Hilton’s location is right smack but they lack cleanliness as shown in the photos, the dust on the top of the bed frame and wardrobe that doesn’t close properly. The breakfast areas in the mornings are also packed with people with not enough spaces to seat. Having been to hotels where they are sufficiently staffed, they could have split tables enabling single guests to seat but the hotel was just unable to cope with the breakfast crowd.

The Sheraton Kuching Hotel offers an excellent stay thanks to its prime central location in the heart of Kuching’s Golden Triangle, placing guests within easy walking distance of the Sarawak River waterfront, Top Spot seafood centre, and popular local breakfast stalls serving delicious kolo mee. Sedap sangat 😘 Rooms are consistently praised for being spacious, clean, modern, and comfortable, with many guests noting the high quality of amenities and the impressive city views, especially from upgraded suites. The breakfast buffet at the ground-floor Nomadic restaurant receives strong marks for its wide variety of local and international dishes, including standout options like Sarawak laksa, though some guests feel the spread leans more toward quantity than consistent quality. One of the hotel’s greatest strengths is its staff, who are widely described as friendly, helpful, and efficient, making guests feel welcome throughout their stay. My stay was disappointing. The room was very hot when I arrived and remained uncomfortable, definitely not ideal in warm weather. The surroundings and ventilation need improvement. The toilet was dirty, and the sliding door did not close properly it hung awkwardly over the rim. I have to do it myself to make it inside the rim so it can slide better. Breakfast was okay only and not attractive. They mentioned a tablet would be provided, but it wasn’t. Also, no one answered the contact number for inquiries. I expected much better for the price. Overall, this place is only for Instagrammable.

Overall, my stay was very pleasant. The hotel's location is super convenient for getting around, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. The front desk staff were warm and friendly, and check-in and check-out were very efficient, with no unnecessary waiting. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was good, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The bathroom facilities were well-maintained, hot water supply was stable, and the amenities were complete. The public areas were clean and elegant, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of choices that suited my taste. The only minor drawback was that the lighting by the window was a bit dim, but it didn't affect the overall experience. The value for money is quite high for this area. I would definitely choose to stay here again if I'm passing through, and I recommend it to friends who are traveling.

I was there for a school reunion. Receptionist was extremely helpful and friendly. It was a very easy checked-in. Hotel was unique, clean and welcoming. I love the location. Right in the centre of Kuching city. Room was very clean, a bit small but enough for both of us. Checked-out was quick & easy and no fuss. Receptionist again was friendly and professional. Thank you for a lovely stay. And our reunion was amazing. Great facilities.

I booked two rooms, one mangrove view and one garden view. The front desk upgraded both to mangrove view for free, and the service was excellent with smiles all around. The breakfast food was more suited for a foreign palate! Overall, it was really great, the environment was lovely and very relaxing. 👍

It was a beautiful experience. Our stay in Pullman Kuching is fun. The room is so comfortable and clean. We were surprised because my requests were granted and we were able to celebrate a late birthday celebration for my cousin. Also, the city view from our room is so beautiful and we can see the sunrise. We highly recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at Kozi Square and had a very pleasant experience overall. The property is located in a convenient area – close to a hospital, which is reassuring for emergencies, and there are shops, a laundry service, and several eateries right on the ground floor. You really don’t need to go far for daily necessities. The apartment itself is on an upper floor (the building has a secure lift). While the room is not huge, it was perfectly sized for two people – the double bed was comfortable, and the layout made good use of the space. Everything was neatly arranged and spotlessly clean. The real bonus was the private balcony, where we could enjoy some fresh air and a quiet moment. Facilities inside the room were impressive: a fridge, microwave, TV, hairdryer, iron and ironing board – basically everything you’d need for a short or even medium-length stay. The Wi-Fi worked reliably, which was great for planning our daily outings. One of the highlights is the 6th-floor shared amenities – a swimming pool and a gym, both free for guests to use. We took advantage of the pool in the evenings; it was clean and had a nice view. The gym was modest but had enough equipment for a good workout. The only point to note is that parking is not included – you’ll need to pay separately if you bring a car. It’s not a dealbreaker, but something to budget for. All in all, Kozi Square offers excellent value for money: modern facilities, a convenient location, and thoughtful in-room amenities. I’d definitely stay here again and would recommend it to couples or solo travellers looking for a fuss-free, comfortable base.

Great location and views! The room was a bit dated though. The air conditioner's outdoor unit was right on the balcony, which was handy for drying clothes, but it made a bit of noise at night. There were no complimentary toothbrushes, but you could get two for free at the front desk. The phone was broken, and the towels were a brownish-red color, so it was hard to tell if they were clean or dirty.

The location is still ok because there is a mall so if you want to eat or buy things you are still happy, but if you want to go to the waterfront, it takes 25 minutes, in front of the apartment there is also an everise, but yesterday we ordered the 2 bedroom one, 13th floor, the funny thing is that the wifi we use is the hotel wifi so it's a bit slow, there's no soap in the room, he said Sinad, it's just not available, finally he was told to deliver it, there wasn't even an iron, when I checked out I asked, he said he wanted to chat then it would be delivered hadeh🤧, even though when he arrived there was no response to the chat, it was annoying Plus, if you want to use the washing machine, you have to rent it for 35 RM a night👎, that should be the facility we get when we rent an apartment, I live in another apartment, even though the washing machine isn't in the room, it's kept downstairs, if we use it, it's free. Why do you have to pay for this? , 200 rm deposit, 37 rm in cash, they said it was clean, the apartment wasn't the same, don't know, other floors, other owners, the same or not
