11391767****Huge thanks to the Trip.com hotel butler for patiently helping us book the hotel shuttle and guiding us on its location at Sendai Station. The service was excellent. After a 40-minute ride to the hotel, we checked in to find it completely full. The lobby was packed with Japanese families, and we barely saw any Chinese guests. It was surprising to see so many Japanese families enjoying hot springs on a weekday, which shows how much busier the consumer market is here compared to back home. Both breakfast and the buffet dinner were fantastic.

JJUEWEN WENThe most satisfying hotel I've stayed at in Japan! This room type is newly renovated, incredibly well-maintained, and spotless. The shower and toilet facilities are excellent – super comfortable for showering and using the restroom. The public baths are also fantastic, very clean, with all the amenities you could ask for, and the toiletries are of high quality. The staff are exceptionally polite and accommodating; they completely fulfilled my request for a quiet room. What's more, the hotel provides free food and drinks every afternoon and evening, which is quite rare in Japan. There's a large convenience store on the first floor of the hotel building, making it super convenient for late-night snacks. It's only about two and a half blocks, or seven to eight minutes, walk from Sendai Station, and Sendai itself is very clean and safe. Within a 15-minute walk, there are multiple large shopping malls and famous restaurants, all clustered around Sendai Station, so all your dining, entertainment, and shopping needs are covered. It was so convenient that during my three-day stay in Sendai, I didn't use public transportation at all, except for airport transfers. My wonderful experience at this hotel made me start planning my next trip to Sendai while I was still there. I can't wait to stay again!

MM366676****The hotel has been renovated, so the interior facilities are very new, and the staff are very enthusiastic. The biggest highlight of the hotel is the thoughtful provision of a complete set of toiletries for guests. Additionally, the lounge area on the second floor offers a rich selection of ice cream, coffee, snacks, and more. Due to these convenient offerings, the hotel experiences high foot traffic, which unfortunately led to a decline in breakfast service capacity. I stayed here twice, and the second experience was noticeably worse; they even forgot to serve our specially ordered breakfast. I hope the hotel can consider these aspects more thoroughly.

PPandaolimingThe hotel is in a great location, with a shopping street just outside. Go left and walk straight along the shopping street to Tohoku University, which has a beautiful environment. The shadow of Mr. Lu Xun is everywhere, with a statue of Lu Xun and a lecture hall, as well as rich historical materials. The room is compactly arranged, the bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, and has a smart toilet. There is even a clothes dryer in the room. It is not far from Sendai Station and can be reached by foot. Sendai Castle is nearby.

GGuest UserThe hotel is incredibly close to the train station, making it super convenient for getting around. The front desk service was generally satisfactory. It's also great for easily exploring the surrounding area on foot and is very close to the Lu Xun Memorial Hall. The room itself was a bit more spacious than typical Japanese hotel rooms.

GGustavo TozzoThe hotel was simple, and the front staff were very friendly, and though the room was clean, it was one of the smallest I have stayed at. It seems to be quite an old hotel, but it’s nicely kept and the location is really good. Several convenience stores close by, and the Sendai station is also an walking distance. The lack of amenities was a disappointment, and during a pouring rain there were no umbrellas available, which was a downer.
Having said that, I would not hesitate to stay again at this hotel if it’s available during my trip (I do travel to Sendai regularly)

AAnonymous UserHotel is approx 5 mins walk from Sendai station. Follow west exit. My single room is a bit small but spacious enough for a solo. Room was clean and linen crisp. 1 bottle of water provided each day. Onsen is small with one outdoor. Over my 2-day stay at most I bumped into another person in the onsen. 2 washers and dryers in the onsen facility. Wash is free (30 mins standard) but dryer is charged 100 yen for 20 mins which is enough to 80% dry a small load. Night ramen was delicious and I appreciate the ice cream and Yakult at the onsen. Family mart is 20 steps away. Didn’t try the breakfast. And it’s actually very near the Miyakoh highway bus centre.
