Our Valentine’s stay at Citadines was truly memorable. The place had a warm, cozy, and relaxing atmosphere—perfect for spending quality time together. Our room was very clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared, making us feel at home right away. What stood out the most was the excellent service. The staff were polite, friendly, and always ready to help, which made our stay even more pleasant. The overall ambiance was calm and romantic, exactly what we were looking for during Valentine’s. Thank you, Citadines, for a lovely and stress-free stay. We truly enjoyed our experience and would definitely love to come back.

Clean, new hostel. I arrived in the morning and thought I could check in early, usually for half the price. There was no room available. From 6 AM to 12 PM, I had nowhere to go and was exhausted after the flight. The girl at the reception suggested I rest on the third floor where the kitchen and a sofa were. I lay down and slept until noon, and no one even bothered me 😁. Excellent staff.

The price is very cheap but the place is very clean, they offer good breakfast (silog meals), staff are all well trained and willing to assist. Guard is very helpful. Overall good experience. Will surely book this again when we visit Cebu again. They have a small cafe and you can order good food and drinks. 10/10 :)

The location is excellent, right in front of SM Mall, which makes everything very convenient. The room was clean and comfortable, though the power outlets were a bit far from the bed, which was slightly inconvenient. The breakfast buffet was good, but the dining area isn’t enough big, so it can get crowded and there may be a wait. If you have a breakfast-included plan, it might require a bit of patience. Overall the staff were friendly and welcoming, and I would likely stay here again.

Super clean, nice hosts Had a comfortable stay The pool is a nice area restaurant by the pool also a rooftop restaurant where the also do the breakfast buffet The single beed delux rooms are really nice but no view as they are all on the side Setup like an apartment has a kitchen but no cooking wear other than for coffee They don't offer slippers as amenities my wife found that really odd for a hotel in the Philippines but I did not mind as the floor was super clean If you don't have a car it will be hard to get uber they all reject pickup at the noble lobby, you have to walk to the back of the pool area exit there and walk near the hwy to get an Uber Was not that bad just something annoying that's nice to know ahead of time All that being said probably the best hotel in Cebu city will definitely book again

It is a hotel with nice rooms for a cheap price. Staff is very friendly and especially the breakfast service was great. As far as the rooms are concerned our room was very clean on arrival. However we extended our stay with one day and the second day the room was not done at all. This was certainly not up to the standards of good housekeeping. We took this hotel as due to the earthquake court building was out of order and is now making use of this hotel. Maybe that is why housekeeping service was not so good. But it is certainly a nice hotel with good and big rooms and worth the price

Toilet flush is not working well. My 3 nights stayed have to call for maintenance almost everyday. The room is facing East..morning sun is very strong and sun is up at 5:30am. Suggest to upgrade 'Blackout window curtains'

The staff were very kind, helping with luggage and showing me where to refill my water bottle. As for the bathroom, there's no shower curtain, but the water pressure isn't strong enough for water to splash everywhere. It was a bit of a shame to see some small rust spots, though.

I like that the location is close to the event I have attended. The staff are also friendly and approachable. It would have been better though if there were toiletries provided like may tissue. I like that there's available hot and cold water. I will still come back though. I still have plans of getting a room here on my next events.

Our stay in Richmond Plaza Hotel was excellent, i just want to suggest that we wish they would have hair blower, Kettle inside the room thats all. the staff are nice alsooooo kudos!
