Great
GGuest UserFor a hostel, the staff makes all the difference, and the team here is incredibly warm and friendly. You can use a lot of the common facilities, like luggage storage, restrooms, and the kitchen, both before you check in and after you check out. Plus, there's complimentary coffee and tea. There are at least two grocery stores close by, and getting around is super convenient, whether you're walking, taking the bus, or hopping on the subway.

FFiFiChanThis is our second time staying here, and it's been wonderful! The location is hard to beat, so close to Milan Centrale and it's where most of the day trips meet in the morning. Our kids love the pool and the gym, a good way to spend the late afternoon after all the sightseeing and shopping. The shuttle bus service has also saved us a lot of taxi money and time. Definitely a hotel to recommend to those coming to Milan!

GGuest UserMilan is generally average I have always been more in favor of hotels on the small luxury hotel list. I had a great time staying at TomTom in Istanbul before, but I didn't expect this hotel to disappoint me. I feel that five stars are a bit reluctant, and four stars may be more appropriate. First of all, the bathroom is very bad, and the bath water will be all over the floor. Secondly, the toilet is too high, and a person who is 170cm tall will have his feet hanging in the air 😂It feels like the toilet will collapse at any time😂 The environment around the hotel is average, a bit dirty and messy. The advantage is that this is the only hotel that provides slippers at present, which is very good.

SShanghaiqiushuzhenPros: The room was upgraded to premium, the hotel and the room smelled good, the minibar and refrigerator were free, a pad could control the entire room, the breakfast was rich with both cold and hot dishes, the service was very friendly and they would remember the guest's name to greet them, and the club sandwich from the room service was more delicious than expected! Cons: No HBO, the switch on the wall in the room was too bright and affected my sleep at night, and there was no hook at the door of the shower room, which was inconvenient to put towels.

GGuest UserHotel is renovated nicely, and in a very good location. Just 5 mins walk to the Duomo. Room is great. The window wasn't able to close properly, and we had to endure noises from the road the first night, and had an unpleasant sleep. The maintenance person helped us with the window, but his attitude really sucks. Air-con wasn't working very well. It was very stuffy at certain times of the night, and cannot be adjusted further. Bathroom has spa shower, which was great, though some of the functions wasn't working properly. Breakfast has a good variety, and is great too. Overall, would recommend to stay here.

SSee YengLovely hostel, love the vibes and hospitality from the team, and best part is they have activities planned every night! Tho I did not join because I was too tired but it's pretty cool! There are even nights where they serve free dinner too! Room was really spacious as compared to other hostels/backpackers that I've stayed at. They provide fresh clean pillow case, bed sheet and blankets for newly checked in guests which I appreciate a lot. The shower holder however was broken and wouldn't stay up. Had to hold the shower throughout. Breakfast spread was great and the kitchen even has everything you need like pasta, rice, couscous and fresh produce to cook a meal. That's really a big star for me because it's hard to buy and finish a bag of pasta plus a jar of sauce myself! The kettle however is a little disgusting with lots of white slightly slimy sendiments inside. Overall, pretty good with 24 hour reception. There's a coworking space too at the basement but that toilet really stinks. Would recommend to those who are looking for budget friendly options.

MMariel LozanoThe apartment is in a great location close to the metro, buses and the tram. It is a quiet area about 15 minutes from the city center. There were several problems though. We were traveling on dome hot days and we wanted to use the AC. We were informed that it was not the ”season” for AC therefore they would not turn it on. The info on this apartment clearly stated that there was AC. Apparently it's only available at certain times so make sure to check. We were told to open the windows but I stated that I had terrible allergies and there were alot of mosquitos. Of course what happened is that I got really bad allergies and was bitten by mosquitos all over. Also, when you book a place that has a kitchen it is a reasonable expectation that it will have some utensils or plates or a pot or pan. There is absolutely nothing. So if you are planning to cook you would have to bring your own utensils.

YYIYIYIIIIThis hotel is really close to the train station, which made getting around super easy. The front desk staff were very friendly, and they even gave us a small snack when we checked out. For the price, we thought it was a great deal! My only slight disappointment was that we left something in the room after checking out and tried to contact the hotel three times, but never heard back. I hope they can improve on that.

AAnonymous UserThe room itself was clean and quite minimalistic. Housekeeping deserves credit: the room was cleaned every day, towels were changed regularly, and the bathroom was kept tidy. In terms of cleanliness, there were no complaints at all. However, the bathroom layout is a serious downside. The shower is extremely narrow, and because it only has a shower curtain instead of a rigid door, it is very uncomfortable to use. The curtain constantly sticks to your wet body, which makes showering frustrating rather than relaxing. On top of that, the water pressure is below average, so it takes longer to rinse off and doesn’t feel very refreshing. Another major issue was the temperature in the room. Even with the heating turned on, it was very cold, especially in the evenings and at night. This significantly affected comfort and made the stay less pleasant, particularly during colder weather. The room itself is quite small and basic, but acceptable for a short stay if you don’t plan to spend much time inside. The furnishings are simple, and everything feels a bit outdated, though functional. In summary, this hotel might be suitable for a short budget stay in Milan if cleanliness is your main priority. However, the very narrow shower with an inconvenient curtain, low water pressure, and poor heating make it hard to fully recommend. Also not every stuff speaks English well
