During dinner, I accidentally returned to my room without eating dessert, but they delivered it to my room afterwards. Thanks to them, I was able to enjoy the dessert as well ^^ All the other dishes were delicious as well. Thank you very much.

GGuest UserThe staff at this hot spring resort are very warm and friendly, very attentive and polite, making people feel very comfortable. The room has a good sense of space and the lobby is spacious and luxurious. Wen Yequan is very comfortable. There are many types of dinner, but the taste is not outstanding. I have a suggestion that the hotel should add an email contact method, as it is too inconvenient to contact using a Japanese phone number.

The ingredients are carefully selected, quality and seasonal.
Cooking is Master's on-site cooking, with good mix and skills.
The dessert is the most amazing, and it is still chestnut season to eat its chestnut cake, and its delicious taste is difficult to eat in Tokyo's dessert shops.
The scenery is as beautiful as ever, and watching the mountain and forest scenery in a daze all day is a great enjoyment of life.

IIvy chan HKThe hotel is very luxurious, the lobby has free alcohol and drinks, receives WiFi around, the hot springs to walk down the mountain, very special, the 1/F has a large hot spring, near the hot spring area free drinks until 12 midnight. We booked a triple room, the room was spacious, the ointment was no shower room, it was cheap and included breakfast and dinner. The food is rich. I will stay a few more nights next time I have the chance. Be sure to take a bath in the large bath. Very close to a whiskey factory visit. Make an appointment in advance though.

GGuest Userthe location is good as it takes only 10 mins walk from the Sendai JR Station. Breakfast food provides a lot of choices including the famous Zunda-mochi. You may not need to queue up at Sendai Asaichi Morning Market for Zundai mochi. Curry beef tongue is cooked very soft and tasty. Free ramen, Yukult, ice cream stick is provided in different time slot. You may eat over 1 bowl of Ramen if you can during 9:30pm to 11pm every night. Free washing machine is provided inside the onsen. Spacious room that allows 30” luggage case to open.
Sendai is worth to visit again.

GGuest UserWe use it when there are events. I am satisfied with both the service and facilities, but I was disappointed with the bath this time due to the construction of the bath.
I think about it every time, but Kawara-no-Yu is an elegant bath with a beautiful view, but when you arrive at it after walking down a long hallway, it's full and you can't get in, so you end up having to go back again. We would like to provide a service that allows us to check the current situation.

Приятные завтраки - часть еды европейского типа, часть японского. В небольшом онсене так же комфортно отдохнуть после дня походов по достопримечательностям. Вывод: хороший стандартный отель - персонал общается на английском.

GGuest UserThe pick-up driver is courteous and helpful. After arriving at the hotel, passengers can enjoy free drinks and snacks and ice cream, feeling heart-warming. Three hot springs, each with its own characteristics. The buffet dinner and breakfast are rich, sweet shrimp and salmon fillets are beautiful, the beef willow is fresh and tender, and the potato stew tempura is sweet and soft. You can't miss it.
