The room is a little small, but the view is good. It is a bit inconvenient to change two elevators to go up and down the stairs. The front desk service is very thoughtful and polite, and there is a special car at the door. The location of the hotel is very convenient and quiet at night.

Room was very clean and big. And has many additions. But breakfast area and the space was dirty and not organised. Cheap chairs and felt like express place. Breakfast had average option Nothing great.. I was charged my deposit twice. Because it did not show in there system. But my bank has deducted twice. I Will have to reconcile with bank later. Front desk Staff are good and friendly. Cleaners etc were not friendly just looking at you like alien. No greetings. If i have optioni wont choose this again. Keep it up guys. It seems hilton always disappoint us.
Last time it was embassy suits by hilton niagara falls. ( the worst place to be ever.)

It was very different then staying at usual hotels we stay in. The learning opportunities were very appreciated. Activities and workshops are well priced and organized. Want to give a shout out to our story teller Samuel that made our first activity a memorable one The lady doing the necklace workshop will surprise you with all her abilities.
The showers were very ergonomic. The bed and beddings were very comfortable.
The aspects I wished were part of the experience:
Bigger pool as we went there as a family and the pool was rather small.
Wooden floor are nice and stone floors in bathroom look nice as well but both are really cold to walk on.
Although they offer bathrobes they unfortunately dont offer slippers.
More hiking trails nearby as well, although the little trail they have around the hotel with panels giving information on different aspect of the Wendat traditions was a nice evening walk to do as a couple.
Overall a very nice stay. Would recommend it without hesitation.

evenjsExcellent location right in the heart of Old Town. The service was okay, but the price is incredibly high, making the overall experience feel a bit lacking. I really don't think staying at the Fairmont Le Château Frontenac is a must when visiting Quebec City. As soon as you walk in, you're hit with an outdated feeling; it doesn't have that sense of grandeur and luxury you'd find at, say, the Peace Hotel, nor the meticulous and thoughtful service of the Seattle Fairmont. If I were to come again, I'd probably opt for a quality B&B in the Old Town for a more comfortable stay.

We had a wonderful stay at QUALITY INN—perfect for families with kids! The rooms were spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. Our children loved the clean and well-maintained warm pool especially after a long day walk in Old Quebec. The breakfast buffet had a great variety and was a great way to start each day. The staff are really nice and the guest laundry room are helpful to have clean clothes after our family trip. Highly recommended for a relaxing family getaway.

Guest UserUpon checking into our room had to use 2 separate elevators (neither of with were in good condition). Get to our room and it's 30deg in the room and it absolutely stinks of wet dog ( I know the smell). Next morning the --> Extra 26$/pp breakfast <-- in the hotel was horrible (just don't eat there. So many good restaurants in walking distance). The --> Extra 25$/day <-- Parking is overprice, go on Palais Montcalm (10 min walk) for 15$/day. For the money spent a this Marriott, our experience was very disappointed. Marriott Delta Quebec City used to be a higher end hotel now it's low end. Old and Tired Dirty rooms and bins of garbage in common areas doesn't help too.
We are both heavy travellers, and this experience at Delta is one of the worst I've been go through.

The bathtub in the bathroom had dust in it. I told the front desk and they offered me a room change.

I stayed at Travelodge during my trip to Quebec last weekend, and overall it was a pleasant experience. The hotel is located a bit far from Old Quebec where most attractions are, but the area is calm and quiet, which made it relaxing.
There were a few small issues at check-in — I was first given a room that wasn’t ready and was double-charged by mistake — but the friendly hotel staff quickly fixed everything with great service. The room was very clean, well-maintained, and had a nice view.
There’s an IGA supermarket nearby, and a Korean restaurant right next door that was excellent. I’d recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a comfortable and peaceful stay outside the busy city center.
