Friendly and helpful frontdesk. Parking fee is 1500 yen which is quite expensive but acceptable (almost the same for other nearby carpark) Breakfast is nice though choices are not wide (adequate for me) and the price is worth for it (only 1300 yen) This hotel is close to monorail station and make it accessible to many sightseeing spots.

I love my stay at Naha Shintoshin. It is convenience to a shopping centre Naha Main Place. We live the bigger room which have washing machine and dryer. A very good stay here, and near a station which is so convenience to travel everywhere.

East check in and check out  Helpful staff  Convenient location and close to lots of lovely restaurants and nightlife  But room is quiet which is good!  Lovely new/ well maintained amenities eg hot shower and good water pressure, air purifier and good air conditioning  Great for value

We arrived at Naha Airport late and booked this reasonably priced hotel because it was a day when we just wanted to sleep, but we were surprised to find that the rooms were larger, cleaner, and more stylish than we had imagined! I was thrilled to be able to look out the window and see the harbor and the boats docked close by. The distance from Kokusai-dori is a drawback, but I would like to stay at this hotel again. The room is too small for open the suitcase to put my thing in or out my luggage  However. Staff is pretty good. View is very good. Clean and Tidy.

For the most part it was a good location and cleaned. But it was darker than I was expecting in the room and they had not parking lots so I got to travel on foot. Even though it was so, I think I will stay at this hotel next time again.

Feel like this room is smaller than general Japan’s hotel rooms. You can’t really open a luggage larger than 24inches unless your luggage are those front opening ones. I am travelling solo with a 20inches lugg so it’s fine for me but there is not much space for me to put my souvenirs(don’t wanna put them on the floor). If you got more than 1 large luggage and plan to buy lots of souvenirs, then you need to consider booking a larger room or other hotels. However, the bed was larger than it was shown in the pics. There is no wardrobe, you could hang your clothes on the rack. Room lowest temperature is 20 degrees so sometimes I still feel hot. Also, the other drawback is the fridge isn’t cold at all. Feels like room temperature so better not to put food inside!! Front desk can’t really speak English but they tried their best to help with everything so 10/10 for service! Please be aware that there is a machine on each floor that looks like coin exchange but it’s for VOD. I admit it’s my fault that I didn’t read the sign. However, front desk refunded after I explained the issue. Forgot my room key & gave me a new one without any charges. Service was better than many luxurious hotels👍🏻 Around 6 minutes walk to monorail and DFS mall. Hotel is very easy to find. Main place mall is just opposite the hotel, a few convenience stores nearby. Less than 10 minutes walk to local tour pick up spot. Didn’t try the hot spring and buffet breakfast but there are many restaurants in Main place mall. The neighbourhood is quiet and not as crowded as International Street.

It is a nice clean hotel as expected in Japan. The breakfast selection is decent but not abundant. The menu repeat every other day. There is a supermarket just accross the road next to Loisir hotel and convenience store 300-400mtr away. However to reach the downtown area ypu need to walk 25-30mins or take a taxi that will cost you around ¥800 to the closest end of the main street Kokusai-dori. Overall a hotel worth staying.

1.About 10min walk from the monorail station. 2.Next to the 国際通り(kokusai street)which have tons of stuff. 3.You could tell the lounge is great because there're always other guests in there. It provides awamori, draft beer and other beverage alone side with icecream & snacks untill 22:00. The seaweed soup アーサ汁 is unexpectedly delicious. 4.Free to use washing machine & dryer at B1. You can buy laundry detergent pods for 50yen at the front desk. p.s. Unfortunately I left my coin purse at the hotel and they contacted me very soon. Amazing service!
