"The hotel located 20 mins far from Duomo in the North accessible by tram. The room was clean. And spacious enough for 2. They provided shampoo and body wash. Even some equipments did not work but they came to fix it right away. They have only one electronic socket point in the room which is a little bit difficult for 2 people but they brought us the spare plugs socket so it was solved."

"I booked four nights, and right after I made the reservation, Ctrip lowered the price of the same room type and conditions by nearly 550 CNY and refused to refund the difference. As a Black Diamond member, I felt deeply betrayed. Now, I would like to make some comments on the hotel itself. First of all, overall this hotel is quite good. The front desk staff are very polite and helpful, the room cleaning staff are also very courteous, and the breakfast is fairly plentiful. Next, I will truthfully record some flaws that I cannot accept: 1. My room for the first night was 31, located behind three elevators. Starting around 6 AM, the noise from the elevators kept me awake and prevented me from falling back asleep. It was a truly unbearable ordeal! Thankfully, the front desk changed my room for the second night; I'm grateful for the gentleman's assistance. 2. There was a dead fly by the window in the new room, which was disgusting. I took care of it myself. 3. There are two major problems in the bathroom: the towels are dirty and have a sour smell even when not in use. Also, the showerhead has a very low water flow due to limescale buildup. 4. The spotlight above the room door had fallen down, and because it was the weekend, no one was there to maintain it. It's really ridiculous. Unahotels is a hotel chain I really like, and pointing out these problems is simply hoping the hotel will improve its quality and ensure a basic level of quality for our guests."

"A bit outside center milan but not far out by any means. Nice neighborhood and amazing community focused bistro area. The bed was confortable and facilities are very clean. I am very satisfied with the space. Was also able to work on laptop at the bistro as well so that is a plus to have when traveling and needing a space to work."

Чтобы найти эти апартаменты, нужно идти по навигатору по адресу, а не по названию, которое заявлено на сайте trip.com и называться они будут по-другому: Navigli Suites. Нужно будет позвонить в звонок и администратор выйдет, встретит."

"I was a bit worried at first because of all the negative reviews, but it turned out to be pretty good. The decor was clean and simple, and the daily essentials were sufficient. However, as others have mentioned, the bathroom design is truly baffling. There's no drain, so even though there's a faucet next to the toilet for rinsing, the water just flows into the shower area. But then there's a waterproof strip in the shower, so the water can't actually get in. And it's the same if you splash water out of the shower – I have no idea what kind of designer came up with this…"

"Oh my goodness, this place is absolutely amazing! Out of all the hotels I've stayed at in Europe, this is by far my favorite. It's super close to the train station, just a ten-minute walk, and the subway station is only two streets away. The room is incredibly spacious! And the breakfast is absolutely delicious. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next trip!"

"The service was very good. There's always staff at the front desk and they are very friendly. Considering how expensive Milan is, the facilities are quite decent for the price. They have both unisex and mixed dorms. They are basic (bunk beds), with 3 bunk beds per dorm (6 people). The location is just over 1km from Milan Central Station. You'll need to bring your own towels and a padlock if you want extra security for your belongings, but honestly, even if you don't secure them, it's generally fine as other guests are very respectful of personal items. There's one bathroom inside the dorm. Plus, there's a kitchen and a fridge. Our experience was good."

"The Bernina Hotel was truly the best choice I could have made. From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us warmly in Korean, saying “Annyeonghaseyo,” which made us feel instantly welcome. Since it was our honeymoon, they kindly upgraded our room, allowing us to enjoy a more comfortable and romantic stay. During meals, they even prepared a special salmon salad for us, making every moment in Milan even more delightful. My wife and I asked to take a photo together, and I told them I would cherish our memories of this hotel forever. It was an unforgettable and heartwarming experience, and I sincerely hope many others will come here to create their own happy memories too."

"Unfortunately, my stay at Glam Milano was very disappointing. The room temperature was around 27°C throughout the night, and despite air conditioning being listed as an amenity, no effective cooling was available. I contacted reception multiple times and was told the heating would be turned off, but this never happened. The room remained uncomfortably hot and made proper rest impossible. I arrived late at night after a 16-hour long-haul flight and had no realistic alternative but to stay, despite the conditions. To make matters worse, I was also required to pay an additional fee on arrival, which felt unacceptable given the circumstances. A hotel at this price point should be able to regulate room temperature properly or at least resolve issues when guests raise them. The lack of solution, combined with poor handling of complaints, significantly impacted my stay. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who values comfort, rest, or responsive service."

"Good location as it is very near the train station and some eateries. Convenient for travellers to commute via train from place to place. Only king king-size bed and one single bed for the triple room. Value for money."
