Great
GGuest UserThis hotel in Sendai is extremely friendly to international travelers. One of the staff members can speak Chinese, which was incredibly helpful for us. She assisted us with many things during our stay and helped arrange luggage storage before check-in, making everything very smooth and convenient.
The room is also slightly larger compared to many hotels in Japan, which made the stay more comfortable. The location is excellent as well — it is very close to Sendai Station, and there are supermarkets and many shops nearby, making it very convenient.
Overall, it was a wonderful stay and there is really nothing to complain about. I would definitely recommend this hotel to other travelers visiting Sendai.
JJasper Ng KRThis hotel is located about 15mins walk away from Nakanosakae Station and 10mins walk away from Sendai Aquarium. Mitsui Outlet is also conveniently about 10mins walk away.
Check in can be a chore as it is self service but the staffs are available to help with the information required. Other than that, the hotel is awesome!
Breakfast has a huge spread, especially with the Salmon and Tuna Sashimi to make your own don. After your onsen bath, there is ice popsicle at night and lactic drink in the morning. The hotel also provides their late night Soyu Soba for free if you are hungry. Other than this, there is a comic library to pass your time. Room size is decent. Enjoyed my stay here for 2 nights.
GGuest UserSendai has become my second favorite city in Japan. It offers the perfect blend of chill and urban vibes — not as crowded as Tokyo, Osaka, or Sapporo, yet equally lively and enjoyable.
This capsule hotel is located right along the main business street, making it very convenient for dining and shopping. There’s even an Ichiran Ramen just next door, and a famous Taiyaki shop only a 2–3 minute walk away. Sendai Station is about a 10-minute walk from the property.
However, one downside is the confusing luggage policy. The hotel rules state that large luggage cannot be brought into the sleeping area, so I rented a chain lock (JPY 100) to secure my suitcase in the hallway. Despite this, many guests still brought their bags inside, so the rule seemed inconsistently enforced. For guests like me who followed the policy, it was a bit inconvenient since my capsule was quite far from the hallway and it was troublesome to retrieve my belongings each time.
KKAMA1234The location is fantastic, right near Rairai Gorge, making it super convenient to explore on foot. The baths are great, open from 5 AM to 1 AM, and always clean and refreshing. The buffet had a wide variety of delicious food. There's also a shop and a massage parlor within the hotel. The room felt a bit dated but was clean and comfortable. I'd love to stay here again if I get the chance.

Very Good
GGuest UserFree soba and hot onsen on night really appetizing during winter. Full facilities such as laundry, free ice cream, and enjoy comic lounge. Breakfast like a local. Surely would come again in the next trip⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
JJoyee LaiHotel Green Plus has a very strategic location, within walking distance to Sendai Station. It is easy to reach even with luggage, as there is a lift accessible from the skywalk.
The hotel is located in a lively covered shopping street and is directly opposite the famous Ichiran Ramen, which makes dining and shopping extremely convenient.
Although the main entrance has stairs, there is actually a hidden lift that provides access to the hotel lobby and guest rooms, which is very helpful for guests with luggage.
The staff were kind and helpful throughout our stay. A young lady at the reception patiently helped me make several calls to my desired restaurant to assist with a reservation. A male receptionist even helped carry my luggage to the shopping street, which was truly impressive and very touching.
Overall, a convenient stay with warm service and excellent location. Highly recommended
GGuest UserThe hotel is located on the 2nd floor and without a clear hotel signage shown which made it hard for us the find even though we are using waze.
If you are driving , this hotel is really not convenient as there is no hotel parking . Spent so much time to find the nearest parking spot when the parking adjacent to the hotel is full . No drop off at all in front of the hotel therefore you have to lug your luggages from parking to the hotel.
The room is a little dated but pretty clean and very good price for a family of 4 . So before you book do weigh you are after convenience or on budget . The best thing the hotel can offers are right next to the shopping arcade, bath house and family room for 4.
KkickpandaWe stayed with our husband and wife and sons of middle and high school students 3 people 5 people. Semi-double bed 2 platform and simple bed 1 platform. The size of the room is normal. Free coffee. Satisfied with staying cheaply.
Kkota0925For the price, the room was clean, and while it's not a grand public bath, there's a good-sized bath and even a sauna. Plus, the free drink bar at the entrance was a great bonus. It was a really nice place overall. My only minor suggestion would be to add a dedicated relaxation area.
MM47466****Located a 15-minute walk from Sendai Station, it's a bit far but relatively quiet. There's also a nice Aeon supermarket nearby. The rooms are larger than typical hotel rooms, and while the facilities are complete, they're rather old-fashioned. For example, the room door uses a key instead of a card, and the bathroom showerhead has a 90s-style button control. However, these minor details aren't a big deal for a one-night stay. The breakfast is very generous, and overall, it's good value for money.
