MmcdaleGreat location. There's a Starbucks at the Ground Floor. Breakfast is served at the instagrammable George and Onnies' Filipino Restaurant which is also at the Ground Floor. The plated menu portions were rather small and there is no sides buffet, no salad bar, etc. Pool is nice. Gym is clean but the ventilation is not good. It smells dusty and moldy. Room has no bedside light switches which is rather odd. Shower area is small. Nevertheless, this hotel is ok. Things can be improved further though.

AAnonymous UserStaff are accommodating and nice. There is a 2k deposit upon arrival. Bed was bouncy but comfy. AC works. Hot water works. There’s bidet. There are slippers, hangers, mini ref, towels and toiletries inside the room.
When i arrived there’s no water bottle but the next day when the cleaning staff arrived, he gave me 2 bottles and an extra tissue. Thank you!
Guard was also nice downstairs. He helped me on checkout.
Wifi was just not really great. Not sure if it was the room but i keep on being disconnected at most times. I’m not able to watch netflix on TV also coz it says no internet connection. :( So i had to use my own mobile data during my stay.
But other than that, i’d definitely stay again. Thanks!

GGuest UserI had an excellent stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, spotless, and well-maintained. The staff provided outstanding service—they were polite, quick to assist, and always smiling. Breakfast had a good variety and tasted fresh. The hotel is also close to restaurants and major attractions. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserExcellent location right in the heart of city CBD which is makati city. Walking distance to restaurants, shops and mall. If you are interested in night life it’s probably four minutes away from the hotel.. staff are there 24/7 to help you out with anything you need. Check in fast and easy. Large room and bed as compared to other hotels in the same area with the same price you get smaller room and not much in the bath room. With Berjaya you get face washer, hand towel and a soft bath towel. More plugs in the room to charge all ur devices. Cable tv, breakfast has lot to offer. my favourite staff is Mark he’s always available to render assistance.. many thanks to all the staff including the security team , restaurant staff and cleaning crews..

I do not have the photo of the room because I save it on video but is not giving me an option to upload here.

GGuest UserWe had an excellent stay at Herald Suites Solana! The food was nice, the staff were very friendly and accommodating, and the rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean. Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable experience — highly recommended!

GGuest UserIt's such an old place, but the location is ok. Unfortunately the lift didn't work and it was manually operated (in a good efficient way but still quite slow to go up and down).
Being abto to open the window in one of the highest floor, and look down, seems quite unsafe especially if there are kids around (but I want to believe people with kids are not given this room).
The bathroom had some sewage smell coming from toilet.
Good bed and decent shower. Good AC
2000 php deposit seems too high and unnecessary

GGuest UserThe location is good and I appreciate their rooftop but i think they should improve their amenities as upon checking in the towels that was set up in our room looks grayish already. The staffs are nice and kind though.

DDaisy Yong NCThe hotel is old, but room was good, and the front desk service was also very good, although the system was too slow. I decided to stay one more night because I did not want to move around, and I had already paid for the extension. However, when I returned to the hotel at 7 PM after a busy day, I was shocked to find that my reservation had been unreasonably canceled by Trip.com without any explanation.
Trip.com informed me that the booking was canceled and that the refund would take 7 to 14 working days to be received. I personally find this extremely unfair, as the payment was deducted instantly but the refund requires a long waiting period. This situation has caused me significant inconvenience and dissatisfaction. I request an immediate explanation, faster refund processing, and proper compensation for the trouble caused.
