The location is across from Huiguang, and I felt quite removed from the hustle and bustle. Being tucked away in an alley seemed to offer more tranquility. Walking out every day on a street lined with yellow flowers really brightened my mood. I stayed in a female-only dorm, and it was a bit odd that there were so many Thai people staying there. The common areas were always quiet. Everyone came down for breakfast promptly every morning. You had to cook your own eggs, which was actually quite fun (it's a self-service buffet, and you're expected to clean up after yourself. You can even bring your own cutlery for the experience!). On weekends, the hotel even organized gatherings like BBQs and karaoke, and everyone was incredibly friendly.

The front desk service was fantastic, and I absolutely loved the room – it was beautiful no matter how you photographed it. The hotel itself is a bit small, but the rooms are spacious, which is great. There's even a Japanese-style space with a tatami mat and a table, perfect for travelers who plan on doing a lot of shopping, eating, and drinking in Thailand, as there's plenty of room for all your belongings. Having a restaurant right downstairs is very convenient, and there are 7-Eleven stores within a 3-minute walk in every direction. The BTS station is also just a 5-7 minute walk away, which is super handy. The only downsides are that the morning sun really shines into the room, and you can hear street noise at night. However, I'm still giving it full marks because I had such a pleasant stay. The housekeeping staff were all very kind, friendly, and lovely! 🥰🥰 The 24-hour front desk is a huge plus. The second floor is a hostel and has a microwave available.

My son and I stayed at this hotel for two nights, and I want to express my huge gratitude! First, I was very impressed by the service quality of the front desk staff. Then, after checking into our room, I was surprised by how clean the bathroom and bedroom were, and the beautiful view of Bangkok's skyscrapers from the window. On top of all that, I really liked the outdoor pool on the rooftop! It's also worth noting the perfect location: there are two types of metro access (underground and elevated), and one of them goes directly to the airport. For us, as travelers without tours or transfers, this was a huge plus! Anyone looking for a central place to stay in Bangkok at a reasonable price, this hotel will be the ideal spot for you! ❤️

The room was clean and reasonably priced for what I paid, so I was satisfied with the accommodation itself. Unfortunately, the customer service was disappointing. When I checked in, the male receptionist did not explain any of the hotel’s facilities or services. I only discovered that complimentary breakfast was included after I asked another receptionist, who kindly pointed out the breakfast sign and explained it to me. This information should have been provided during check-in. I also had an unpleasant experience when requesting housekeeping. I simply wanted to let the receptionist know that my room could be cleaned after I left the hotel. Instead of assisting me, he pointed to a board and told me to write my request there without offering any explanation or assistance. I found this interaction unfriendly and unprofessional. I have stayed at many hotels and have never experienced this level of service. If this is the hotel’s policy, staff should politely explain the process to guests rather than expecting them to figure it out themselves. The room itself was good, but the service did not meet the standard I expect from a hotel. I hope management will provide better customer service training, as a welcoming and helpful attitude can make a significant difference to a guest’s experience.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights. Cons The rooms are very outdated. Furniture, walls, corners, and the bathroom show visible wear and damage. The rooms clearly need renovation. The photos on the listing do not reflect the current condition of the rooms. They look much newer than they actually are. A stove was listed as an amenity, but in reality it was not usable — it was covered with a fixed wooden panel and could not be opened. There is no tea or coffee in the room, despite a coffee machine being shown in the photos. Tea is available at the reception during daytime only. The air conditioner is very noisy. It is controlled via a wall panel (no remote control) with limited settings, and even on the lowest mode the noise is noticeable. There is no ventilation fan in the bathroom, so steam stays in the room after showering unless the door is opened. The TV offers only Thai channels. There is no Smart TV and no option to connect a phone. The kitchen area has a sink, cabinets, and basic dishes, but it is not functional due to the lack of a stove. Despite cleaning, the room looks visually worn because of the overall condition of the walls and ceiling. Pros The bed is comfortable, with two pillows per person. Clean bed linen. The bathroom was clean, with good water pressure. The room includes a new hairdryer, a refrigerator, dishes, and cutlery. There is a balcony facing the courtyard, where smoking is allowed. The staff were polite and helpful. The receptionist spoke good English and explained everything clearly, and the housekeeping staff were also very friendly. The hotel provides a golf cart shuttle to nearby shopping malls. The location is convenient, close to M-Sphere, Emporium, and the M District, which was the main reason we chose this hotel. Overall Suitable for a short stay of one night. The main drawback is the outdated rooms and mismatch with the photos. Мебель, стены, углы и ванная с потёртостями и сколами, требуется обновление и ремонт. Фотографии на сайте не соответствуют текущему состоянию номеров: выглядят новыми, тогда как по факту номера давно не обновлялись. В номере была заявлена плита, но фактически она отсутствовала — была закрыта и зафиксирована деревянной панелью, воспользоваться ею невозможно. В номере нет чая и кофе, несмотря на то, что на фотографиях присутствует кофемашина. Чай можно взять на ресепшене в дневное время. Кондиционер шумный, работает без переносного пульта, управление осуществляется с настенного блока с ограниченным количеством режимов. Даже на минимальном режиме шум заметный. В туалете нет вытяжки, после душа пар остаётся в комнате, уходит только при открытой двери. Телевизор показывает только тайские каналы, Smart TV отсутствует, подключение телефона невозможно. Кухонная зона оборудована раковиной, шкафчиками и посудой, но нефункциональна из-за отсутствия плиты. Из-за общего износа поверхностей номер визуально выглядит неаккуратно, несмотря на уборку. Плюсы Удобная кровать, по две подушки на человека. Чистое постельное бельё. Ванная комната была чистой, хороший напор воды. В номере есть новый фен, холодильник, посуда и столовые приборы. Есть балкон, выходящий во двор, на котором можно курить. Вежливый и отзывчивый персонал: девушка на ресепшене хорошо говорит по-английски и подробно всё объясняет, горничные также оставили приятное впечатление. Предоставляется гольф-кар трансфер до ближайших торговых центров. Удобное расположение рядом с M-Sphere, Emporium и M-кварталом, что было основной причиной выбора отеля. Итог Подходит для краткой остановки на одну ночь. Основной минус — сильно устаревшие номера и несоответствие фотографиям. Расположение и персонал — сильные стороны отеля.

Overall the location is great, very near to train station. The area is full of food choices and it’s convenient. Room is good but the facilities is a bit run down. Hence, there is a big rest area for us to have over packed food or a simple cooking. Toilet needs to be enhanced, too many stagnant water spots and it’s smelly. My bad experience is with the reception and most of them is very bad in communication and I felt a bit rude.

The hotel is very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. They provide towels, a hairdryer, soap, etc. There's a fully stocked kitchen with a microwave and a refrigerator. The bathroom is clean, the TV is large, and the A/C is cold. The location is close to many food options, so you'll never go hungry. Overall, it's fantastic! I really liked the quiet atmosphere here. Even though it's next to a main road, it wasn't noisy at all, unless the neighbors were being particularly loud. The staff were also very friendly and could communicate well with simple English.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and had all the basic amenities I needed. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, and the check-in and check-out process was smooth. Overall, it was a comfortable experience, and I would consider staying here again.

It's decent, this is my second stay. The air conditioning is definitely the best part, running 24/7. It's also super convenient, being close to Chulalongkorn Night Market. Aside from some front desk staff having a so-so attitude, there's really not much to complain about.
