SShizhuzhai weilizhong【Muye Shiguang · Guanyue Kanas Scenic Area Branch】 This guesthouse was the most delightful surprise of my Kanas trip!
After booking, I was added to a dedicated service group, where they provided thoughtful information and responded quickly throughout. Because I arrived early to see the Three Bays, the underfloor heating was already on, making the room cozy and warm. The staff even proactively helped me with my luggage at the door. When I wanted to ride horses, they directly contacted the local herders' horse team, which was incredibly convenient.
The herder in the courtyard was very kind; after my horse ride, he took many videos and photos for me. The two staff members at the guesthouse also documented my travel moments throughout. Even the clothes I hung out to dry in the courtyard were carefully brought in that evening – the attention to detail was remarkable.
The room facilities, cleanliness, and environment were impeccable, and the service was both attentive and warm. Next time I'm in Kanas, I'll definitely stay here again!

NNelsonChengAs a traveler using Burqin as a transit point, this hotel is very convenient. It's easy to get to the Colorful Beach and the internet-famous bridge. The small county town isn't large, and the hotel offers great value for money. The rooms are spacious, and there are public facilities like washing machines. The front desk staff are dedicated and responsible, and they even provided breakfast. The breakfast was plentiful, but the quality was just average.

The elegant décor of the rooms, top-notch amenities, and high-quality services, This hotel (Kanas Flower Room Boutique homestay) is indeed a hidden paradise,I loved everything about this hotel, from room types, customer service, and serene surroundings,I had the best experience at Kanas Flower Room Boutique homestay. Their exceptional hospitality, elegant rooms, safe and secure environment, very delicious food at their restaurant, the staff are all amazing, kind and very helpful, A big Thank you to all the staff working there ( Shi Shi , Hanan . Sune Yue, all restaurant staff and waitress Hannan, and the guy who carved the delicious lamb meat and drove us to the bus station sorry forgot his name ) will see you guys again. I highly recommend Kanas Flower Room Boutique homestay.

Ssnow_spreadThis B&B is one of the best in Kanas Old Village. The clerk contacted us in advance to tell us how to take the bus and pick us up at the station to provide us with travel tips. The courtyard is beautiful and very artistic. From the location of our room, we can see the snow-capped mountains in the distance. , the room facilities are complete, the bathroom is separated from wet and dry, and the smart toilet towels are all provided with disposable cotton soft non-woven fabrics, clean and sanitary staff, the service is very warm and thoughtful, and the meals are delicious. Especially the large plate chicken is comparable to a star hotel.

Surroundings: The hotel's exterior looks like a small Switzerland, super beautiful, see pictures
Room facilities: Beautiful, clean and well designed. The electric heater is very warm and it is not cold at all at night.
Restaurant: The chef at dinner cooked delicious dishes, and we went back to the hotel for dinner every night. We arrived at the hotel at 11pm on the first day. The chef worked overtime and waited for us to arrive before cooking. It was so considerate.
Breakfast: The breakfast included in the room rate could be richer. The coffee and snacks we ordered were very good. Thank you to the chef for working overtime early in the morning on the first day to make delicious brown sugar rice cakes for us. Unfortunately, there were too many customers the next day and we couldn't order snacks, but we could still order coffee. The latte tasted very fragrant and the milk was very pure.
Service: Enthusiastic and thoughtful, proactive in helping with luggage delivery, very satisfied

As a huge ski enthusiast, my stay at M hotel was absolutely divine, deserving a perfect score! The hotel's location, right in the west area of Geikieling Ski Resort, offers the ultimate ski-in/ski-out convenience. No need to lug heavy ski equipment around – you can literally ski right back to your room after a day on the slopes. For any skier, this setup is a dream come true, giving you an extra hour of skiing every day. Pure bliss!
The room was clean and comfortable, and the ski equipment storage area was spacious and dry, so no worries about gear getting damp. The most impressive part was the breakfast buffet; the variety was so extensive it was hard to choose! The freshly baked bread was crispy and delicious, the hot food section offered authentic local flavors, and there was a wide selection of fruits, yogurts, and Western cold dishes. Whether you're refueling after skiing or just grabbing a quick bite before hitting the slopes, you'll be incredibly satisfied.
I also have to praise the hotel's service. The staff were exceptionally friendly, from helping carry my skis during check-in to proactively informing me about the ski conditions and recommending the best times to ski. They were enthusiastic and thoughtful throughout. Any issues were addressed incredibly quickly, showing warmth and attention to detail in every interaction.
For ski lovers, M hotel is the ideal choice for your stay. Next time I come to Geikieling for skiing, I will definitely choose this place again!

11501143****I arrived a bit late and was worried I wouldn't be able to enter the scenic area. I called the front desk several times, and they all reassured me that everything would be fine, without any hint of impatience. The young ladies at the front desk had excellent service attitudes, and the room was exceptionally clean. I was really surprised to find such a clean hotel inside a scenic area, and it even has an elevator – a truly pleasant surprise! It's very suitable for families with children and elderly people. If I come to Hemu again in the future, I will definitely stay here again and recommend it to my friends.

GGuest UserThe hotel is ideally located right next to the Hemu Scenic Area. We arrived quite late on May 13th and opted to stay at this well-known hotel just outside the scenic area. Their service was incredibly attentive. That evening, we were checked in by a tall, handsome male manager (I regret not asking for his name). He was exceptionally helpful and provided us with a lot of assistance, for which we are very grateful. It was wonderful to meet such a friendly, warm-hearted, professional, and responsible manager so far from Shanghai, 3500 kilometers away in the Northwest. The hotel rooms were very comfortable, and from our balcony, we had a view of the Jikepulin International Ski Resort. We were extremely satisfied with our stay.

GGuest UserI stayed two nights, trying both a triple room and a family room. I found the family room to be larger and more comfortable, with a larger bathroom and washroom.
The family room was clean, well-equipped, and the bedding was comfortable. The surroundings were quiet and noise-free, parking was convenient, and the hostess was welcoming and attentive. It was a truly wonderful experience.

GGuest UserThe front desk staff and housekeeping team were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Since it was the low season, we were pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary room upgrade, which was greatly appreciated.
Overall, our stay was comfortable and satisfactory. However, one aspect that could be improved is the room lighting. While the bathroom and vanity area were adequately lit, the main room relied on only a few small lamps, making it feel quite dim, especially in the evening. Better lighting would significantly enhance the guest experience.
The hotel's location is very convenient, situated close to the bus station, also known as the second entrance to Kanas. One of the highlights was the beautiful view right in front of the hotel, featuring open grasslands, colorful wildflowers, and stunning mountain scenery.
Overall, it was a pleasant stay with a great location and friendly service.
