"The kings Hotel was in a good location on the seafront. Parking could cause you some issues on arrival as hotel parking spaces are limited and also cones at an additional cost. Room 507 was very clean comfortable nice & quiet - however not really a issue the TV was not tuned you would have expected just to turn it on with a choice of channels to select - even going through the TV settings there was no digital signal to be able to tune the TV in🤔
All the staff were very receptive informative and made our stay a pleasant experience from checking in / out / breakfast service - Thank You👍

"I visited with my granddaughter for her birthday treat , unfortunately it was the weekend of the bad storm . We were disappointed there was no TV in the room or anywhere else in hotel , also the bedroom window didn't close properly and the wind and rain howled in all night .
The staff were lovely and we enjoyed our breakfast , although again we were disappointed the restaurant wasn't open and we had to brave the storm to get our evening meal ."

"If you're looking for a beachfront location with breathtaking sunrise and sunset views, this is the place for you. Our room was on the 5th floor, so be ready for narrow stairs and no elevator if you have heavy luggage. We visited during warm weather and were surprised to find no AC or fan, which is essential for us as Asians. It was our oversight for not checking beforehand. Otherwise, the room was good, and the place was secure for our belongings."

"Booked quite late and what a little find! Perfect location on the seafront, breakfast had lots of variety and was very tasty. Rooms modern and comfortable beds. Pool, sauna and gym well equipped. Only slight problem was the lack of hotel car park- but we managed to find one nearby and leave our bags in the secure room before check in."

"There was a serious problem around midnight regarding the guest lift. Someone was trapped and was ringing the alarm bell but no hotel worker came to their assistance. I had to get up, dressed and go down to the bar to alert the staff. The problem was resolved however exactly the same thing happened again at 1am. There was no personnel at the hotel reception desk in a position to hear the alarm"

Amazing
MMirandaK95We had a wonderful stay here for my 30th birthday. We had the double room which was the perfect size for a couple. The bed was so comfortable and the bathroom and shower were excellent. I loved the free pantry for snacks too!
We didn't eat at the hotel but we did sit in the hotel bar and the cocktails and bar staff were great.
GGuest UserThe design of the hotel is very retro and modern. The bathroom is clean, the shower water flow is normal, and the view outside the window is beautiful. When you check in, they will help you send your luggage to the room. When you check out, you need to take your luggage downstairs by yourself. The stairs are narrow and steep, so elderly guests should pay attention.
GGuest UserI was given great and speedy customer service at check-in and check out.
The single ground floor room was room clean, quiet, and had a comfy bed. Unfortunately, there was no breakfast on offer, which was stated on the booking platform, but I found an adequate alternative locally.
I would visit again when I'm on holiday in the Brighton area next time.
Llann94High hopes but this feel quite short in a number of ways. From the photos the room looked lovely and this did match up. However it did become apparent that aesthetics have been prioritised over other aspects. The pub/club opposite was still incredibly noisy at 2am (on a Tuesday) with the windows doing nothing to muffle the noise. There was fast food rubbish found next to one of the beds from a previous occupant, and this was quite a large wrapper that would have been difficult to miss during cleaning. Communication around bed preference was not good at all, I had specifically asked for a king (and have the evidence of this in my booking details) yet on arrival twin beds were set up. When I raised this with the company, there was no offer of rectifying this, instead I was told more than once that this had been the request. To add insult to injury, our neighbours in the room next door invited some friends to their room and it seemed they were having their own party at 3am with shouting, giggling and loud music and more than 5 in the one room. We knocked on the door in the end to request some quiet as, with the club outside, we were completely surrounded by noise. One small plus point that, once we managed to get to sleep, the bed (albeit the twin I hadn’t requested) was very comfortable.
GGuest UserThe room was not large, but it felt modern and clean, just like the picture! The location was good, but it was disappointing for a place where 4 people went and paid 80,000 won per person. There was no elevator and the bathroom was shared... ㅠ But I think that date was a bit expensive. I looked up other dates and it was just a little cheaper. I would have been 99% satisfied! The bathroom was clean, but there was no shampoo. They gave us one towel each.
SSheldonThis was the worst hotel a person could stay the is so small the water in the shower keeps coming your personal details are being compromised by the workers at the hotel I was being harassed by the workers who tried numerous times to get in to my room.
GGuest UserEasy to book via Trip.com, reasonable price for room with ensuite in great location. I liked the decor and the bathroom. Lovely clean fluffy white towels, good wifi, password clearly indicated, useful blackout blind, HOWEVER, the lights were falling out of the ceiling, bedside lamps were sort of attached to the wall, very wobbly and dusty and the bed was cobbled together from two mismatched divans so that there was a downhill slope towards the head end of several inches. I have never seen anything like it. I slept for an hour or two using the pillows to prop me up, but still woke with all the blood gone to my head so I had to sleep upside down on top of the bed. A bed to sleep in is THE basic requirement for a hotel room, so really guys, install an actual bed!!!!!!
LLivesofrealexpatsThis is my favorite place to stay in Brighton! It’s quiet and laid back, the location is amazing and it’s cheaper to stay here than anywhere else. Definitely recommend.
