"It is connected to a large shopping mall in Puebla, so you can eat, shop and stay at once. Because it is a large shopping mall, there are many security agents, and the guards on the first floor of the hotel guard the entrance and exit, so it is safe. It's also good to call Uber. Wal-Mart is 10-15 minutes walk away, so if you need anything, you can buy it here. There is nothing particularly good except the advantage of being attached to a large shopping mall. Most of the hotel staff are friendly, but the sound insulation is very weak. At 12 o'clock in the daytime, the sound of cleaning the guest room in the hotel, the noise of people, and the hammering can't rest comfortably. Most of the rooms are aging. I can't recommend restaurants inside the hotel, but the food that is strangely served as room service is large and tastes good. Hotel staff try to solve it within the given range."

I asked the front desk where I could get a cup of hot water, and he dismissively told me to go back to my room and call room service. I met a cleaning staff member at my room door, and I told him I needed two bottles of water. He told me to wait for him, but no one brought me any water all night."
