"Very cute little homestay, very comfortable and warm, the traffic is very convenient, it is a small house with a pink powder in the morning, and the bird singing wakes up. It is also convenient to go to the castle of Sindela during the day. It is really a good accommodation experience. There is also a pedestrian street on the side. Shopping and eating are convenient. A whole recommendation"

"The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable and is very clean and comfortable. The bed is perhaps a little ”soft” but because I prefer the rigidest facilities. Breakfast varies and abundant, with the products that were integrated once finished, served in a very beautiful space. Interior parking, given the type of land and the number of tourists, was very important. It is about 10' walk from the centre or station"

"Facilities: The small room lacks air conditioning and is not sure about other room types. There is a small fan, and the fan blades will be a little noisy when turning. Blowing out the window, the cooling effect at night is OK, the room can be kept at about 21-22 degrees.

"La camera è in realtà un grazioso mini appartamento con camera, bagno e cucina con buoni spazi a disposizione. Avrebbe bisogno di qualche lavoretto di manutenzione (la porta della doccia non chiude bene, pareti un po' rovinate, filtro del bagno cieco non pulito...)
La pulizia generale è buona, peccato solo per il pesante odore di fritto presente all'interno (non abbiamo capito se qualcuno avesse cucinato o se veniva dell'esterno, pur tenendo aperte le finestre non è andato via).
La host ci ha accolti con molta gentilezza parlando bene in inglese.
La posizione è molto comoda per raggiungere la zona centrale a piedi ma è assolutamente sconsigliato arrivarci in auto.
Pochi giorni prima dell'arrivo abbiamo ricevuto una mail da LovelyStay.com che ci informava che il centro storico è interdetto alle auto dei turisti e ci suggeriva una via vicina dove parcheggiare. La via in questione è stretta e con pochissimi parcheggi a bordo strada e impostandola sul navigatore non si trova.
Dopo oltre 3 ore alla ricerca di un parcheggio con code chilometriche abbiamo lasciato l'auto in stazione e pagato un taxi per arrivare alla struttura (c'è anche l'autobus che arriva nella piazzetta principale). Ovviamente il traffico congestionato non è colpa di chi gestisce la struttura ma ritengo che sia necessario informare meglio chi la deve raggiungere per evitare disagi. Pur essendo partiti con ampio anticipo da Lisbona abbiamo mancato l'ingresso a Quinta de Regaleira, che purtroppo non siamo riusciti a vedere, perdendo anche i soldi del biglietto per 2 persone."

HHANThe location is not far from the train station, you can walk on foot, it is very convenient to visit the town, the scenery outside the window and the garden is particularly good, facing the valley, you can overlook the Moorish castle. The overall hotel is very new, the facilities are exquisite and the breakfast is excellent. The croissant is very delicious. The service staff was very enthusiastic and asked where we wanted to go and took the initiative to draw us the bus route to the map. In addition, we promptly advised us to go to Cabo da Roca to watch the sunset on a sunny day, and the next day turned into a cloudy sky. . .

Rooms were large and well appointed. Comfortable and quiet. Good breakfast and convenient to Sintra and the surrounding area.

GGuest UserTruely historic small hotel (26 rooms) in historic building. Nothing really what you can call luxury 2025, it was maybe bacl 2000.
Location next to the Palace of Queluz makes it a bit more interesting though it's remote from both Lisboa and Sintra (which municiplay this place belongs to, city tax is ”only” 2€/Person max for 3 nights!).
All rooms are upstairs, the standard rooms face the cobbed street (you can hardly hear with closed windows), big bathroom with tub, electricity bit strange, illumination bit old fashiioned.
Due to the small capacity also the buffet breakfast ist limited in choice though high quality. Nespresso and filer coffee (better than those vending machines).
Free parking outside is a plus, restaurants are in walking distance!
In a nutshell: nice place but the ”normal” rates around 150€ are BY FAR too much in my eyes - our 75€ incl.4€ city tax was just okay (missing extras like spa, pool etc.)

GGuest UserVery basic room with almost no amenities. The room is very dark with only bedside lamps and a basically useless hanging lamp. The toilet door knob is broken so we couldn’t close the door. The hanging lamp was not working when we first entered the room but receptionist was very helpful to help us change the light bulb, only to realise it’s so dim so basically useless.

LLourdes Lobo JaimeThe location of the hotel is not at all good. It's not close to anything, you'll need a car to get anywhere.
The hotel itself looks old. The rooms are good but honestly not for the price you pay. The water in the indoor pool was cold, so we couldn't enjoy the spa. The buffet leaves a lot to be desired.
The attention of the staff was very good.
