Milan Hostels

A very satisfying stay. The air conditioning worked well. Although the room was small, it was clean and tidy. The bathroom was also very clean. Free parking was convenient (the hotel parking lot costs 7 euros, so we parked on the street outside the hotel instead, but we were told the neighborhood was safe). It was easy to get to the city center by bus and then tram, and it took about 30 minutes. There was a large supermarket near the transfer station, so we were able to do some shopping. The receptionist was very friendly, and the shared facilities were very clean. However, some of the kitchen utensils (such as the knives) were quite worn out, so we felt a bit uncomfortable using them. Also, there was a small sharp nail or hook sticking out in the room — possibly for hanging towels. It looked quite dangerous, so I think that area should be checked.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The location is excellent, just a short walk from Milano Centrale Station, making it very convenient for getting around the city. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and always willing to help. The hotel was clean and well maintained throughout my stay. What impressed me most was the range of complimentary provided. The hotel offered free dinners, entertainment events, and even complimentary food items for guests. These thoughtful touches created a warm, community-oriented atmosphere and reflected an exceptional level of hospitality. The only disappointing aspect was not the hotel itself, but some of the guests. Unfortunately, a few people did not seem to appreciate the hotel's generosity. I often noticed dirty plates and glasses left behind and the shared kitchen left untidy. I would encourage future guests to help keep the common areas clean and show respect for the hotel's efforts to provide such outstanding service. As for the hotel, my suggestion would be to install privacy curtains on each bunk bed. This would provide guests with more privacy and help reduce disturbances from light and movement, especially when someone checks in or returns late at night or in the early hours of the morning while others are sleeping. The other one is to improve the elevator, as it could be more comfortable and reliable. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Milan.

Great spot for a solo trip, though it was over 200 for a bed due to the Winter Olympics. Note that it's just a bed, no toiletries are provided. There's a small restaurant at the front desk with a lovely atmosphere where locals gather and chat. The transportation is decent; it's about a 15-minute walk from Bovisa station on the airport line, or you can take a direct bus to Milan Central Station.

He receptionist a man is so helpful on the day I checked in I forgot to asked his name .but the lady receptionist seems not i wil say being a receptionist should be polite kind and helpful but I can rate her 0. The man on my check in is helpful I can rate him fabulous he even asked to the lady receptionist to put me on 1st floor bec of my age is 58 and my luggage .but he helped me and heanaged to put me on the 1st floor as there is no lift in this accommodation. I checked in sept. 25 2026 around 3pm beds are not ready I waited till the handsome man came and asked the lady receptionist to put me on the 1st floor .am glad that handsome man came to helped me my luggage he offered help I dont need to asked him to help me so I am giving him excellent rate of 10. The rooms are too crowded of beds for single room 3bunk beds in 1, and 2 single small beds with 1 top sheet .and winter wollen blankets seems not wash never been wash .and 1 pillow no towels not even bat mat o shower mat to wipe the floor after our shower nothing at all.

My stay at the hotel was good. I looked for a quiet simple place close to the central station, the city center and a metro station, so it covered all my needs for a one-night stay. You can have breakfast there, cold or hot, which is a good option. Coffee and tea are also avalable.The staff at the reception is extremely helpful and friendly - thank you for support!

Dissatisfactory points: 1. The shower water is cold at night, and there is nowhere to put toiletries in the bathroom. They can only be scattered on the floor. It is very inconvenient. 2. The first floor is a bar, not a place for hostel guests to eat buffet food. The self-service kitchen is on the top floor with few equipments, which is very inconvenient.

A very central hostel, 20min walk to the central station and 20 min walk to the dueomo, quiet area, where it is nice to have a walk, and discover the streets. Nice park nearby. The place is decent, and nice, had a bed in a 2 person dorm which is good and comfortable, and the big bathroom is in side the room. The employees are nice and friendly. Very good experience.

For this type of dormitory, a bath towel is provided, so you'll need to buy or bring your own shampoo and other toiletries. It's a little damp because it's in the basement, but only slightly, so it shouldn't bother most people. As is typical in Italy, city tax is charged. However, it's very close to Milan Central Station, the metro, and supermarkets, which is great. The only slight inconvenience is having to use the intercom to enter the entrance, but you get used to it. Overall, I personally think it's good value for money. There weren't many people there when I stayed, and there are dishes and other utensils in the common area, so self-catering is perfectly fine.

If you’re wondering why this place has got such a low rating, I’m wondering too. I stayed one night here for transit and this hostel is huge as though they transformed a school complex into a hostel. My room was on the 3rd floor and things there are nicely renovated. The mattress and duvet cover they offer you are odourless, not the cleanest but acceptable. Inside the room everything seem decent. They have a large common room and you can see some people there working at night. If you are staying in Milan and is on budget, this place is worth the “risk” if that low rating bothers you alot. Just saying it because I am fine with anyplace as long as i can have a good night sleep. Hope this helps.

The room is clean, the location is very convenient, but the minus point is that it will cost 5e/piece of luggage, check in after 9am and pay an additional 25e/room for 3 people.
