"The location is excellent, right across from the beach, and the housekeeping staff are incredibly enthusiastic. They were always helpful whenever I needed anything. The only downside is that the price is a bit higher than hotels in the city center. Although there's a bar downstairs, I stayed on the fourth floor and barely heard any noise. They even provided earplugs for guests, which was a nice touch. The bathroom is a bit small, but the bed and comforter were very comfortable. I forgot to take pictures of the room itself, but it looks exactly like the photos on the website. I only managed to snap a few shots of the hotel's exterior."

"This hostel boasts a fantastic location, right next to Regent Square, and just steps from the beach. It's also within walking distance of the train station. The common areas are very spacious and include a communal kitchen, with plenty of outlets on the walls – perfect for getting some work done. The rooms themselves are clean, and each one has its own private bathroom. The only minor drawback is that blow-drying your hair might disturb others. Each guest gets a lockable locker, and the beds come with backrests. They even provide towels and bath mats (shampoo and shower gel are also available in the bathroom), which shows great attention to detail and convenience. Although the breakfast is simple, it's quite tasty. Overall, it was a really great experience, and I'd happily recommend this place to anyone visiting!"

"Positives - on the beach front with lovely views, just a short walk to all the tourist attractions. Very nice English breakfast. Staff were polite and efficient. Lobby areas neat and tidy. Good lunch food. Negatives. Upstairs hallways and bedrooms are in very poor condition. Peeling wallpaper, dirty sofas, threadbare carpets, scratched paintwork and faded curtains. Private Parking advertised but still costs £25 a night. Limited amenities."

"The room was modern and clean and the staff were friendly but the best bit about this hotel is the location - on the seafront and close to shops bars and restaurants. The spa area was a bit disappointing, it’s more a leisure centre and very busy when we visited so don’t expect too much relaxation as there are not even loungers to sit/lie on. We didn’t eat breakfast in the hotel as there are many great restaurants in Brighton so I cannot comment on the brekkie. We attended the NYE dinner/dance at the hotel and it was brilliant! Great entertainment, lovely food - a fabulous time had by all and a lovely way to see in 2026! Brighton in general is a lovely place to visit, lots of bars, restaurants and shops - especially the Lanes which is full of small independents which are just fab! There’s lots to do and see! We took a short walk from the hotel to the i360 tower. A great way to see Brighton from the sky and we managed to catch it at sunset - so magical! I would definitely recommend!"

"This place is amazing! The host upon arrival was really excellent and helped with our accommodation and shuffled our room to make it as nice as possible and upgraded us free of charge. We have a small child so it really helped! The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was enough for our stay. We found it to be homely and cosy and tea/coffee facilities were available in the room too. Some may say it is dated but we thought this added to the quality! It is really a great place to stay if you are on a budget or looking for an overnight place and the hosts are very welcoming too. Would definitely recommend and will be staying here again! "Last minute visit to Brighton & needed an overnight stay. The Holiday Inn is ideal as it is in a great location overlooking the beach and walking distance to shops & restaurants. There is parking available under the hotel which is also a must as parking is scarce in Brighton. Staff are friendly & helpful. My room was clean & my bed was very comfortable. On this occasion I didn't have breakfast but it was available at an extra cost of £14. An ideal place for my overnight stay. Would recommend."

"I booked for myself and my sister for a night away for our Birthdays. We had a lovely stay, our room was upgraded and we had a wonderful sea view. We were given a lovely gift which was so kind and thoughtful and really made our stay extra special. The room was large, with a seating area and a very huge comfy bed. Everything we needed for a relaxing night away. Robes & Slippers Perfect Buffet breakfast was very tasty. Staff friendly and helpful. We shall definitely return. Thank you so much x"

"Super cute hotel, only minutes away from the beach. Quiet place slightly further out from the busy bars but close enough to walk. Lovely staff really chatty and helpful. Offered places to go and visit. We would highly recommend it and Would be more than happy to go back again"
