"The room environment was great in every aspect, but the staff service needs improvement, and the management is quite chaotic. There was road construction in the park without any notice, so vehicles didn't know how to enter or exit, and there was no one directing traffic. Both check-in and check-out were unguided. We stayed in the furthest building (Building 1), and no staff member helped us with our luggage. In the morning, the road construction in the park caused a traffic jam with cars trying to get in and out, and again, no one was directing. I felt like I was in a circus, constantly performing reverse and forward maneuvers. The staff seemed clueless; when I asked anything, their answer was always ”I don't know” or ”I'm not clear.” I called a staff number, and the first person said to wait for a moment to resolve it. The second call was busy, and the third one wasn't even answered. To top it off, a bus came, claiming to be staff delivering something, and completely blocked the road. You can imagine the result. The professionalism of the service needs serious improvement!"

"Clean hotel and good location! The check in process is so easy for foreigner. Easy to communicate with the person in charge at the hotel. Walking distance to go to Kanas Bridge Tower and food area, only 2 traffic lights away from the hostel. They helps me to call for a carpool taxi to go to Kanas National Geopark with the good price, same as local price even you are foreigner! Thats the most i love about travelling around Xinjiang! 10/10 will come again for sure!"

"Overall, it's pretty decent, but I have to be honest about a few things.
0. The location is unbeatable. The hotel is located right above a food street, and the parking lot is there too. The hotel entrance faces the underground scenic area entrance directly, and you can get to the Jiadengyu Tourist Center by simply walking through it.
1. Breakfast is provided by a partner vendor, not the hotel itself, so there's no such thing as a complimentary breakfast. There's plenty of food downstairs, and the hotel entrance is right in front of the scenic area entrance, with lots of eateries just below. Regarding breakfast, the hotel owner isn't an amateur; it's simply that breakfast is becoming less profitable.
2. The shower room wasn't very clean; there was a bad smell and drainage issues.
3. The water wasn't purified and was noticeably yellow, which made me question it when flushing the toilet, haha.
4. The location is fantastic, but management might be too focused on maximizing profits."

"We chose this hotel because it's a new opening in '26, and since we were driving, convenient parking was our top priority, along with a reasonably spacious and clean room. I was pleasantly surprised that the parking lot was quite large. The hotel also has a laundry room, so we quickly got a few days' worth of clothes washed. The breakfast area was also quite substantial and well-equipped to handle guests. The lobby is grand, and the staff were all very warm and attentive!"

"The hotel's facilities met our expectations, breakfast was satisfying, and the service was problem-free. They even assisted us with a room change and charging our devices due to the noisy construction site nearby, which we appreciated.
What didn't meet our expectations was the external environment and view. When we visited in late May, the entire surrounding area was under construction, essentially one massive building site that seemed like it would last a long time. This meant the hotel basically had no public outdoor space. There were also no other restaurants nearby, with the closest options being in Hemu Village. However, the hotel's own restaurant served pretty good food."

GGuest UserThe hotel exceeded my expectations. The facilities were excellent, and the room was very clean with a great separate wet and dry area in the bathroom, and strong water pressure. The bed was super comfortable. We even had a beautiful sunset view from our room when we checked in! It truly surpassed all my expectations. Breakfast was also fantastic, though it was in a separate building next door, just a short walk away. Overall, it was an outstanding experience.

The waiters were all handsome men and beautiful women, kind, gentle and considerate; the daily afternoon tea, coffee and tea, exquisite and delicious snacks, and fresh fruits... Especially for ladies, there are unexpected gains. High-quality facial masks, essential oils, and moisturizing sprays are delivered every day, which are must-haves for beauty-loving ladies in Xinjiang. YYap Jia YuanThe rooms were clean and equipped with high-tech facilities. This accommodation is located in the transfer center area, and there's a buggy service for check-in and check-out. However, it might not be suitable for elderly people with mobility issues. For instance, after returning from the old town to the transfer center, there was no buggy service back to the hotel. During this trip, my aunt's knee was hurting so much she needed a crutch and found it difficult to walk up the slope to the accommodation. We called to ask if they could pick her up but were refused, which, while understandable, was a bit disappointing. Breakfast was just so-so. Overall, the environment of the accommodation is quite good, and they even have cute cats and dogs. The room's balcony was also very comfortable.

