The front desk was friendly and helpful, all of the amenities also good. The room is well maintained and the space is enough for 2 person. Also location just 5 minutes walk to the station which is really great. Thank you and will come back here wherever I come to sendai again

Hotel was very clean. Pretty good breakfast from 7-10 with 9:30 being the latest seating. I suggest buying the vouchers before the day of to save a bit. Hotel has one small washer/dryer which came in really handy. Front desk gives change for that. If you ship your luggage via Yamato, front desk is nice enough to call your room to let you know it arrived. Very convenient location to open fish market, convivence stores, restaurants and shopping just a short walk away.

The hotel is acceptable n bf is good but the front desk staffs seem to be not hospital.. noted many foreigners work here.. perhaps they were not trained the Japanese way of hospitality.. no greeting when check in no greeting when check out.. think the hotel need to improve on this. The hotel layout is to be complimented design n layout is much unique b better then other chain !
Conveniently located just a 4-minute walk from the east exit of JR Sendai Station.
The bathroom and toilet are separate, and the Silky Beds made by Nippon Bed Co., Ltd. provide a premium stay.
The large public bath has a Silky Bath that is gentle on the skin thanks to its ion effects.

Business hotel, located a 5-minute walk from JR Sendai Station (east exit).
Probably the only business hotel that I’ve stayed at in Japan that doesn’t have a bathtub in the room. There is a public bath on 2F, however I was not able to use it due to having tattoos. The shower in the room was fine though, with good water pressure.

A stroke of bad luck left us stranded in Sendai when the JR East Shinkansen network was suspended. As the night wore on with no trains in sight, we grew anxious. By 11:30 p.m., we decided to book a hotel for the night. Thankfully, the hotel turned out to be a pleasant surprise — newly and tastefully renovated, cosy, and functional. The highlight was the lounge, which offered complimentary beverages and a play area for kids — an unexpected but welcome touch. Like most hotels in Japan, it provided complimentary toiletries, but this one went a step further with facial masks and bath salts — a thoughtful touch that made the stay even more relaxing.

This hotel is affordable, the room facilities are complete, and the basic needs can be met. However, the sanitary conditions are average, the location is a bit remote, and the surrounding transportation is not very convenient. It is suitable for short-term stays for travelers with limited budgets and low requirements for accommodation. The price-performance ratio is OK, but don't expect too much.

the location is good as it takes only 10 mins walk from the Sendai JR Station. Breakfast food provides a lot of choices including the famous Zunda-mochi. You may not need to queue up at Sendai Asaichi Morning Market for Zundai mochi. Curry beef tongue is cooked very soft and tasty. Free ramen, Yukult, ice cream stick is provided in different time slot. You may eat over 1 bowl of Ramen if you can during 9:30pm to 11pm every night. Free washing machine is provided inside the onsen. Spacious room that allows 30” luggage case to open.
Sendai is worth to visit again.

Basic hotel consider cheaper in Sendai but somehow felt a bit seedy environment though pretty close to the station and shopping streets. Rarely see any staff around. No water in the room or anywhere else.

Great
GGuest UserOverall it was very good. The hotel was very traditional Japanese. They would come to make the bed at night. The hot springs were very comfortable. There were two main hot springs on the first floor. Men and women would take turns according to the date. They were all locals. There was a company team building. There was a souvenir shop downstairs with good stuff. It was about 7,000 yen to take a taxi from Sendai Station. When I left, I took the hotel's free bus to Sendai Station, which took about 40 minutes. It was quite convenient. There was a convenience store at the entrance of the hotel that basically had everything. Dinner was included in the room rate of more than 3,000. It was a good deal for three people. We ate too much. Except that the beef tasted not very good, everything else was very good.

