GGuest UserThe hostess at the B&B contacted us in advance with directions and booking instructions, which was super convenient! 🥰 I was initially worried that the wooden cabins inside the scenic area might not match the pictures, but when we arrived, it was exactly what we were hoping for. The design style of the B&B was lovely, and the scents of the diffusers and essential oils were unique. 🥰 The three hostesses at the B&B were all so patient, telling us about the little shops and attractions in Hemu, and the breakfast was exquisite and delicious! Next time, if I have more time, I'll definitely stay for a few more days! 🥹

Especially for ladies, there are unexpected gains. High-quality facial masks, essential oils, and moisturizing sprays are delivered every day, which are must-haves for beauty-loving ladies in Xinjiang. GGuest UserFacilities: The house is new, the quilts are changed after each guest, and the beds are comfortable to sleep on. Hygiene: Very clean. Environment: Beautiful, you can even swing at the door. Service: The lady boss is very nice, and she also gave us breakfast. The food was delicious. We had 4 meals in a row, and we finished every meal. There is a pick-up service. It is close to Xincun Station, so it is very convenient to take the bus.

It is more convenient to stay in the old village. Moreover, his chef is also very good at cooking. I had dinner at his house all the time. The room is not big but very cozy. The towels and bath towels are all disposable, there is a smart toilet, and the floor is heated with constant temperature. There is also a fat dog who is very good. I left wonderful memories in Kanas, see you next time!

YYap Jia YuanThe rooms were clean and equipped with high-tech facilities. This accommodation is located in the transfer center area, and there's a buggy service for check-in and check-out. However, it might not be suitable for elderly people with mobility issues. For instance, after returning from the old town to the transfer center, there was no buggy service back to the hotel. During this trip, my aunt's knee was hurting so much she needed a crutch and found it difficult to walk up the slope to the accommodation. We called to ask if they could pick her up but were refused, which, while understandable, was a bit disappointing. Breakfast was just so-so. Overall, the environment of the accommodation is quite good, and they even have cute cats and dogs. The room's balcony was also very comfortable.

The hotel's location, right in the west area of Geikieling Ski Resort, offers the ultimate ski-in/ski-out convenience. No need to lug heavy ski equipment around – you can literally ski right back to your room after a day on the slopes. For any skier, this setup is a dream come true, giving you an extra hour of skiing every day. Pure bliss! The room was clean and comfortable, and the ski equipment storage area was spacious and dry, so no worries about gear getting damp. The most impressive part was the breakfast buffet; the variety was so extensive it was hard to choose! The freshly baked bread was crispy and delicious, the hot food section offered authentic local flavors, and there was a wide selection of fruits, yogurts, and Western cold dishes. Whether you're refueling after skiing or just grabbing a quick bite before hitting the slopes, you'll be incredibly satisfied. I also have to praise the hotel's service. The staff were exceptionally friendly, from helping carry my skis during check-in to proactively informing me about the ski conditions and recommending the best times to ski. They were enthusiastic and thoughtful throughout. Any issues were addressed incredibly quickly, showing warmth and attention to detail in every interaction. For ski lovers, M hotel is the ideal choice for your stay. Next time I come to Geikieling for skiing, I will definitely choose this place again!

GGuest UserThere's a butler named Abdilaziz, and he was truly excellent and incredibly attentive. His service was outstanding, and he's definitely who left the biggest impression on me! I messaged him late at night because I was hungry and couldn't get takeout, and he brought us food from his own dorm. We also needed nail clippers, and he specifically went to the supermarket to buy them for us! My impression of Xinjiang people is getting better and better – it's truly a heart-for-heart exchange! He's an absolutely amazing butler! I hope Brother Abao continues to do well! The hotel environment is also very new and I love it. I'll definitely choose this place again next time.

The only downsides were the very weak water pressure for showering and the very simple breakfast. Hemu itself is a strange place; there's not much to do, yet it's so crowded and expensive – I don't quite understand why.

GGuest UserFacilities: There's a washing machine, microwave, and a sterilizing cabinet. Cleanliness: Clean. The room comes with a small sofa and is decorated in a Kazakh style. The exterior of the room is wooden. It's not huge inside, but feels very cozy. There's also a sofa and a small table right outside the door. Environment: You can see snow-capped mountains in the distance, and there's a small garden by the door. The most convenient thing is the bus stop, which is only three meters from the room. When the bus arrives, you can just hop over the wooden fence and get right on! There's also a lazy little ginger cat that sunbathes at the bus stop every day. Service: The proprietress's service was out of this world! The owner personally picked us up from the transfer center and brought us to our room; it was truly refreshing. They had the warmth of the Chinese people, the Kazakh people, the Russian people, and the Mongolian people – I guess that's what you get when you're at the crossroads of four countries! Anyway, the owner smiled with every word they spoke. The best part was when the owner taught us how to say 'hello' in Kazakh!
