RRuby8383A perfect stay! I really like the style of this hotel.
The elegant design uses wooden elements to blend pastoral style with colonial style. The aroma in the room is very good, I had a good rest, the sound insulation is good, the room is spacious, clean and brand new! The location is perfect for being quiet in the bustle and within walking distance to surrounding attractions. The hotel itself also has a spa experience with massages that are pretty good. The service staff were very enthusiastic and responsible. When we were leaving the hotel and waiting for the bus, a beggar approached us. The hotel security immediately came to protect us. We were very touched! Highly recommended!

The roof top bar was very nice and relaxing. Miriam the server that night provide an excellent customer service.

All is very good but I thought it was very bad that in the shower the soaps you have are from soap boats for your hands! I think it's not expensive to have a shampoo boat and a body soap boat, but it's a bad picture of all the good hotel.

RRahmanEverything was perfect, but I was always asking them to put extra bottles of water in the room (( they didn’t)) and once I called reception to ask for water he say (( we are running out of drinking water, you have to buy in the shop near 24/7)) what is wrong with you guys???
