Highly, highly recommend! This was absolutely the best hotel we stayed at during our half-month trip in Xinjiang. It was such a cozy and comfortable retreat, and incredible value for money. The hotel has a huge courtyard with beautiful lawns and flowers, and even a lovely little calf. It's fantastic for photos! What really stood out was their tri-color cat – so gentle, friendly, and gorgeous. She's incredibly well-behaved, and just gave birth to the cutest kittens a couple of days ago. The hotel rooms are super spacious with excellent amenities, including an 'Xiao Du' smart system and a mini-fridge, making our stay very comfortable. The view from the window was absolutely stunning – highly recommend! Most importantly, the hotel hostess was truly amazing. We had booked a twin room, but she upgraded us to a triple room. Before we even arrived, she contacted us to share important tips for visiting the scenic area. She also picked us up from the station when we got off the bus. Once we were at the hotel, she brought us a ton of snacks, drinks, and a huge platter of watermelon, which was incredibly thoughtful. Friends traveling to Kanas, if you have the chance, you absolutely must stay at this hotel!

A perfect stay! Upon arrival, the owner warmly helped with my luggage and thoughtfully provided information on nearby attractions (sunset platform, local lama temple, photogenic birch forest). Nice…👍 While I don't have many words to describe the comfort and cultural experience of Wushangyin, I'll share my honest feelings! The decision to travel during off-peak season and the missed autumn scenery made me quite apprehensive! However, the magnificent mountain road leading into the scenic area, the adorable little foxes 🦊, the host's hospitality, and the warmth and comfort of the wooden cabin made it all the more pleasant in the chilly autumn mountains! The room was spotless, and the housekeeper was incredibly attentive, quickly resolving any issues. Highly recommended! As the saying goes: ”The wind and moon bring peace to the heart, and the world is at ease.” Although I missed the fairytale-like autumn scenery, I witnessed a truly beautiful winter wonderland (snow at dusk and a stunning starry sky at dawn). My annual holiday was worth it! I'm already looking forward to my next holiday!

This trip to Hemu, Hemu Guanqiaoge B&B is definitely the biggest surprise! From the moment I stepped into the courtyard, it was as if I fell into a landscape painting - the log-colored buildings blend perfectly with the snow-capped mountains in the distance and the wooden village nearby. When I opened the window, I saw the river valley shrouded in morning mist and the winding wooden plank road. The location of the B&B is perfect! Backed by the Hemu Bridge and facing the Hemu River, you can see the morning mist and cooking smoke interweaving when you open the window in the morning, and you can fall asleep with the afterglow of the sunset in the evening. The log structure, floor-to-ceiling glass windows, and every detail are full of warmth. Sitting on the swing and counting the stars at night, the sound of gurgling water is in my ears, as if isolated from the noisy world. The boss and the clerk are simply ”fairy service”! From patiently answering questions when booking to preparing coffee and fruit attentively when checking in. Even customized hiking routes according to our needs. The souvenirs prepared before leaving are even warm to the heart. The breakfast is amazing! Freshly ground coffee with traditional Kazakh milk tea, freshly baked naan and fresh fruit, satisfying and healing. The room is simple yet stylish, with wooden furniture and wabi-sabi style decoration complementing each other. The bedding is clean and comfortable, and the design of panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows + blackout curtains allows me to switch freely between ”fairyland mode” and peaceful sleep that night. • Full sense of seclusion: far away from the commercial hustle and bustle, although in the center of the village, it is not noisy at all, and the comfort is full. In short, Hemu Guanqiao Pavilion is not just a homestay, but also a healing journey about nature, humanity and warmth. If I have the opportunity to come to Hemu again, I will definitely choose here again, and I will not hesitate to recommend it to all friends who pursue poetic living!

The hotel rooms are clean and tidy, with complete facilities, Gree air conditioning, Hisense VIDDA TV quality is reassuring, the hotel is located very close to the food street, the passenger station and the cultural square, and not far from the tower bridge. Get up early and take a walk in the square, which is very pleasant. The nearby breakfast shop is also delicious and affordable. Baolsake, thin buns, and milk tea are all Xinjiang characteristics and worth tasting.

I arrived a bit late and was worried I wouldn't be able to enter the scenic area. I called the front desk several times, and they all reassured me that everything would be fine, without any hint of impatience. The young ladies at the front desk had excellent service attitudes, and the room was exceptionally clean. I was really surprised to find such a clean hotel inside a scenic area, and it even has an elevator – a truly pleasant surprise! It's very suitable for families with children and elderly people. If I come to Hemu again in the future, I will definitely stay here again and recommend it to my friends.

This Hemu cabin offers a fantastic atmosphere! The room was spotless, and the heating worked perfectly, keeping us toasty even in winter. It's conveniently located with stunning views. The hotel has two super cute dogs, and the owner thoughtfully provided a delicious and balanced breakfast. The service was warm and attentive – a perfect experience, highly recommended!

You can tell the owner put a lot of thought into this place. The courtyard is beautiful, and they're very straightforward and accommodating. There were four of us, and they gave us extra breakfasts without us even asking. The owner even made breakfast themselves, which included porridge, milk, eggs, salad, and sweet potatoes. We stayed on the top floor. Even checking in in the afternoon, it wasn't hot from the sun. The only minor issue was that it felt a bit stuffy between 8 PM and 10 PM.

The room size was decent. There's no air conditioning, but they provide a cooling fan. It was a bit warm in the early part of the night, but it cooled down later. I wanted to watch CCTV live on the TV, but the operation was too complicated, so I gave up. The hotel doesn't have a restaurant, but you can go to another hotel nearby for breakfast, which is open to the public. If you walk a few more minutes, there's also a restaurant that serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner, offering noodles and stir-fries at reasonable prices. About 500 meters away are the Grand Bazaar and a dining center with many shops. You can take the free No. 2 express bus near the hotel, but be aware that the stops for going and coming back are different, so don't get confused.

The room quality exceeded my expectations. The decor had a light luxury feel, and it was fully equipped with everything you could need, including a humidifier and a washing machine. The latex pillows were very comfortable, and the dry-wet separation design in the bathroom was practical. The bedding was soft and skin-friendly, the space was spacious and didn't feel cramped, and the cleanliness was impeccable; every corner was spotless. Coming back here after a day of sightseeing was incredibly relaxing and rejuvenating. Overall, a great experience.

The room was clean and tidy with good natural light and ventilation, keeping the air fresh. The soundproofing was excellent, and the bedding was comfortable. All the facilities were quite new and worked perfectly. Its close proximity to the scenic area made our trip very convenient, enjoyable, and relaxing.
