enjoyed the stay very much, beautiful caravan with windows to see stars at night. has ample space and mini refrigerator. warm and comfortable. has fruits and snacks. surrounding is also beautiful and quiet.
we were not very familiar with the location and transport options to the hotel, and since it was pretty late, there were no more buses and taxis available, hotel was not able to give clear directions and provide help to get to hotel, no pick up service. we had to walk very far to reach hotel.
the bus stops in front of the hotel entrance but it is still quite far from the caravan place. not advisable for ppl with alot of luggage.

The trip to Kanas ended perfectly, and this perfection was largely attributed to Ding Ting, an employee of Hongfu Hotel. We were very lucky to choose Treasure Hotel and meet such a fairy employee. Because the journey was decided by us temporarily, the hotel was booked in a hurry, and there was no time to plan the itinerary carefully. Before departure, I consulted the hotel in Shanghai with a try-it mentality. It happened to be received by the experienced Ding Ting, just like being touched by a magic wand, which opened up a full range of service experience. From self-driving route planning, to dress suggestions for scenic spots, to hotel room preference arrangements, etc., some things we didn't even think of, she considered for us. Even if she was not on duty sometimes, as long as she was consulted on WeChat, she would respond quickly. She was really thoughtful in food, clothing, housing and transportation, and her high professionalism made us feel at home and warm as spring at the northernmost tip of Xinjiang. In addition, the hotel's environment and room facilities are very good hardware conditions, the dishes ordered in the restaurant are also delicious, and there are special staff to help carry the luggage. The room was cleaned very cleanly. It is worth mentioning that the pillows are soft and hard, unlike the soft pillows in many hotels and homestays. I slept very well in Taoyuan.
Winter is cold and dry. The indoor air conditioning and floor heating are sufficient. Just in case, there is also an electric heater. The socks were dried in two hours. There is also a humidifier. Although it is a drop in the bucket, it makes people feel very comfortable.

完了，還配有洗衣房，雖小，但洗烘齊全。不忙的時候，前台姐姐還幫忙烘乾，真是貼心。早餐也是自己做的，粗糧包點，雞蛋牛奶豆漿足夠了。
慢慢吃完在大廳拍拍照聊聊天，非常愜意。總之，入住北山下算是這次阿勒泰之旅體驗感非常好的民宿之一了，感恩遇到的前台姐姐的親切和大度，讓我們在結束旅程之時增添了一份對新疆的留戀。

CChina TravellerLocated n the Hemu scenic area, so you must have a ticket to enter the area to stay here. Access is via a couple of mandatory buses (you cannot drive directly here) so best not to bring heavy luggage. The suite is basically a self-contained 2 storey wooden hut. Adequate but a little cramped despite the 55sqm claim. Staff are friendly and try to be helpful, the room is well heated, and the breakfast is ok. WiFi very bad though. (Note that all the hotel rooms in Hemu village are wooden huts.) Close to the local free bus stop, so easy to get around. But note that it’s a 20+ minute walk home from the night market area because the buses stop running at around 9pm. To be honest, it’s expensive for what you get but I guess Ok for a one-night experience.