Any skier knows the struggle! M Hotel has perfected ski-in/ski-out convenience right at the west side of Jikpurin Ski Resort. Just clip on your skis, and it's a matter of minutes from the slopes to the hotel entrance. No more lugging heavy gear around, which means I can squeeze in a couple more runs each day – this experience is truly top-notch!
The breakfast buffet is a true energy station for skiers, with such a dazzling array of choices. Hot, freshly-made noodles, fragrant local baked buns, fresh fruit and yogurt, plus various Western options. After a morning of skiing, a hearty meal here instantly recharges you, fueling up for an afternoon of endless runs.
And the service? Absolutely impeccable. The staff are all enthusiastic and reliable. Upon check-in, they proactively helped us with our skis and stored our equipment, even thoughtfully reminding us about the day's open slopes and weather changes. When we rushed out for early morning skiing, the restaurant specifically reserved seats for us. And when we returned late at night, the front desk was always on duty, ready to assist with any request – truly warm and thoughtful service throughout.
I wholeheartedly recommend M Hotel to all friends coming to ski at Jikpurin. Staying here doubles your skiing enjoyment. I'll definitely be back here on my next trip!

The underfloor heating plus electric heating makes it a complete contrast to the cold outdoors, like a world of difference. GGuest UserThe room was huge, located in Xincun. There were bathrooms upstairs and downstairs, but they had a strong odor; they really should add some air fresheners. Breakfast offered about a dozen items. The hotel provides a shuttle service to Hemu Villa, and the driver was very friendly and helpful. The shuttle drops you off about 300 meters away. The front desk staff, however, were very cold and lacked any service awareness. They wouldn't respond to my WeChat messages about anything other than checking in. It was quite frustrating, to be honest. To get to the old village, you need to take the scenic area shuttle for three stops. The old village is much livelier and has more dining options.

GGuest UserFacilities: There's a washing machine, microwave, and a sterilizing cabinet. Cleanliness: Clean. The room comes with a small sofa and is decorated in a Kazakh style. The exterior of the room is wooden. It's not huge inside, but feels very cozy. There's also a sofa and a small table right outside the door. Environment: You can see snow-capped mountains in the distance, and there's a small garden by the door. The most convenient thing is the bus stop, which is only three meters from the room. When the bus arrives, you can just hop over the wooden fence and get right on! There's also a lazy little ginger cat that sunbathes at the bus stop every day. Service: The proprietress's service was out of this world! The owner personally picked us up from the transfer center and brought us to our room; it was truly refreshing. They had the warmth of the Chinese people, the Kazakh people, the Russian people, and the Mongolian people – I guess that's what you get when you're at the crossroads of four countries! Anyway, the owner smiled with every word they spoke. The best part was when the owner taught us how to say 'hello' in Kazakh!

The family room was clean, well-equipped, and the bedding was comfortable. The surroundings were quiet and noise-free, parking was convenient, and the hostess was welcoming and attentive. It was a truly wonderful experience.

GGuest UserThe most rip-off hotel during the National Day holiday. This room cost 1,652 yuan. I can't blame the hotel owner for this, as all hotels in Hemu are so expensive. The overall structure is quite beautiful. Hemu was so popular during the National Day holiday that I could only book a small room in the semi-basement several days in advance. It was really crowded with two children sleeping on a 1.2-meter bed. Not only did I spend so much money, but the room was small, but the experience was really bad. In the first half of the night, there were bursts of barking outside the window, and when it was almost dawn, cars were coming and going, whizzing by. I didn't sleep well all night. The most disgusting thing was the toilet. When the toilet 🚽 was flushed, fecal water came out of the floor drain. It was so disgusting 🤮

Overall, our stay was comfortable and satisfactory. However, one aspect that could be improved is the room lighting. While the bathroom and vanity area were adequately lit, the main room relied on only a few small lamps, making it feel quite dim, especially in the evening. Better lighting would significantly enhance the guest experience.
The hotel's location is very convenient, situated close to the bus station, also known as the second entrance to Kanas. One of the highlights was the beautiful view right in front of the hotel, featuring open grasslands, colorful wildflowers, and stunning mountain scenery.
Overall, it was a pleasant stay with a great location and friendly service.
