GGuest UserWe’ve had a lovely time at Auberge Saint-Antoine! The hotel is lovely and the staff are great, it’s in a great location and some rooms have lovely views like the one we were lucky to get. We used the valet the first time we stayed there who were great, but ended up parking across the road at the multi-storey car park the rest of the days as the valet is around $45+tax and tip so works out quite expensive. We found a really lovely spot around the corner for breakfast too called L’Antiquaire Buffet, they have amazing breakfast and really well priced, lovely staff too! The hotel is in a great location and easily walkable to a lot of sights and great restaurants.

GGuest UserI love this place! It's a total disappointment. I live nearby and I go there for fun. However, the big disappointment is the restaurant La Traite...price, quantity, wine $20 a glass...I would never go back there again. For the rest, what happiness!

Llinlinlin_00The room is a little small, but the view is good. It is a bit inconvenient to change two elevators to go up and down the stairs. The front desk service is very thoughtful and polite, and there is a special car at the door. The location of the hotel is very convenient and quiet at night.

GGuest UserThe Hilton Quebec boasts an excellent environment, blending natural beauty with cultural charm, and its interior facilities and decor are outstanding. The location is superb, right in downtown Quebec City, adjacent to Old Quebec. You can easily walk to Old Quebec, the St. Lawrence River, and Parliament Hill. The executive lounge, located on the 23rd floor, offers an even better viewing experience, with captivating cityscapes by day and dazzling lights by night. The exterior environment is beautiful, featuring a unique outdoor heated rooftop pool that's open year-round. In the summer, you can enjoy cocktails at the poolside bar. The rooms are clean and comfortable. This is definitely the hotel to choose when visiting Quebec! 👍

BB LynchMy major complaint is one that is. common with many hotels. That is the concept of not offering housekeeping services unless you are staying 3 nights. I paid 260CAD per night. IMO, getting fresh towels and the garbage emptied should be part of the service. Queuing at the front desk to ask for towels is frustrating. Nice staff and we'll appointed room. The location is in an industrial park. Restos close by but anything of interest requires transportation. It wasn't an awful stay but I don't feel the value for money spent would entice me to return.

DDmak31The hotel is a bit old, but overall is ok. It's conveniently located right in downtown with many small cafes and restaurants nearby. The staffs are helpful and the room has free wi-fi. On-site outdoor parking right next to the hotel, CA$32/day with in/out privileges.

GGuest UserThe room is spacious and features a modern design with a pleasant ambiance. It is overall very clean and comfortable - just as one would expect from a Hilton-brand hotel. However, I would like to highlight the following areas for improvement:
1. There aren't any drinking water dispensers on each floor, so we had to get water from the gym in the basement, which was inconvenient for guests.
2. There is no proper kettle for tea drinkers. As tea enthusiasts, we found it inconvenient to boil water using the coffee machine, as the water carries a noticeable coffee taste and aroma which compromise the flavour of the tea. Additionally, the hotel does not provide a hot water dispenser in the common areas on each floor.
Hotel management should consider providing complimentary bottled water in each room or, at minimum, installing drinking water dispensers including hot water on each floor. Alternatively, providing a small electric kettle would be a simple yet meaningful addition to all beverage preferences.

GGuest UserIt is a very old building, and it feels good to live here. But the room heating is insufficient, especially when it is minus ten degrees outside. I didn't notice at the beginning, the heating was turned on for a long time, and the temperature was slow. There is only one small heater against the wall in a room, and another relatively large fan. The wind in the fan is cold. I have reflected it with the hotel, but it has not been solved very well. It was not until the second day that I got up in the morning and the temperature slowly rose. Other services are still very good.

Cchen_jason222If you're driving to the hotel from the city, be sure to turn right after the traffic light to enter the hotel, otherwise you'll end up going in a long, roundabout way. The hotel is very quiet, the rooms are large and odorless, and the towels and mattresses are very comfortable. For dining, you can walk along the main road in front of the hotel, where there are many options. Overall, it's a good hotel with great value for money.
