Great
SsweetshoiraOur stay at the Lancaster Hotel in Milan was absolutely wonderful, thanks to the exceptional service and thoughtful gestures from the staff. We had a special request for an early check-in and a late check-out due to our travel schedule, and the staff went out of their way to accommodate us. This kind of flexibility and understanding made our trip so much more comfortable, and we truly appreciated their kindness. The staff at the front desk was a gem!
The breakfast at the hotel was another highlight of our stay. It was far beyond the standard continental breakfast—there was a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to choose from, catering to all our morning needs. The cappuccino was particularly delightful, and the staff serving breakfast were always smiling, polite, and attentive. It’s rare to encounter such genuine hospitality these days, and it made our mornings even more enjoyable.
Overall, the Lancaster Hotel exceeded our expectations. The combination of comfortable accommodations, excellent service, and thoughtful touches made our stay memorable. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Milan and look forward to staying here again in the future!

GGuest UserWe planned this trip on the basis we weren’t going to stay in the hotel much and this was perfect!
It was located right next to the Metro and about a 3min walk from the closest Tram stop. So was super easy to get into central Milan
Also located right by Chinatown which was amazing during the evening.
The staff were all friendly and we were greeted very nicely on arrival and every time we came back in. They also helped us by letting us know about the metro station location and the ticket we should buy to get us around for the 3 days we were there.
It was clean and the cleaning staff were around for extra supplies if needed. We only had one pillow each, requested extra pillows and they were there within the next 15mins.
They had a snack bar and drink fridge downstairs that had a nice selection, especially for some midnight snacks.
The room was very basic, but was just what we needed. There was one downfall, there was only one plug socket in the room and then another in the bathroom. So when putting our phones on charge at night one of us has to leave the phone in the bathroom which wasn’t very ideal or hygienic.
MMariel LozanoThe apartment is in a great location close to the metro, buses and the tram. It is a quiet area about 15 minutes from the city center. There were several problems though. We were traveling on dome hot days and we wanted to use the AC. We were informed that it was not the ”season” for AC therefore they would not turn it on. The info on this apartment clearly stated that there was AC. Apparently it's only available at certain times so make sure to check. We were told to open the windows but I stated that I had terrible allergies and there were alot of mosquitos. Of course what happened is that I got really bad allergies and was bitten by mosquitos all over. Also, when you book a place that has a kitchen it is a reasonable expectation that it will have some utensils or plates or a pot or pan. There is absolutely nothing. So if you are planning to cook you would have to bring your own utensils.

CCJulyaI stayed at Ibis Milano Centro during a recent business trip, and somehow this place became more than just a hotel. It felt like a quiet pause in the middle of a fast-moving life.
The location is perfect, close to everything yet peaceful enough to rest after long meetings. The lobby always carried a warm energy, a soft rhythm of people coming and going, stories crossing paths. My mornings began with good coffee, a simple breakfast, and that distinct European calm that somehow makes work feel lighter.
The room was clean, simple, and honest. Nothing extravagant, but everything I needed was there. After a day full of decisions and deadlines, that kind of simplicity felt like luxury.
What I appreciated most was the consistency. From the friendly staff to the comfort of familiar sheets, it created a sense of grounding. When you travel for work, feeling at home in a place that isn’t home is rare, and this hotel quietly offered that.
Thank you, Ibis Milano Centro, for being a steady corner of calm in a busy city and for holding space for my deep heart in between the noise of work and the quiet of reflection.

KKozhin BarznjiI recently stayed at the White Ribbon Hotel in Milan and had a generally positive experience.
**Cleanliness**: The hotel was impeccably clean, which I truly appreciated. The rooms were well-maintained and provided a comfortable environment for relaxation.
**Location**: The location is very safe, which is a significant plus. While it’s about an hour's walk from Milan Duomo, the surrounding area has its charm. The street hosts a local market every Saturday and Tuesday, offering a variety of goods at decent prices, which I found to be a delightful bonus.
**Check-In Time**: The check-in time is set at 15:00, which I found to be a bit late. An earlier check-in would be more accommodating for travelers arriving in the city.
**Baggage Storage**: On a positive note, the hotel offered free baggage storage, allowing me to explore the city without the hassle of my luggage.
Overall, my stay was good, and I would recommend the White Ribbon Hotel for its cleanliness, safety, and convenient access to local markets, but be mindful of its distance from the city center.
HHuangjiuThere is a bus stop just outside the main street in front of you, which is convenient for going to Milan Central Station and Duomo Square. The exterior is stylish with a private house style, so if you don't pay attention to the signboard, you will overdo it. There is no problem with the cleanliness of the room and the customer service attitude.
AAnonymous UserThe service staff are all young and energetic, their English is very good, and they can communicate easily. Everyone is enthusiastic to provide help, including carrying luggage and bags, and even helping to call TAXI. The location of the hotel is also unbeatable. Go straight, turn right, and walk 800 meters to the Duomo. Will come and stay next time

AAnonymous UserI arrived close to midnight and, as a solo female traveller, I was a bit anxious, especially after reading a few negative reviews, even though the hotel states that the front desk operates 24/7. To my surprise, everything went smoothly. The Terravision bus from the airport dropped me off much closer to the hotel than I expected. The route was easy to follow, the road was well lit, and I felt safe walking, even at that hour.
On the way, I passed a halal restaurant just before reaching the hotel, which was perfect for grabbing a late-night dinner. The front desk staff were polite and professional. My room exceeded expectations for the price: clean, well-sized for one person, and very comfortable. I turned on the air conditioning as soon as I arrived, and it cooled the room quickly.
Some reviews mentioned the bed being hard, but I found it perfectly fine. I checked out early the next morning to explore Milan and was happy to be able to leave my luggage at reception. Overall, a great stay, reassuringly smooth for a solo traveller.