Great
AAnonymous UserHotel is approx 5 mins walk from Sendai station. Follow west exit. My single room is a bit small but spacious enough for a solo. Room was clean and linen crisp. 1 bottle of water provided each day. Onsen is small with one outdoor. Over my 2-day stay at most I bumped into another person in the onsen. 2 washers and dryers in the onsen facility. Wash is free (30 mins standard) but dryer is charged 100 yen for 20 mins which is enough to 80% dry a small load. Night ramen was delicious and I appreciate the ice cream and Yakult at the onsen. Family mart is 20 steps away. Didn’t try the breakfast. And it’s actually very near the Miyakoh highway bus centre.
WWang NgaiMy stay at the hotel was decent. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable enough. The staff was generally polite, but I felt they could have been more attentive. The location was convenient, and the breakfast was satisfactory. Overall, it was a standard experience without any standout features.
WWai FunClose to JR Sendai station which is connected to 2 malls, Parco & SPal, with lots of food outlets & stores.
15sqm room was small, difficult to fully open suitcases. The bathroom has tight space & the shower tub is too high so need to be careful when stepping in or out & there's no safety rail to hang on to.
The breakfast buffet has roughly same items daily, only minor changes in fruit/vegetable juices & some other items. They provide takeaway boxes for breakfast food to eat in your room or on the trains if you are travelling so that's a big plus.
KKOK HOONGThis capsule hostel is located at a shopping street with lots of restaurants and eateries which is walking distance to Sendai station. The environment is sparkling clean with nice facilities & amenities eg.open hot tubs bath and sauna, rest room etc. Service staff at the counter are friendly and helpful. The only shortcoming is that you need to pay for keeping your big luggage which doesn't fit into a small locker provided for free. You pay 100yen for a wire rope which chain your big luggage at a side of the lobby. Overall it is a good budget capsule hostel. I will choose it if visit Sendai again.
GGuest UserRelaxing, clean rooms and beds, welcome sweets in the room, large public bath (for men only) where you can take a leisurely bath in the morning. Ice cream after the sauna, midnight noodles, breakfast is easy to eat in small bowls. At the lobby entrance, there are tables, chairs, and a counter with outlets for when you meet your pick-up, and free coffee and tea are also available. Both Jozenji Street and Sendai Station are within a 10-minute walk. I was very satisfied.
GGuest UserIt was about a 10-minute walk from Sendai Station, so it felt a little far away.
If you use the subway, I think it's convenient because there is a Tozai Line station nearby.
It was also convenient because there was a convenience store nearby.
Unfortunately, the shower curtain was moldy and the bathroom had a slightly moldy smell.
The bed was a triple room, and I was able to sleep soundly until morning without having to fight with my child who usually sleeps with me, so I was very grateful.
The price was reasonable and I was able to relax.
I was interested in the shampoo bar, but I think it would have been more helpful if they had explained it to me at check-in.
I didn't really understand it, so I noticed it at check-out and I was a little disappointed that I didn't want to try it.
Due to my schedule, I only had a room-only plan, but the food looked delicious, so I hope I have the opportunity to stay here again.
GGuest UserThe hotel is very good. Although it is older and the rooms are smaller, it is clean and the facilities are in good condition. Moreover, the hotel also gave away snacks, which were super delicious and valuable, costing only ten yuan each! The front desk of the hotel is very welcoming, and the signatures of some famous people are hanging in the lobby. I know Miura Yuka.
Hotels booked on Ctrip are very expensive, maybe because of big data. It is better not to use domestic software overseas. Download agoda. Booking hotels is convenient and cheap, and you don’t need to fill in a lot of personal information like in China.
Wwxy3393Booked a single non-smoking room for two nights. The lobby is on the 3rd floor and my room is on the 7th floor. The hotel sign looks quite eye-catching on the pedestrian street. From Sendai Station, walk along Nakakucho Pedestrian Street to Ichibancho Pedestrian Street, then walk along Ichibancho toward Hirose-dori. You will see the hotel after you pass Hirose-dori. There is a large 7-11 supermarket on the first floor of the hotel, which is very convenient.
GGuest UserOverall, it was not possible or impossible.
I felt a little old in the building, but I wasn't dissatisfied. The entrance to the bus and toilet is high and difficult to cross, so is it inconvenient for the elderly? The coffee served free of charge in the lobby was unpleasant, but the customer service of the front desk woman was kind, polite and friendly.
