CCarisRSuch great value for staying in a vibrant area of Manila! The staff were very friendly and the breakfast is recommended in the lobby cafe (best meal we’ve have on our trip!).
Our room was spacious with a huge comfortable bed and AC. The TV connects to YouTube, Netflix etc. If you like having something on whilst in the room.
We were aware before staying that being in a built up area meant you could hear the noise outside and this didn’t bother us at all.
The shower was cold and I’m sure had we minded the staff would have fixed it or changed room. But it was actually quite a welcome respite from the muggy hot weather!

GGuest UserThe serviced apartment is excellently localised for my office commute. The apartment was equipped with everything that I could possibly need for the duration of my stay. Staff were incredibly professional and helpful.

The staff were truly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. Their excellent service made our stay even more enjoyable. GGallivanting with me.I loved this hotel. It’s lowkey, not exaggerated yet very clean and has the most comfy beds and pillows. Its location is 10/10 near to restobars, restaurants and 7/11. Very convenient, has the nicest staffs. I love the set up of the bed and the warm strays of sunlight through my window.

MmoahmadGood location and the breakfast is the best. This time as i stayed more than one day and i complained about my previous stay then they gave me a very nice room.
There is a small pool and gym.
Staff at the hotel were very helpful i think i will definitely recommend you to stay here

Service is top notch
The entrance of the hotel is old and the smell of the lobby is bad I believe bc is old .
The staff are always doing a major effort and they’re cleaning all the time .
You cannot feel that smell in your room but you can hear when people are loud from your room .

GGuest UserThe room shows signs of age and wear, with some visible deterioration, such as peeling paint on the bathtub and mold beneath the silicone. The mattress is quite firm, with the inner springs noticeable at times. Despite these issues, the room offers a comfortable and home-like atmosphere that made my stay pleasant overall. The front desk staff were exceptionally accommodating, especially Jerico, who was consistently attentive and responsive to all my requests.

Kkzh.nThe location is absolutely superb! I stayed here because I got an incredibly cheap rate with a special discount, but here are some things to note:
1) As of February 2026, the elevator is manually operated, so you'll need to call the front desk or the elevator attendant to use it.
2) Only bath towels are provided; there are no hand towels.
3) Only shampoo and soap are available; no other amenities like toothbrushes are provided.
4) Since this is a condominium, hotel guests check in at the reception counter opposite the main counter.
On the positive side:
1) The room comes with a kitchen, including dishes, pots, and cooking utensils. Having a microwave in the room was very convenient.
2) The shower worked perfectly fine.
3) There are two 7-Eleven convenience stores nearby.
4) The area boasts numerous large supermarkets, an older but affordable and convenient department store, brand-name shops, museums, and many other commercial facilities. There's also plenty of natural environment with several parks, and a wide variety of restaurants.
5) Although it's an older building, I found it to be acceptably clean.
Aside from the elevator, the experience was good.
