"👍🏻A very nice B&B. The public area is very atmospheric, where you can eat or chat. 🏨The room is clean and most importantly, quiet! Can have a good night's sleep. The only drawback is that there is no elevator. When you check in, you will help carry your luggage to the room, and you will take it down yourself when you check out. 🚗Parking is convenient, there is a parking lot downstairs. This place is very close to the Russian Style Street, but there is not much to do in this style street..."

It's super convenient to get around, and the front desk staff, especially the ladies, were incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also good. It's located in a hotel cluster, and all the cars park in a large, very secure parking lot. For dinner, we went to a local coldwater fish restaurant at the Four Seasons Market. The fish was delicious. The portions for all the dishes were huge – highly recommended!"

"Staying at the New Journey Songguo Hotel this time, the cleanliness really exceeded my expectations! From the floors and bedding to the bathroom, everything in the room was immaculately cleaned, spotless, with not a single detail overlooked, even in the corners. Public areas like the corridors, elevators, and lobby were also very clean, with no trash visible, which made me feel very reassured. The bedding was changed for every guest, and it felt clean and soft to the touch. The bathroom facilities were free of limescale and odors, making me feel especially comfortable when washing up. For someone with a bit of a潔癖 (germaphobe tendencies) like me, this level of hygiene is a huge plus. When traveling, staying in a clean place is so important, and this hotel completely met my needs. The air conditioning, both heating and cooling, is powerful. Given Xinjiang's wide temperature fluctuations between day and night, it was wonderfully consistent and comfortable indoors. All the furniture and appliances are of high quality, practical, and durable. The B&B's environment is very soothing, with a quiet and leisurely atmosphere perfect for relaxing after a journey. The cleanliness is impeccable; every area is spotless. The owner is incredibly genuine and friendly, easy-going, and patiently explains anything you need to know. "Traveling solo, I was a bit apprehensive about booking a new place, but when I arrived, I found it to be safe and quiet. The room layout was well-designed, making my stay very comfortable. The host was very attentive to the new establishment and gave me lots of advice for solo travel. I really enjoyed my time here. I definitely have to give this B&B five stars! From the moment I booked, the housekeeper sent me detailed check-in instructions and a guide to the surrounding area. The location was easy to find and conveniently located. The room was clean and tidy, and the welcome fruit and Xinjiang specialty dried fruit platter prepared by the housekeeper were a very thoughtful touch. Most importantly, we left something behind when we checked out, and the housekeeper contacted us immediately and helped us mail it back – I was so touched! With service like this, they deserve all the good business they get!"

Service: The hotel staff are incredibly service-oriented, always ready to help with luggage and provide breakfast reminders. I must mention again that while the breakfast selection isn't huge, the taste is excellent!"

Although the hotel’s first floor is very basic with little more than the check-in counter, I really enjoy the second floor. It offers a variety of useful facilities, including clean restrooms, a laundry room, a small fitness room, comfortable seating areas and a complimentary afternoon tea service. The room was in excellent condition, felt modern and well-maintained, and was completely free of any cigarette smell. The only drawbacks were: - There are not enough elevators and waiting times can be very long, especially when large tour groups are checking in and out. - Breakfast is served in a separate building which requires taking stairs to access. The food selection was quite limited, and the quality was underwhelming. Only black coffee was available, and there was often a long queue for the coffee machine. Overall, I had a pleasure stay and particularity appreciated the facilities on the second floor and the clean, comfortable room.

In the remote Hemu, it was unexpected to enjoy a warmer, more romantic and more considerate service than a five-star hotel. The waiters were all handsome men and beautiful women, kind, gentle and considerate; the daily afternoon tea, coffee and tea, exquisite and delicious snacks, and fresh fruits... Especially for ladies, there are unexpected gains. High-quality facial masks, essential oils, and moisturizing sprays are delivered every day, which are must-haves for beauty-loving ladies in Xinjiang. Thank you hotel for providing us with such perfect service!

The owner was really nice and upgraded our room. The view from the window was great. However, the neighboring guesthouse looked a bit messy, which detracted from the beautiful scenery. The room was huge and even had a starlit ceiling. Unfortunately, the windows weren't working properly; one just wouldn't close. Since it was so early, around 5 AM, I didn't feel comfortable bothering the owner for help. The hotel offers breakfast, which was good. The price wasn't expensive either, so it's pretty good value for money. It's also very convenient, only about 300m from the bus stop. The bedding seemed clean, as I often get itchy at other guesthouses. Out of all the places I've stayed, including this one, only two haven't made me itch. Overall, I'm quite satisfied! If you're wondering where to stay, I recommend this place. Though I feel guesthouses in Hemu are generally quite beautiful. Kanas was the worst, definitely not recommended! Go for either Baihaba or Hemu.

Before my trip, I browsed through many hotels and finally chose this one because of its convenient location. I took some beautiful photos along the Kanas River. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, helping with my luggage and proactively offering tips on local attractions and things to look out for. The facilities in this new village area are quite comprehensive, with supermarkets, restaurants, and cafes, and the attention to detail is excellent overall. Highly recommend!

The room faces the Populus euphratica forest with snow-capped mountains behind it – the location is absolutely fantastic! The underfloor heating plus electric heating makes it a complete contrast to the cold outdoors, like a world of difference. The owner is very thoughtful, providing full guidance throughout our trip, which greatly enhanced our experience. This trip was definitely worth it!

Five-star rave! M Hotel is an absolute must-stay for skiers at Jikpurin, a magical ski-in/ski-out hotel. Any skier knows the struggle! M Hotel has perfected ski-in/ski-out convenience right at the west side of Jikpurin Ski Resort. Just clip on your skis, and it's a matter of minutes from the slopes to the hotel entrance. No more lugging heavy gear around, which means I can squeeze in a couple more runs each day – this experience is truly top-notch! The breakfast buffet is a true energy station for skiers, with such a dazzling array of choices. Hot, freshly-made noodles, fragrant local baked buns, fresh fruit and yogurt, plus various Western options. After a morning of skiing, a hearty meal here instantly recharges you, fueling up for an afternoon of endless runs. And the service? Absolutely impeccable. The staff are all enthusiastic and reliable. Upon check-in, they proactively helped us with our skis and stored our equipment, even thoughtfully reminding us about the day's open slopes and weather changes. When we rushed out for early morning skiing, the restaurant specifically reserved seats for us. And when we returned late at night, the front desk was always on duty, ready to assist with any request – truly warm and thoughtful service throughout. I wholeheartedly recommend M Hotel to all friends coming to ski at Jikpurin. Staying here doubles your skiing enjoyment. I'll definitely be back here on my next trip!

The room was clean and decorated in a Nordic style. The lovely owner was very helpful, giving us travel tips for Kanas Lake and arranging a driver for the Ahe Highway. The receptionist was also very kind, bringing us milk and bread. The dining center was just a short walk down a small slope, making it very convenient to get around and eat.

The hotel is new and clean, with a separate wet and dry area. For Hemu, it's probably quite good value for money. The only downsides were the very weak water pressure for showering and the very simple breakfast. Hemu itself is a strange place; there's not much to do, yet it's so crowded and expensive – I don't quite understand why.

The room was clean and tidy, the environment was comfortable, and we received a free room upgrade. The service was warm and attentive. It was very convenient for getting around and sightseeing, with a dedicated car pick-up and drop-off. We didn't even have to wait in line at the front desk; check-in was directly in our room.
