SSnon_nonFacilities: The small room lacks air conditioning and is not sure about other room types. There is a small fan, and the fan blades will be a little noisy when turning. Blowing out the window, the cooling effect at night is OK, the room can be kept at about 21-22 degrees.

Environment: Very good, close to the town center, very convenient to go to various attractions.
Service: Breakfast is very good, rich in variety

GGassiVery cute little homestay, very comfortable and warm, the traffic is very convenient, it is a small house with a pink powder in the morning, and the bird singing wakes up. It is also convenient to go to the castle of Sindela during the day. It is really a good accommodation experience. There is also a pedestrian street on the side. Shopping and eating are convenient. MMi MeowAfter going to Rocca Point, I arrived at the hotel about 45 minutes later. The door was not obvious, but there was no problem with following the navigation. Very close to the famous Azenhar do Mar Beach and Sea View Restaurant. Valley House The staff was very kind, seeing us and Li, they all helped to move up the stairs. Breakfast is simple and delicious.

GGuest UserThe hotel is very comfortable and comfortable and is very clean and comfortable. The bed is perhaps a little ”soft” but because I prefer the rigidest facilities. Breakfast varies and abundant, with the products that were integrated once finished, served in a very beautiful space. ZZiobobboLovely small hotel with attention to detail in Sintra. Only stayed one night but found the staff friendly and the facilities of high quality. A small fridge would have been handy but I notice these are not common in Portugal. Close to transport, attractions, restaurants and shopping, this hotel would be a good choice for anyone visiting the area.

GGuest UserThe online filling in the information of the occupants two weeks ago, and the city tax is paid through the link given by the hotel. The hotel said that the gate password will be given one hour before check-in.
As a result, I didn't receive the password late on the day of check-in. I pulled my big luggage in the rain but couldn't enter the door. Through trip.com, the other party actually said that it was really inexplicable to pay the city tax before giving the password.
Finally, I turned over the payment details of the credit card and found this consumption. Please contact the hotel with trip customer service and transfer it to the other party before getting the password to check in.
From beginning to end, the hotel did not know the situation, creating guests' trouble, but did not apologize.
Fortunately, there is trip's professional customer service center to assist, they really help, otherwise I will live on the streets in a foreign country.
