GGuest UserNice rooms, very clean, there is also a spacious common area with kitchen. The hotel is in a basement, but it is facing an internal garden, so it is not an issue. It’s a self check in place, but the owner is super responsive via phone and chat. I could leave my bag in a storage room (although unattended). Great choice for this price! Recommended.

GGuest UserGreat location around 15 minute walk from the old city and tucked away in a quiet area off a main road. Along with my final booking details, the hosts provided me with excellent details including videos for how to access the property by myself. I somehow managed to lose this email when I arrived and the hosts were extremely prompt in helping me out.
The apartment is cosy and ideal for solo travellers or couples. The kitchen is well provided with crockery, cutlery, pots and pans etc. For cooking, there's a two ring induction hob, which for my needs this was sufficient. I also noticed a dishwasher and washing maching. The TV is internet enabled, great for Netflix or Youtube streaming channels.
Generally I found the hosts to be very helpful. If I'm ever in Riga again I'd be more than happy to stay in the same apartment.

JJuliaStantonThe hotel is located a 13 minute walk to the bus and train station and the central market is even nearer. It’s also not too far to the old town. Room was good for the rate paid. Breakfast was chaotic with too many people crowded around a small self-service space. At least there were seats upstairs. Was leaving early the next morning so they packed it.

The convenient location of the hotel (the city center is not far and to the airport too is not far to drive by taxi ) Breakfasts are uniform, but you can choose something. The rooms are clean, but the hearing in the hotel is high. The Internet wifi is free, but works with frequent interruptions.

The room was super clean.
The location is easy to get to the airport, bus terminal, downtown.
And there is a small restaurant nearby with nice selection on the menu.
The stuff is helpful and friendly.
The minuses:
The room is worn out. It needs a vacation or an upgrade. (But remember, it was still super clean!!!)
The kitchen area is just scary. And I am not gonna add more descriptions to that.
Nevertheless, I am greaful to have that scary kitchen. I was getting a cold, and it helped a lot to have the ability to boil the water several times for my throat.
Will I stay there again? Yes. Because all I needed is a clean place to sleep and take a shower.
