I would have liked slippers to wear to the pool and the elliptical machine was broken the entire week I was there. The hotel was formerly a Rosewood Hotel, and Mr. ALfredo is at the front desk. Enthusiastic and proactive in helping me solve my itinerary problems, saving a lot of time and making my itinerary smooth."
