Hotel Calimala Milano

This is a fantastic hotel in an excellent location. It's about a 20-minute walk to the main shopping area, and there are many great restaurants and small shops nearby. The neighborhood feels very residential and safe, with no concerns about security. I really have to commend the hotel's front desk staff. I was out shopping all day near the Duomo, carrying three bags, and took an Uber back to the hotel. When I got out, I somehow left one bag behind – it had my newly purchased jewelry and a handbag inside, worth over 50,000 RMB! I only realized it after I got back to my room. I immediately rushed down to the front desk. The staff quickly checked the CCTV footage for me, confirming that I had indeed left a bag in the Uber, and it wasn't something I left at the hotel. At the same time, because Uber doesn't have a direct contact feature for drivers, and I hadn't gotten any response after reporting it to Uber's platform, the front desk attendant proactively helped me look through the limited information available on the Uber app. Eventually, he found the phone number for the Uber driver's registered company and immediately called them on my behalf. After several verifications, they finally got in touch with the driver, who confirmed he had my missing shopping bag and would return it within an hour. I'm incredibly grateful for the prompt and proactive help from the hotel front desk throughout this whole ordeal; I can't imagine what would have happened otherwise.

This is a fantastic hotel with excellent service and cleanliness. The rooms are beautiful, and the breakfast is a real highlight! They have smoked salmon, pan-fried dumplings, and avocado – all for just €25 per person, which is great value. There are two pizza places, a mini-supermarket, and a small pharmacy right outside the hotel, which is incredibly convenient. Plus, the Duomo square is just 20 meters to the left, and it's connected to the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II. It's so close that you can easily drop off your shopping and head right back out for more!

Out of all the places I stayed during my 18-day trip to Italy, this hotel offered incredible value for money. The room was huge, about 100 square meters, and came with a fully equipped kitchen (utensils, knives, a freezer in the fridge, dish soap, a microwave, and a dishwasher – perfect for buying groceries from Milan Central Station B1 and cooking your own meals). There's an elevator, and they even provided eco-friendly linen slippers! The bed was very comfortable, and the hairdryer had great power. The front desk is only open until 8 PM, but the check-in lobby offers free water and coffee 24/7, and they put out complimentary snacks every morning. The room key also opens the main gate. It was incredibly comfortable and clean, absolutely flawless. I would definitely stay here again next time I'm in Milan!

I had a fantastic stay at Palazzo Viridis. The rooms are modern, clean, and very comfortable – it’s easy to feel at home right away. The staff truly stands out: friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. One of the highlights is the bar downstairs – stylish, with a great atmosphere and excellent drinks. It’s the perfect place to relax in the evening. Overall, a wonderful hotel that I would highly recommend!

Nothing particularly noteworthy. It's a bit out of the way, an apartment building that functions half as student dorms and half as a hotel. It's good if you're driving, as parking is available, and then you can take public transport into the city center.

”A Historic Hotel in Milan — A Five-Star 'Home'” During my stay in Milan, I chose a hotel with over 50 years of history. It had no luxurious décor, no smart technology — not even electronic key cards, just traditional brass keys. Yet, the service here reminded me that true hospitality is about people, not facilities. From the attentive reception and concierge team, to the genuine smiles of the housekeeping staff, and even how they remembered the little habits of each guest — every detail conveyed warmth and respect. This stay truly helped me understand the essence of service: real comfort comes from heartfelt care, not from cold technology or lavish hardware. While the facilities may not be five-star, I’d gladly give it a five-star rating for feeling like ”home”. Thank you to the team for your daily greetings — they brought warmth to me while I was unwell.

Armani Hotel Milano

The Armani Hotel is located in the heart of the bustling city center, with its main entrance facing the street and the cathedral not far away. The elevator on the left after entering goes directly to the 7th-floor lobby. The reception is to the left after exiting the elevator. The hotel rooms are luxuriously designed, featuring the hotel's classic gray and black color scheme. The rooms are very spacious, a truly impressive suite. There's a hidden walk-in closet, various beautiful mirrors, and a perfectly functional iPad to control everything in the room. The internet is incredibly fast—faster than lightning! The bathroom is absolutely elegant and spacious, equipped with underfloor heating. The bed and pillows are also perfect, undoubtedly top-of-the-line in Italy. Cleaning is prompt and meticulous. Only minor complaints are the hot water temperature – adjusting it is like using a micrometer, otherwise it's either scalding hot or cold. Also, the doors are somewhat rough during construction and often don't close properly. However, these minor issues don't detract from its overall quality; it's absolutely a top-tier hotel.

Based on high expectations and experience of luxury hotels: Friendly staff, surprised to have access to room before 11am ( without needing to pay extra) always appreciate when hotels are sensible knowing the room was available and why not. Hotel was delightfully fragranced with good storytelling throughout ; for leisurely enjoyment and increasing our time spent at the hotel. Room was very bright , contemporary design with comfortable easy to manage digital controls for lighting and climate control. Likewise bathroom was spacious and practical. Linen felt luxurious for the “price of hotel” I highly recommend the hotel as I have been to Milano many times and stayed in the centre or near Centrql station but decided to try Navigli area for a change. The subway line was very convenient to go to Brera and actually to Central train station or the Linate airport. We had dinner and also breakfast at the hotel; both occasions exceeded our expectations. True value for money AND delicious , generous portions / offering with excellent bespoke service !!! Will want to stay there again !
