The rooms near the highway are a little noisy. Some rooms have a smell. If you find that there is a smell, it should be caused by the toilet and kitchen. Contact the front desk in time to change it, don't be patient.

WwanderlustturtlesThe location is very clean, comfortable bed, good attention and close to everything. All is very good but I thought it was very bad that in the shower the soaps you have are from soap boats for your hands! I think it's not expensive to have a shampoo boat and a body soap boat, but it's a bad picture of all the good hotel.

GGuest UserThe Hotel was Very Clean and Safe!! The location was one block away from INM where i had to go to get my permanent residency here in Mexico. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room didn't have A/C but they brought me a very nice Fan. If i ever need to go back to that area of Puebla i will be staying there again!!
