GGuest UserThe place was decent for the price. However, I hope they can clean the bottom cover of the bed, as it seemed dusty and dirty. The food was good. Also, they did not provide a toothbrush and toothpaste, even though it was stated in my booking confirmation. That said, I would still come back, as it is better than other hotels in the same price range.

Our room was very clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared, making us feel at home right away. What stood out the most was the excellent service. The staff were polite, friendly, and always ready to help, which made our stay even more pleasant. The overall ambiance was calm and romantic, exactly what we were looking for during Valentine’s. Thank you, Citadines, for a lovely and stress-free stay. We truly enjoyed our experience and would definitely love to come back.

JJcgorilaiWe stayed here for one night with my wife, our two kids, my mother, and a friend, and it was a wonderful experience for our whole group. Excellent Location: The direct connection to Robinsons Galleria mall made everything so easy for our family. We didn't have to worry about traffic or the weather when we wanted to go shopping or grab a meal. Spacious and Clean: The rooms were incredibly spacious, modern, and clean, giving us all more than enough space to relax. The beds were super comfortable after a long day of travel. Friendly Staff: Every single staff member we encountered—from the security guards to the front desk—was polite, smiling, and incredibly accommodating to our needs. It's a perfect choice for families traveling with kids and elderly parents. We will definitely book here again the next time we visit Cebu City!

GGuest UserThe price is very cheap but the place is very clean, they offer good breakfast (silog meals), staff are all well trained and willing to assist. Guard is very helpful. Overall good experience. Will surely book this again when we visit Cebu again. They have a small cafe and you can order good food and drinks. 10/10 :)

PPaulVIIt is a hotel with nice rooms for a cheap price. Staff is very friendly and especially the breakfast service was great. As far as the rooms are concerned our room was very clean on arrival. However we extended our stay with one day and the second day the room was not done at all. This was certainly not up to the standards of good housekeeping. We took this hotel as due to the earthquake court building was out of order and is now making use of this hotel. Maybe that is why housekeeping service was not so good. But it is certainly a nice hotel with good and big rooms and worth the price

PPhTravlerSuper clean, nice hosts Had a comfortable stay The pool is a nice area restaurant by the pool also a rooftop restaurant where the also do the breakfast buffet The single beed delux rooms are really nice but no view as they are all on the side Setup like an apartment has a kitchen but no cooking wear other than for coffee They don't offer slippers as amenities my wife found that really odd for a hotel in the Philippines but I did not mind as the floor was super clean If you don't have a car it will be hard to get uber they all reject pickup at the noble lobby, you have to walk to the back of the pool area exit there and walk near the hwy to get an Uber Was not that bad just something annoying that's nice to know ahead of time All that being said probably the best hotel in Cebu city will definitely book again

AAnonymous UserPretty old hotel.The lobby is clean and tidy overall,but the check in is slow.We arrived 5 mins early and it took 20 mins for the reception to check us in.On the other hand ,the room and the bathroom is not well furnished.Cracks,Stains and watermarks are conspicuous.Wouldn’t recommend anyone who has over 50usd budget to stay in here.I would recommend paying 20 dollars more to get better service ,as well as better room environments .

GGuest UserI like that the location is close to the event I have attended. The staff are also friendly and approachable. It would have been better though if there were toiletries provided like may tissue. I like that there's available hot and cold water. I will still come back though. I still have plans of getting a room here on my next events.
