Hair is all over the drain in the bathroom, causing the water to be blocked. When taking a bath, the water overflows. After taking a bath, the whole bathroom is filled with fish. . But since it was too late, I made do with it. I communicated with the front desk the next day and fixed it. The hotel provides free yogurt, fruit, drinks and snacks

The staff service is intimate. I specially booked a cake to the hotel for my birthday with the child. The front desk will help to put it in the refrigerator and save it in time. It will be sent to the room according to the time. I will choose to stay again next time.

I also found that one of the chefs is Cantonese😄 who is very kind. Before checking out, he handed over a bag of thoughtful and practical gifts. , there is room temperature and warm water inside, as well as coffee and paper towels. It is so warm. The only regret is that you have to run to the next door building to wash clothes. The homestays in the village look similar, so I compared many homes online. There are many cheaper ones, but they all have various bad reviews. I accidentally found this one and booked it for one night with a try-it attitude. The room was carefully decorated, very delicate, very clean and tidy, the bedding was very comfortable to sleep on, and you can see the snow-capped mountains outside through the window. The smart toilet, towels and bath towels are all disposable, and the toilet mat is thoughtfully prepared, which is great. We walked around the scenic area and came back and found that a nut plate and hot tea were delivered, and goodnight milk was delivered to the baby. It was really great 👍, and there was also an exquisite breakfast. The boss was very nice, the waiter was very enthusiastic, and almost responded to every request. It was great and highly recommended. The photos in the house were deleted by mistake...

GGuest UserHow can we not experience the quaint cabins when we come to Hemu Village? The guy at the reception was very nice. He not only picked us up and dropped us off on a tricycle but also upgraded us to a single-family cabin for free. Although the room is not too big, it is fully equipped and most importantly, very warm. Hemu Village is not big, with snow peaks, forests, blue sky, white clouds, and log houses, it is like a picture of time!

ZzswordspI decided to come to Kanas on a whim, but it turned out to be the highlight of this trip. This homestay is right at the entrance of the village, and parking is very convenient. It is very comfortable to sit in front of the big bay window and look at the snow outside. I feel that this should be the best homestay in the village. I will come for a deeper tour next time. It only takes more than ten minutes to drive up the mountain. It seems that there are horsemen who can ride horses up the mountain.

GGuest UserOur butler Xiao Liu (Liu Jinyi) was very nice. He introduced the various facilities of the hotel as soon as he arrived and helped us apply for an extension for afternoon tea! We had a lot of luggage, and we were mostly girls, so we and another guy helped us carry our luggage to the room, mainly because there were steps. After we watched the bonfire party, they also recommended delicious restaurants. When we encounter a problem, we can solve it immediately. Thank you very much!

NNgThe room has the best heating I have experienced so far in Xinjiang; three heaters in a single room. The restaurant and cafe are also good in both food and service. The staff helped us find a ride to our next destination. The landlord also provide horse riding service up the hill to view the sunrise. The location is just beside the Hemu Bridge, which makes it really convenient to climb up to the sunrise viewing point. There is also a concentration of restaurants in this area.

MMike TaiwanI am very happy to live in this homestay in Kanas Park-Bingfeng Villa. The boss called to inform me to take the park shuttle bus line 4 and take 4 stops and walk back 50 meters. I stayed here for 3 nights, even if it rained, lying on the bed and looking at the beautiful scenery outside the bright glass window. You can enjoy the tranquil beauty here as well; especially thanks to the boss for his gentle service attitude

GGuest UserThe room was very good. It was very cold and snowed heavily on the day we went to Hemu. The housekeeper was afraid that we would be cold, so he considerately upgraded our room to a room with floor heating. We could call a pick-up driver twice to go to the villa, which was very convenient. The villa is near the transfer center Hemu Villa. I personally feel that it is better to live here. There are more things to see in the old village, but the environment is relatively poor. It is actually very convenient to go anywhere by taking the internal bus of the scenic area. Five points recommended! There are also alpacas and dogs in the villa. The alpacas are really cute hahaha.
