Hotels with Breakfast in Sintra

The hotel is very close to the railway station, and it is easy to find it according to the navigation. The outside courtyard is beautiful, and the lobby and public areas are also beautiful. However, because it is an old house, there is no elevator, and if you live on a high floor, you have to carry your suitcase to go up. This is basically the problem in hotels where you live in old houses in Portugal. We booked a suite with a small loft and a small balcony outside the loft with a nice view. Breakfast is their own coffee shop, not with the place where they live, it is very close, less than 5 minutes. Breakfast is Western style, with bread, cheese, desserts, fruits, a cup of juice and coffee per person, which is quite hearty.

The location is not far from the train station, you can walk on foot, it is very convenient to visit the town, the scenery outside the window and the garden is particularly good, facing the valley, you can overlook the Moorish castle. The overall hotel is very new, the facilities are exquisite and the breakfast is excellent. The croissant is very delicious. The service staff was very enthusiastic and asked where we wanted to go and took the initiative to draw us the bus route to the map. In addition, we promptly advised us to go to Cabo da Roca to watch the sunset on a sunny day, and the next day turned into a cloudy sky. . .

The room was spacious and clean. Slippers were also provided. The villa room is a short walk from the hotel front desk, but the staff carried it for us, which was very helpful. You can also enjoy Portuguese cuisine at the restaurant. Note that breakfast starts late, at 8:00 AM.

Because the original order to Sintra to go directly to the first Pena Palace, but the night before the announcement was closed before the afternoon, I had to walk to the hotel first. (The hotel is in the downtown area of Sintra, about 1k from the train station, but the scenery along the road is good, walking is very ok) I want to say that I will at least put a luggage first. Worthy of being a five-star hotel! The hotel was built in 1764 and is very historical, but it is well maintained everywhere, will not have a sense of oldness, and it is very comfortable to live in. Breakfast can be picked up except bread, toast, pastries, juice, milk, water, etc., the rest are made now, a lot of excitement, the waiter still maintains a very friendly attitude, help me to have a whole table of meals, although I eat very full, But I still have the responsibility to eat all the meals, the taste is also very good! What surprised me even more was that the jam with bread turned out to be directly for the mini jar, and it was self-pick, really big. The point is that the special price is super close to the people, and there is no need to carry blood with the poaching. It's just that the weather in the Portuguese mountains in winter is really not good, and you need to be mentally prepared. Very well located, close to the train station, few Places and restaurants. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Rooms were very clean, in the bathroom I would smell the drain but we understand the old plumbing system so did not bother us. Breakfast has little bit of everything, so we enjoyed it. We definitely had a pleasant stay. Would highly recommend.

Lovely small hotel with attention to detail in Sintra. Only stayed one night but found the staff friendly and the facilities of high quality. A small fridge would have been handy but I notice these are not common in Portugal. Close to transport, attractions, restaurants and shopping, this hotel would be a good choice for anyone visiting the area.
