The location is across from Huiguang, and I felt quite removed from the hustle and bustle. Being tucked away in an alley seemed to offer more tranquility. Walking out every day on a street lined with yellow flowers really brightened my mood. I stayed in a female-only dorm, and it was a bit odd that there were so many Thai people staying there. The common areas were always quiet. Everyone came down for breakfast promptly every morning. You had to cook your own eggs, which was actually quite fun (it's a self-service buffet, and you're expected to clean up after yourself. You can even bring your own cutlery for the experience!). On weekends, the hotel even organized gatherings like BBQs and karaoke, and everyone was incredibly friendly.

Shin Victory Hotel offers good value for money, with affordable rates and clean rooms and toilets. Housekeeping services are provided daily, ensuring that the facilities remain fresh and well‑maintained throughout your stay. Although the location is about a 7–8 minute walk from Victory Monument BTS Station, it is still conveniently close to 7‑Eleven, restaurants, and a shopping mall. This makes it easy to grab essentials, enjoy local food, or spend time shopping without needing long commutes. The atmosphere is peaceful, providing a comfortable retreat from the busy streets of Bangkok. The front desk staff are attentive, always willing to assist, and quick to provide clear answers to any questions. Their hospitality adds to the overall pleasant experience. It combines cleanliness, convenience, and friendly service, making it a solid option for both short visits and longer stays.

Overall, everything was fine. However, the walk to the hotel from the metro was quite unpleasant. It would have been awkward with suitcases. Fortunately, we were just passing through with light luggage. It seemed to be unsafe and dark; walking alone at night would have been uncomfortable. Even though it was close by. It was also very inconvenient that they didn't give us a second key card for the room, even after we asked. The pool closes at 8 PM. We didn't have time to swim, but we did get to enjoy the view from the rooftop. Overall, it was very nice, but there are hotels with more spectacular views for about the same price. The breakfast was basic, but quite filling. There was fruit, but I couldn't find any yogurt. The room was nice and clean, but a bit small. They gave us 3-in-1 coffee, but no tea. Toothbrushes and toothpaste were provided. We asked for a quiet room; the windows overlooked another building, and the train station was far to the left, and overall, it was more or less quiet on the 6th floor.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights. Cons The rooms are very outdated. Furniture, walls, corners, and the bathroom show visible wear and damage. The rooms clearly need renovation. The photos on the listing do not reflect the current condition of the rooms. They look much newer than they actually are. A stove was listed as an amenity, but in reality it was not usable — it was covered with a fixed wooden panel and could not be opened. There is no tea or coffee in the room, despite a coffee machine being shown in the photos. Tea is available at the reception during daytime only. The air conditioner is very noisy. It is controlled via a wall panel (no remote control) with limited settings, and even on the lowest mode the noise is noticeable. There is no ventilation fan in the bathroom, so steam stays in the room after showering unless the door is opened. The TV offers only Thai channels. There is no Smart TV and no option to connect a phone. The kitchen area has a sink, cabinets, and basic dishes, but it is not functional due to the lack of a stove. Despite cleaning, the room looks visually worn because of the overall condition of the walls and ceiling. Pros The bed is comfortable, with two pillows per person. Clean bed linen. The bathroom was clean, with good water pressure. The room includes a new hairdryer, a refrigerator, dishes, and cutlery. There is a balcony facing the courtyard, where smoking is allowed. The staff were polite and helpful. The receptionist spoke good English and explained everything clearly, and the housekeeping staff were also very friendly. The hotel provides a golf cart shuttle to nearby shopping malls. The location is convenient, close to M-Sphere, Emporium, and the M District, which was the main reason we chose this hotel. Overall Suitable for a short stay of one night. The main drawback is the outdated rooms and mismatch with the photos. Мебель, стены, углы и ванная с потёртостями и сколами, требуется обновление и ремонт. Фотографии на сайте не соответствуют текущему состоянию номеров: выглядят новыми, тогда как по факту номера давно не обновлялись. В номере была заявлена плита, но фактически она отсутствовала — была закрыта и зафиксирована деревянной панелью, воспользоваться ею невозможно. В номере нет чая и кофе, несмотря на то, что на фотографиях присутствует кофемашина. Чай можно взять на ресепшене в дневное время. Кондиционер шумный, работает без переносного пульта, управление осуществляется с настенного блока с ограниченным количеством режимов. Даже на минимальном режиме шум заметный. В туалете нет вытяжки, после душа пар остаётся в комнате, уходит только при открытой двери. Телевизор показывает только тайские каналы, Smart TV отсутствует, подключение телефона невозможно. Кухонная зона оборудована раковиной, шкафчиками и посудой, но нефункциональна из-за отсутствия плиты. Из-за общего износа поверхностей номер визуально выглядит неаккуратно, несмотря на уборку. Плюсы Удобная кровать, по две подушки на человека. Чистое постельное бельё. Ванная комната была чистой, хороший напор воды. В номере есть новый фен, холодильник, посуда и столовые приборы. Есть балкон, выходящий во двор, на котором можно курить. Вежливый и отзывчивый персонал: девушка на ресепшене хорошо говорит по-английски и подробно всё объясняет, горничные также оставили приятное впечатление. Предоставляется гольф-кар трансфер до ближайших торговых центров. Удобное расположение рядом с M-Sphere, Emporium и M-кварталом, что было основной причиной выбора отеля. Итог Подходит для краткой остановки на одну ночь. Основной минус — сильно устаревшие номера и несоответствие фотографиям. Расположение и персонал — сильные стороны отеля.

Overall the location is great, very near to train station. The area is full of food choices and it’s convenient. Room is good but the facilities is a bit run down. Hence, there is a big rest area for us to have over packed food or a simple cooking. Toilet needs to be enhanced, too many stagnant water spots and it’s smelly. My bad experience is with the reception and most of them is very bad in communication and I felt a bit rude.

The hotel is very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. They provide towels, a hairdryer, soap, etc. There's a fully stocked kitchen with a microwave and a refrigerator. The bathroom is clean, the TV is large, and the A/C is cold. The location is close to many food options, so you'll never go hungry. Overall, it's fantastic! I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. We were looking for an aparthotel with two workspaces (as we needed to work remotely for a week), and the room perfectly met our needs. It had three chairs, two work areas, a balcony, and a kitchenette. Everything was great. I particularly liked their non-smoking policy, even on balconies! No smoke wafted into our room from neighboring balconies. There's a designated smoking area, and I believe if you really need to smoke, it's no trouble to go downstairs. It's much better than inconveniencing others. The location is ideal. It's on a lively street, close to Lumpini Park, and surrounded by many cafes and establishments. I can confidently recommend this hotel! We stayed for six days and were completely satisfied!

Boutique hotel in Ekkamai, but away from the loud traffic. Nice staff, great breakfast, overall great place for female solo travellers. Good wifi

It's decent, this is my second stay. The air conditioning is definitely the best part, running 24/7. It's also super convenient, being close to Chulalongkorn Night Market. Aside from some front desk staff having a so-so attitude, there's really not much to complain about.

Baiyoke Suite Hotel is one of Bangkok’s older establishments, but unfortunately its age shows in a rather disappointing way. The facilities appear poorly maintained, with worn-out beds, dated furniture, and visibly deteriorating sofas. The bathroom fittings are equally outdated and lack proper upkeep, giving an overall impression of neglect. The breakfast served at the restaurant is very basic, offering limited variety and little appeal. Leisure amenities are minimal and hardly worth mentioning. The only redeeming aspect of the stay is the staff, who remain polite and generally pleasant, providing a modest sense of hospitality despite the otherwise underwhelming experience.
