I like her service. The breakfast environment is very good, and the food is basically complete, including dumplings, wontons, noodles and rice noodles. The restaurant opposite the hotel has ”stone pot fish”, which is a local specialty. I suggest that friends who have time must try it.

The lady who served was very attentive. But the hygiene was not very clean, and there were hairs from the previous guests on the sofa. The facilities are still relatively new, but there is a bit of a smell. The scenery outside the window is fake and not worth the nearly 1k price. The breakfast is B&B style, fixed to one set, which is better than having breakfast. It’s too far from the lake, so I don’t have to think carefully about driving by myself. There are few people in the entire community and it is empty.

The bedding was dry and breathable, and I felt very comfortable when I lay down. The boss's enthusiasm is nothing to say. We dragged the big box to the door and he smiled and picked up the luggage, not letting the guests do it. When I sat down and rested, I also brought a plate of freshly cut local fruits, sweet and juicy, and the distance was instantly closer. I heard that we wanted to visit the attractions, he not only took out his mobile phone to show us the organized strategy, but also carefully told which time there are few people, which car is the most convenient, and more intimate than his own homework. Living comfortably and warmly, such a good store must be Amway for everyone!

An old five-star hotel with good facilities and services, and a high cost-effectiveness (I wonder if the low price is because April is the off-season). The lobby is grand and the facilities are not old. In the evening, two people ordered a copper pot fish, fresh live fish and a large plate of vegetables (I don’t know what kind of fish it is, it’s quite fresh). I tried hard to finish the fish and my stomach was full. The waitress was also very warm and thoughtful. Except that you can’t see the lake from the room, everything is good haha.

The hardware is very good. I highly recommend it to Fuxian Lake. It is more spacious than a B&B room, has complete facilities and a laundry room. Next time I go there, I will still choose this hotel. Although the software is weak, the main reasons are: 1. The breakfast is too poor. It is better not to provide the small food, just rice noodles. The fat lady who was cooking the rice noodles did not raise her eyelids and kept a straight face (the other thin lady was obviously kinder). 2. The customer service is unsatisfactory. There are no soap boxes, soaps and small towels in the guest bathroom of the parent-child suite. We wanted to provide soap boxes and small soaps, but we were told that there were no soap boxes and were given a small soap. We had to use the ashtray as a soap dish. In addition, the juice and seeds we dripped on the guest bathroom toilet were still there when we came back at night. 3. Decoration design issues: Why does the standard bathroom have a side of frosted glass? It increases the cost and disturbs the guests' rest. When my roommate gets up early and goes to the bathroom to turn on the light, the whole room is brightly lit. 4. There are obviously insufficient elevators. There are only two elevators. During the peak dining period at 9 o'clock in the morning, the room attendants push the linen cart upstairs to start work. When guests go out at ten o'clock in the morning, the kitchen staff drags the food waste into the elevator. No wonder the elevator is dirty. Recommend the parent-child suite, which is more comfortable than the standard room and has a better view. The only thing is to close the screen door when entering and exiting at night, as there are many mosquitoes.

Clean and tidy, the decoration is very elegant, the bathroom is dry and wet without smell, there are many places to eat around, very close to the red beach of Fuxian Lake, there is a parking space at the door, we chose this homestay from Xishuangbanna to the first stop of Beijing by car, the boss enthusiastically helped us carry our luggage, praise!
