Kuching Hotels with Balcony

A very good place to stay with a great service and friendly staff, a huge room and very clean, very strategic, nice view and overall we are satisfied to stay with. We will come back and repeat to stay there again 😊

Location was the best, close to river banks and center. Topspot food center within 5 min walk. The room has everything you can ask for, we were surprised by the choice offered for breakfast, however every hot items on offer was plain cold, which was a shame really. Staff was really helpful and nice, rooftop swimming pool nice, but it was impossible to use it on week end days as it was full of kids and families. For those reasons we chose to rate ”average” and also because the Wifi is limited or non existent.

A service that you wouldn’t be able to imagine. This apartment would be the last resort you would want to choose in Kuching. If it wasn’t because of imperial hotel that was fully book during my time of stay i wouldn’t be choosing this apartment ever and also because due to my lack of research of other hotels as well I was actually looking for a hotel with swimming pool for kids to enjoy and spend their time with. Other hotel was way too expensive for only 2 nights stay.. However, this complaint is truly just on their service provided. Not on the facilities.. It is fully because they have the worst real estate agent to manage these service apartments. LUCO VISION SDN BHD (agent name: Lily).. First asking for RM200 deposit which I totally understand but later ask for RM30.80 “Service Charged” even after I fully paid my fee through Agoda. When I ask for explanation on what kind of service charged is charge, but they couldn’t explain further none other than just mentioning “this is management T&C”. Thereafter I call Agoda for further explanation on this service charged and it come to my surprised that even Agoda were not aware of such servicing fee being charged on client. How funny is that? Later then the agent say i must pay no matter what if i wish to continue my stay, i mean i have already fully paid to Agoda on my stay of RM494.60. And so called service fee that is chargeable, they can’t even explain it. By the way if you are curious why m i so furious on this service charged is because they can’t even give a brief explanation to what service charge m i paying, everything here is self check in and they have laundry machine in the apartment but it was lock because i have to pay extra to use it and worst still there’s no drinking water provided. Least of it, when i complaint to them through WhatsApp and demanded to have a number to call, agent refused to give a number. Stating that i can only contact them through WhatsApp. What kind of service is that?? I can’t even ask for a number or have a person to talk about on this issue?? So yeah, not to even mention when i ask for early check in of 30 minutes and they say it is also chargeable at an amount of RM150.00.. in addition to that there’s literally no front desk at the lobby and we can’t even go anywhere else because our luggage would eventually be unattended.. everything here is charges charges charges.. I really don’t like wasting my time giving complaint through online platform but this kind of service from these real estate agent or so called properties agent really giving me difficult sleeping time and future guest should deserve to know this kind of service from these people. I am not the only person giving complaint on Imperial Apartment already. I have live apartment at Penang and other places, their services was way more better than i could better explain in words.

Booked 2 rooms. Love the spacious rooms but some amenities are too old already, even kettle also not functioning or with dirt. Staff are friendly and polite. Complained about breakfast after last trip on the food variety and quality and with lots of annoying flies, but seems like not improving at all. If you go on peak season, make sure you go earlier as the check in process may take at least 30 minutes to one hour queueing and waiting, Damai Beach Resort should look into this problem seriously and make proper improvements.

very convenient location. Walking distance to all the restaurants, malls and goods. Good rooms with spacious apartment facilities. Can cook and eat if you want to. Provided fridge, cooking vessels and an electric cooker.

The location is between airport and city centre, not much around, always need to take a grab to everywhere. Room is spacious and well equipped, lighting is dim as usual. Bathroom is unfortunately always wet due to the halfway isolated glass door. The cleaning service is daily however performance has rooms to improve, lots of stains and dust remains for many days. Breakfast has very limited options, the only highlight is the egg station, they can make app kinds of egg dishes. No veggie at all. Coffee machine is nice though. Staff are all super friendly and welcoming. Free bottled water, tea bags and instant coffee are provided. Electric kettle and safe are definitely added value. Overall a very reasonable priced hotel for a budget stay,

There is a vending machine downstairs... You can buy some snacks no matter what time you are hungry... There are many places to eat nearby but they are only open until 10pm... There is also a massage parlor downstairs... If you are tired, you can go downstairs for a massage and go to sleep... There is a shopping mall next door

We booked this hotel because of it's close proximity to the Sarawak General Hospital - a relative had a serious medical emergency, which meant alot of uncertainty and long waiting hours for us. Having a base at the Regatta Suites meant that we could be within walking distance to the hospital, but were still able to rest in comfort at the hotel while waiting for news from the hospital. The Regatta Suites is thoroughly and thoughtfully appointed - little things like the built in USB charging points made a huge difference for us indeed. The beds were big and comfortable with spotless fresh linen. The AC worked like a charm, even during the blazing hot afternoon. The staff were also very accommodating - they promptly and cheerfully brought up a set of fresh towels for us when we returned to our room after midnight. Even though we are from Kuching, we stayed for about 4 or 5 nights at the Regatta Suites, and it made a real difference to be able to be so close to the hospital during the critical moments. Real evaluation: Ctrip booked 2 nights, couldn't cancel, had to stay. It's quite remote, not very convenient without a car. The environment is a bit like Bali, but the homestay is relatively small, the hygiene is OK, the sheets are clean, and the room is clean. We basically don't open the window, there are no bugs, don't worry, but there will be mosquitoes downstairs, it's relatively quiet, there is nothing around, you can only eat in the hotel, the price is a bit high, not very cheap, but in such a remote place, there is nothing to complain. Even instant noodles can't be bought! The service attitude is good, every employee greets with a smile. If you want to experience rural life, just stay for one night. Staying for 2 nights will be a bit boring, there is no TV. On the way back, the driver said that there is a very fresh seafood market here, you can buy directly, they can process it, and if the hotel can arrange some itineraries, it may not be so boring. The overall cost performance is not high, it's okay to stay for one night. If you stay in a bed, it's cheaper.

Hotel very clean and room also big..but hotel not provided parking for guest. Booking at trio.com very easy. housekeeping also good..even i stay for 3 days their still keep the room clean everyday
