miamia0220The owner was really nice and upgraded our room. The view from the window was great. However, the neighboring guesthouse looked a bit messy, which detracted from the beautiful scenery.
The room was huge and even had a starlit ceiling. Unfortunately, the windows weren't working properly; one just wouldn't close. Since it was so early, around 5 AM, I didn't feel comfortable bothering the owner for help.
The hotel offers breakfast, which was good. The price wasn't expensive either, so it's pretty good value for money. It's also very convenient, only about 300m from the bus stop.
The bedding seemed clean, as I often get itchy at other guesthouses. Out of all the places I've stayed, including this one, only two haven't made me itch.
Overall, I'm quite satisfied! If you're wondering where to stay, I recommend this place. Though I feel guesthouses in Hemu are generally quite beautiful. Kanas was the worst, definitely not recommended! Go for either Baihaba or Hemu.

In the remote Hemu, it was unexpected to enjoy a warmer, more romantic and more considerate service than a five-star hotel. The waiters were all handsome men and beautiful women, kind, gentle and considerate; the daily afternoon tea, coffee and tea, exquisite and delicious snacks, and fresh fruits... Especially for ladies, there are unexpected gains. High-quality facial masks, essential oils, and moisturizing sprays are delivered every day, which are must-haves for beauty-loving ladies in Xinjiang. Thank you hotel for providing us with such perfect service!

Located n the Hemu scenic area, so you must have a ticket to enter the area to stay here. Access is via a couple of mandatory buses (you cannot drive directly here) so best not to bring heavy luggage. The suite is basically a self-contained 2 storey wooden hut. Adequate but a little cramped despite the 55sqm claim. Staff are friendly and try to be helpful, the room is well heated, and the breakfast is ok. WiFi very bad though. (Note that all the hotel rooms in Hemu village are wooden huts.) Close to the local free bus stop, so easy to get around. But note that it’s a 20+ minute walk home from the night market area because the buses stop running at around 9pm. To be honest, it’s expensive for what you get but I guess Ok for a one-night experience.

The environment is wonderful, the facilities are complete, and the cleanliness is excellent. The decor is tasteful, preserving the feel of a log cabin while also adding a touch of luxury. It's warm and comfortable, with no odors at all. It was a wonderful experience, a very comfortable stay, and it greatly enhanced my travel experience. The B&B has its own restaurant, which is delicious and very popular. We arrived after 9 PM, and there were still many people dining, so we didn't have to find another place late at night, which was very convenient. I stayed in Hemu, Kanas, and Baihaba Scenic Areas for a total of four nights, experiencing various B&Bs, and this one was the best. I highly recommend it.
The hostess was also very helpful. She proactively contacted me early to remind me about check-in information and scenic area precautions. When I arrived before 9 PM, she even contacted me to check in. She even drove to the transfer center to pick me up, fearing we might get lost. She even offered to make coffee for us at breakfast.

bubuaisunThis hotel offers incredible value for money! It's a super convenient 5-minute drive from the Jiadengyu scenic area entrance and a gas station, making travel a breeze. The hotel itself has a beautiful environment and is fully equipped with all the amenities you could need. The front desk staff, especially one guy, was incredibly warm, helpful, and quite handsome too! Our room was clean, comfortable, and had a fantastic view. To top it off, upon check-out, we received two complimentary coffees and a generous souvenir gift, which was such a thoughtful touch. Whether you're driving into the mountains or just on a short trip, this place is perfect. It's definitely my top choice for Kanas, and I'll be back again!

Guest UserOur stay in the deluxe king room at Hemu Qinghuan Guesthouse was absolutely fantastic! The wooden wabi-sabi style was cozy and elegant, and the room was spacious. The pressure-free mattress made for a very comfortable sleep. The smart room controls, separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom, smart toilet, and bathtub were all top-notch and impeccably clean. The location is superb, just a few minutes' walk to Hemu Bridge and the food street. We had stunning views of snow-capped mountains and green fields right from our window. The service was attentive, and the breakfast was delicious. It's truly the ideal choice for accommodation in Hemu.

Guest UserFive-star rave! M Hotel is an absolute must-stay for skiers at Jikpurin, a magical ski-in/ski-out hotel.
Any skier knows the struggle! M Hotel has perfected ski-in/ski-out convenience right at the west side of Jikpurin Ski Resort. Just clip on your skis, and it's a matter of minutes from the slopes to the hotel entrance. No more lugging heavy gear around, which means I can squeeze in a couple more runs each day – this experience is truly top-notch!
The breakfast buffet is a true energy station for skiers, with such a dazzling array of choices. Hot, freshly-made noodles, fragrant local baked buns, fresh fruit and yogurt, plus various Western options. After a morning of skiing, a hearty meal here instantly recharges you, fueling up for an afternoon of endless runs.
And the service? Absolutely impeccable. The staff are all enthusiastic and reliable. Upon check-in, they proactively helped us with our skis and stored our equipment, even thoughtfully reminding us about the day's open slopes and weather changes. When we rushed out for early morning skiing, the restaurant specifically reserved seats for us. And when we returned late at night, the front desk was always on duty, ready to assist with any request – truly warm and thoughtful service throughout.
I wholeheartedly recommend M Hotel to all friends coming to ski at Jikpurin. Staying here doubles your skiing enjoyment. I'll definitely be back here on my next trip!

The hotel is new and there are no major problems with hygiene. The hardware is new but not a big brand. But the service is equal to 0! ! ! There was no one to greet us or carry our luggage. There was not even a shower cap when we asked for it. They couldn't deliver anything. The worst thing was that such an expensive hotel only had two bottles of water in each room! ! ! If you want more water, you have to pay! ! ! This is really outrageous!

This hotel is super convenient, just about 100 meters from the Kanas Scenic Area ticket office. Plus, there's a really spacious parking lot, which was great since we drove. We just parked our car there, woke up, had breakfast, and walked straight to the scenic area to catch the shuttle bus. Speaking of breakfast, it had a fantastic variety! The front desk staff were all lovely too. I extended my stay by an extra day, and they didn't even make me switch rooms to avoid hassle, which was much appreciated. The room itself was very spacious and clean. The area around the hotel is also great for food and drinks, with lots of restaurants and even a Mixue Ice Cream & Tea shop. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit!

Guest UserMandarin Cloud Lodge (Manyunjian) absolutely deserves five stars! Check-in was quick and efficient, and the service was attentive and thoughtful. Our butler proactively answered all our questions and recommended local delicacies. The environment and hygiene were impeccable; our room was spotless and odor-free, and the bedding was changed for every guest. The underfloor heating was strong, and the hot water supply was stable. It's truly rare to find such a clean and comfortable cabin in Kanas. Our experience was fantastic, and I highly recommend it!
