GGülhantI really enjoyed my stay here. The location is absolutely perfect — right behind the House of the Blackheads, making it very easy to explore Riga’s Old Town on foot. The area felt safe and comfortable, which was especially important to me as a solo traveler. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was simple but sufficient. Being so close to the main sights made exploring Riga very convenient. Overall, a comfortable, clean and well-located hotel in the heart of the Old Town. 🇱🇻✨

AanaisdoneI felt very comfortable here! The laundry is overpriced and that’s my only complaint. People just need to wash their clothes together in a machine and be done with it lol. It shouldn’t be priced per item. I think it’s a little ridiculous. Besides that, the room was quite big and the bed was great. It was very quiet.
I did not like the slight delay in the door locking after u leave. I ended up standing outside my room making sure the outdated system locked the door properly.

As a Radisson brand hotel, it has everything you'd expect. The room design is quite unique, balancing practicality and visual appeal.
The breakfast selection is plentiful, and the omelettes are just right 👍

心心雨彩虹Amazing stay! The staff is incredibly kind, welcoming, and patient—always willing to help with anything you need. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. The rooms were spotless, we are three adults booking they let us stayed in two connected rooms. Beds are comfort enough. Perfect location just at the side of the Old City. We came from Tallin and left to Vilnius by bus, the bus station just 3 minutes walk. Everything about this hotel was excellent—I highly recommend it!

SSka525Paid extra, service very poor. Arrived to check-in, nobody to serve, no receptionist at the desk. Did wait around 10 minutes, gave a call, no answer, but the receptionist arrived. Then went to their restaurant, very vague service. No cocktails on the meniu (that's what we came for), asked and then the waiter gave separate cocktails menu. Finally came back to room and realised my bed sheet is dirty! Went to reception and asked to change it since we just arrived. Same person from reception came with new duvet and linen, had replace myself, meaning lack of staff if the same person does everything within entire hotel. Breakfast decent, saw people drinking wine, but it wasn't marked as it's included in the breakfast or not and bottle sits aside from all the breakfast on the bar table.

GGuest UserThe location to old town was perfect! The room size was big, bed comfort was excellent, the check in/out process was easy, the staff were all very kind and helpful. I stayed 3 days & would do it again. If you are on the fence, don’t be. It’s excellent. I opted for a quiet courtyard view which was very cool. The A\C worked perfect,I was able to drop the temperature of the room to very cold, just like as I prefer. 10/10 recommend

My stay felt like a comedy of errors where I was the punchline. First, the breakfast saga: I pre-paid for my breakfast at check-in. Yet, every single morning, the restaurant staff looked at me like a breakfast bandit trying to sneak a free croissant. “Room number? Is breakfast included?” Cue me, once again, explaining my pre-paid status like I was telling a fascinating but unlikely story. I half expected them to ask for a signed affidavit from the front desk manager by day three.
Then there was the Pool Surprise™. The website features the pool, but conveniently forgets to mention it costs extra. At check-in, I asked, ”Where's the pool?” They pointed. They did not, however, point and say, ”...and that'll be $20, please.”
So, picture this: I'm there in my swim trunks, towel slung over my shoulder, ready for a dip. I get greeted not with a ”hello,” but with a request for my credit card. I had to do the walk of shame back through the lobby, damp and disappointed, to pay at the front desk. A simple heads-up would have saved us all from that awkward little parade!
The place itself is nice, but honestly, it seems like the different departments only communicate by carrier pigeon. And I'm pretty sure one of those pigeons got lost.
Pros: The room was good (if a bit tired), and the bed was comfortable.
Cons: Be prepared for a mystery fee adventure and to repeatedly prove you've paid for things you've already paid for.

GGuest UserGreat location and has what you need if you're a standard backpacker...although the security is something to consider. Padlock your bags and suitcases because don't expect to fit much in the very small lockers. Also, the rooms are keypad locked but from what I've experienced, the people that you're sharing a dorm with may not all respect that the door should be closed/locked behind them when they enter and exit, so think hard about what you can afford to be stolen if if this happens. Generally though, it does feel like a safe environment but still good to be mindful.
Finally, you'll be sharing space and communal areas with a few staff/handymen throughout your stay. If you don't speak Russian, they'll likely not acknowledge you at all and they may just enter your dorm for some reason known only to them, without an explanation or forewarning. Just be mindful of your belongings and don't take things personally.

GGuest UserVery friendly and helpful staff, hotel room was clean and comfortable. Decent location, a bit far from all the touristy places and stuff. However, the hotel is situated right next to a tram line which is a big bonus. Only downside is that it lacked the amenities, however it was stated upon booking, so I cannot complain.

GGuest UserHotel is very conveniently located, next to the mall and central station, minutes walk to the bus station, central market and old town. Check in was perfect and helpful with city map provided. Kettle, cups, sachet tea and coffee are provided, shampoo, hand soap, tissue paper, shower cap were provided in the bathroom. Would be good if they provided body lotion and hair conditioner. Sadly, the power plugs at the desk does not fit a travel adaptor and there are no usb ports. The single bed was right next to the curtain and a mirror is right in front of the bed, very weird room design. There’s a safe deposit box in the room. Do remember to bring your own slippers as no room slippers are provided.
