Amazing
GGuest UserWe’ve had a lovely time at Auberge Saint-Antoine! The hotel is lovely and the staff are great, it’s in a great location and some rooms have lovely views like the one we were lucky to get. We used the valet the first time we stayed there who were great, but ended up parking across the road at the multi-storey car park the rest of the days as the valet is around $45+tax and tip so works out quite expensive. We found a really lovely spot around the corner for breakfast too called L’Antiquaire Buffet, they have amazing breakfast and really well priced, lovely staff too! The hotel is in a great location and easily walkable to a lot of sights and great restaurants.
GGuest UserI was impressed by the hotel's service. I met several front desk staff who were very enthusiastic. Conceige was an old lady dressed exquisitely. Several fine dining restaurants I wanted to go to needed to be booked 2 months in advance. She recommended other restaurants for me and booked seats. There was also a luggage boy. It was raining on the day we went to the hotel. He held an umbrella and sent us to the car. I believe that these meticulous services are not provided by the famous castle hotel. The hotel environment is very dreamy and unique. The room facilities are complete from kettles to bottle openers, and the bed is also very comfortable. I will definitely choose this hotel next time I go to Quebec.
GGuest UserI love this place! It's a total disappointment. I live nearby and I go there for fun. However, the big disappointment is the restaurant La Traite...price, quantity, wine $20 a glass...I would never go back there again. For the rest, what happiness!
Rrambler25A stay that exceeded expectations - from the moment I arrived, this hotel impressed. The location is hard to beat. The lobby sets the tone beautifully: elegant without being stuffy, with a good coffee machine. My room was spacious and thoughtfully decorated with a real sense of place rather than the identikit style you find in so many hotels. Nothing felt like an afterthought. The bed and the duvet were comfortable, the kind you do not want to leave. The staff were warm, helpful, and attentive without being overbearing. I would return without hesitation.
GGuest UserAn absolutely beautiful property! Book this hotel if you want a boutique type experience with excellent service from absolutely all the staff, the most comfortable bedding, delicious breakfast and coffee. The furnishings are all custom made by local artisans and many of the original woodwork and fireplaces are intact. Just gorgeous! And steps away from the Chateau Frontenac, dining, walks along the Plains of Abraham and everything Quebec City offers. Thank you Paule and Raphaelle!
GGuest UserThere are many positives about this long term stay hotel. The staff at the front desk is very friendly and helpful. The hot buffet (included with the price of the overnight stay)is absolutely amazing, just that alone is worth staying there. Toasts, bagels, muffins, cereals, hot porridge, cheese omelette, plain omelette, boiled egg, sausages, bacon, … and a “make your own” waffle station with sauces, whipped cream and different toppings!!! The coffee and tea or hot water is available in the lobby 24/7! Inside my studio suite, there is a full kitchen with dishwasher, full size fridge and you can borrow an electric induction plate for cooking. The room is big, with a curtain dividing the sofa bed and the king size bed. There are two layers of blinds to ensure complete darkness when sleeping.
The only negative thing was that my hotel room was facing the main road and so there were cars going by every 3-5 mins in the middle of the night, and I heard all the cars that went by, even at 1:00am or 3:00am while I was trying to sleep!!! The next day, I asked for ear plugs from the reception and slept so much better! I should have asked for them when I checked in.
The water temperature of the indoor saltwater pool is not too cold, but not warm. I had a good swim. This hotel is less than two years old, so everything is new, clean and bright. Lots of families with young children stayed there on the weekend I was there. A special thank you to the friendly staff especially the one who assisted me with my luggages.
KKwanGraceThe loft was spacious. The design was contemporary and it matched the romantic and chill vibe of Quebec City. Public car park was nearby. The lightings, the furniture, beds were comfortable and clean. The amenities were adequate and new. We loved the loft so much!
Perfect location with most of the major attractions within walkable distance.
Room rate is not cheap but it was worth the price.
It would be perfect if detergent was also provided as there was washer and dryer.
This accomodation was highly recommended.
CCozyExplorerWe stayed for two nights, and overall everything was good – clean, cozy, and comfortable. The location was convenient. The room didn’t have a full kitchen (only a microwave), but there is a shared kitchen for guests on the ground floor, which makes up for it. There was no sink for washing dishes in the room, only a dishwasher. This is fine overall, but running it for a single cup isn’t really an option, especially since there was only a minimal amount of dishware. The bathroom also lacked a toilet brush. One small detail: the blanket was arranged a bit unusually, like a “sandwich” with sheets around it instead of a proper duvet cover. These are minor points, but they could be improved for future guests.
JJames ThianIt's in a good location. It is near the bus depot and the train station. My wife and I enjoyed the stay. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful.
GGuest UserUpon checking into our room had to use 2 separate elevators (neither of with were in good condition). Get to our room and it's 30deg in the room and it absolutely stinks of wet dog ( I know the smell). Next morning the --> Extra 26$/pp breakfast <-- in the hotel was horrible (just don't eat there. So many good restaurants in walking distance). The --> Extra 25$/day <-- Parking is overprice, go on Palais Montcalm (10 min walk) for 15$/day. For the money spent a this Marriott, our experience was very disappointed. Marriott Delta Quebec City used to be a higher end hotel now it's low end. Old and Tired Dirty rooms and bins of garbage in common areas doesn't help too.
We are both heavy travellers, and this experience at Delta is one of the worst I've been go through.
