"I really enjoyed my stay and the hotel was in very good location , hotel was lovely and the massive selling point is the pool and spa , excellent facilities and friendly staff Only downside was the breakfast didn’t provide many vegan or allergen friendly items and that the heating wasn’t very regulated and felt a little ill front being too overheated in the room and no ventilation That being said I like love to come back as it’s so close to the sea. The view was amazing xxx"

The hotel's decoration style is really comfortable and new, facing the sea but very quiet when the windows are closed. "Great location in Kemptown on a quiet street just a short stroll up from Brighton Pier. They have rooms with balconies and views bit I didn’t mind the deluxe room which was in the basement. Very clean and spacious room with a little seating area at the far end underneath a skylight. Nice clean bathroom with spacious shower. Really worth the price if you don’t mind not having any views. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel also offers spa treatments and massages"

From the moment we arrived, the staff made me feel very welcome, and the check-in team kindly offered complimentary drinks for my son and me. I was delighted to find a bottle of red wine and a lovely birthday card waiting in the room, which made the celebration extra special. The room was beautiful with a stunning sea view, and I really enjoyed the coffee selection. The breakfast area was excellent, and the lounge was perfect for relaxing with a drink. They truly made my birthday special. All the staff and the concierge team were lovely . I would definitely recommend this hotel and will return for sure. Thank you, the Grand Hotel."
