There was a slight odor when I first entered the room, possibly from the riverside sewer, but my nose is quite sensitive. After lighting an air freshener, it was generally fine. Overall, I was very satisfied with the experience. The hotel breakfast was also good and quite extensive, and the lobby offered dinner options, which was convenient. The front desk staff were very polite."

"Wonderful experience staying in a tree house for the 1st time. Totally loved the concept, though the staircase was steep but the room is clean and comfortable. The days we were there, it was raining. We had to ask for umbrella from the receptionist, however the lady who answered said they dont provide/lend umbrella. Anyhow, once we reached the counter, the other receptionist allowed us to use the umbrella and we managed to to go out for our dinner. Apart from the misunderstanding there rest of it as good! Will definitely come again, with more prepared. Thanks once again"

Everything was within easy reach, and the area has a really nice, relaxing vibe, especially in the evening. Overall, it was a very pleasant and comfortable stay. The convenience of being able to walk around without needing transport made the whole experience even better. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking to stay in a strategic location with a great view."

"A nice and new hotel. However the housekeeping service really needs to improve. This is the first time I checked into the hotel with no shower gel, shampoo and hand lotion. The bottles were not refilled. And the housekeeping service entered my room without taking off the shoes to my bathroom and the shoe was really dirty the floor 🙁. The hotel needs to improve and train the staff again."

No Breakfast - the hotel suddenly doesn't open their cafeteria for hotel customers which is very inconvenient 5. Very late check in hour at 3pm which is very very troublesome for those who travel from far to wait for too long. It is not relevant at all."
