GGuest UserOverall, I had a very good stay. The accommodation was comfortable, clean, and the amenities provided were complete, which made my stay enjoyable.
However, I experienced some issues with the communication and information provided before check-in.
Firstly, the booking on the Trip app stated that free parking was available. However, upon arrival, I was informed that parking was not free and that I had to pay. This information should be updated to avoid confusion for future guests.
Secondly, I was informed that I would receive the check-in guidelines one day before arrival, but I did not receive them until I contacted the management myself via message and phone call.
There was also inconsistent information regarding the security deposit. One day before check-in, I was informed via chat that the deposit was RM100. However, the PDF document sent during check-in stated that the deposit was RM200. I paid RM100 based on our earlier conversation, but I was confused by the difference.
I would recommend updating all information on the Trip app and in your check-in documents to ensure consistency. This should include parking fees, security deposit amounts, house rules, additional charges, and any check-in or video guidelines. Providing accurate and consistent information will help create a smoother experience for future guests.

GGuest UserTo best describe this place, it's like a mini paradise atop a cliff overlooking the beautiful sea, with a twist of staying in large cylindrical concert culverts.
You can easily spot it along the road to Damai with its large circular logo at its gate. It was closed upon my arrival at 3pm, but due to the main entrance being easily seen from the receptionist area, it didn't take long for them to open the gate, and I just drove right in.
The receptionist was very polite and welcoming, decently professional as well, after checking us in we were given a quick tour around, highlighting the facilities and public areas.
The room itself, being quite quirky in its own way, isn't too difficult to maneuver around, as long as you don't rush yourself and knock yourself around the relatively tiny room. Adequate steps are built to help climbing up and moving around, with simple storage spots around the bed, which by itself takes up about half of the room. The other side of the room is the bathing area, which I would say is surprisingly spacious enough to use. So a bed and a bathing area sums up the entire, unique cylindrical room.
The hotel itself is nicely planned, guests can pamper themselves by picking their favorite spots located around the place, and enjoy a marvelous view of the sea. There's also a small private beach all the way down the cliff too. Facilities include swimming pools, sauna room, washer + dryer machines, gymnasium, library, etc. are pretty neat if you need them.
I would say the place is great for couples, and a short refresher trip. I technically live in the city just half an hour drive away, but to catch a break from work and relax here for a day, I'd recommend this place in a heartbeat. Just make sure you've got the legs to climb up and down the place!

GGuest UserThe experience is generally pleasant. The room is clean, cosy, quiet with basic amenities are available and service is prompt. I was a-bit disappointed for the breakfast as many items are either running low or unavailable around 8am.

Cleanness: Super clean bed and bathroom, just the sofa have some dust, and you can just wipe off. 4 stars for cleanness.
Location: Quite strategic location, nearly have 555 convenient store, multiple food shop available, and the famous Lepau restaurant just beside the hotel only. The environment also quite, and just 5 minutes drive to the centre of Kuching. 5stars!
Room: Room size is big enough, just the sound proof. Would suggest can add the rubber on the on the door frame so that when door close, it will be least noisy create. As I clear clearer heard the door close sound from the beside room. 4 stars for room
Overall: Love it and will be my first choice whenever I need to travel to Kuching.

ZZulu TravellerEasy location halfway between Kuching airport and city centre. Very friendly guy at the reception speaks English with a US accent.
The room itself was clean and comfortable. No complaints.
Breakfast the choice was very limited. But what they had was pretty tasty. No coffee machine, sadly.
Overal very adequate for the price they charge.

XxxyiyiThis hotel truly exceeded my expectations! The front desk staff were warm and efficient, and my room was clean and bright with soft, comfortable bedding. The soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a very peaceful night's sleep. The complimentary breakfast was extensive, and I really appreciated the thoughtful amenities like the laundry room and massage chairs – attention to detail was evident everywhere. The location is convenient, the service is superb, and it offers fantastic value for money. Highly recommend!

GGuest UserThe hotel bathroom seriously need an upgrade. The toilet bowl is just plain disgusting….can’t even flush properly. The toilet bowl water is yellowish, no matter how many times u flush, just the most disgusting toilet I have used in so many hotels I’ve stayed at. Pls consider changing all ur toilet bowls.
Hotel corridor is dark and eerie. Otherwise room is spacious, amenities are old and stuck at 90’s.

EESTHER ODEL⭐ Review: Riverbank Suites Unit 408, Kuching, Sarawak
I recently stayed at Riverbank Suites Unit 408 in Kuching, Sarawak, and overall it was a very pleasant experience. The location is one of the major highlights — right in the heart of the city and just steps away from the Kuching Waterfront, local eateries, and popular attractions like Carpenter Street and the Main Bazaar. This made exploring the city on foot very easy and convenient.
The unit itself was spacious and comfortable, with two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine, and a balcony offering scenic views of the Sarawak River. It is ideal for families, couples, or longer stays.
Cleanliness was good, and the basic amenities such as Wi-Fi and air-conditioning were provided. However, the air-conditioning in Room 2 was leaking, so we did not use it throughout our stay. As a result, the room felt slightly warm during sleep.
One of the highlights of the unit is the balcony view, especially in the evening, which creates a relaxing atmosphere overlooking the river and city lights. Facilities such as the swimming pool and parking were also appreciated.
Overall, Riverbank Suites Unit 408 is a well-located and comfortable accommodation with great views. With minor maintenance improvements, it would be an even better place to stay in Kuching.
